REQUEST FOR TRANSFER

TO: Commander and Chief Spiritual Armed Forces, Jesus Christ

Dear Lord: I am writing this to You to request a transfer to a desk job. I herewith present my reasons: I began my career as a private, because of the intensity of the battle You have quickly moved me up in the ranks. You have made me an officer and given me a tremendous amount of responsibility. There are many soldiers and recruits under my charge. I am constantly being called upon to dispense wisdom, make judgments, and find solutions to complex problems. You have placed me in a position to function as an officer, when in my heart I know I have only the skills of a private. I realize that You have promised to supply all I would need for the battle. But Sir, I must present You a realistic picture of my equipment. My uniform, once so crisp and starched, is now stained with tears and blood of those I have tried to assist. The soles of my boots are cracked and worn from the miles I have walked trying to enlist and encourage the instructed troops. My weapons are marred, tarnished and chipped from constant battle against the enemy. Even the Book of Regulations I was issued has been torn and tattered from endless use. The words are now smeared. You have promised You would be with me throughout, but when the noise of the battle is so loud and the confusion is so great, I can neither see nor hear You. I feel so alone. I'm tired. I'm discouraged. I have Battle Fatigue. I would never ask You for a discharge. I love being in Your service. But I humbly request a demotion and transfer. I'll file papers or clean latrines. Just get me out of the battle please, Sir.

You do not need a demotion and transfer. (You'd never cut it on latrine duty.) You need a period of R&R.... Renewal and Rekindling. I am setting aside a place on the battlefield that is insulated from all sound and fully protected from the enemy. I will meet you there and I will give you rest. I will remove your old equipment and make all things new.You have been wounded in the battle, My soldier. Your wounds are not visible, but you have received grave internal injuries. You need to be healed. I will heal you. You have been weakened in the battle. You need to be strengthened. I will strengthen you and be your strength. I will instill wthin you confidence and ability. My Words will rekindle within you renewed love, zeal and enthusiasm. Report to Me tattered and empty. I will refill you.

GOT JESUS?

"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13

Where Will You Spend Eternity?

God knows about everything that has brought you to this very moment, and He loves you. He understands your feelings and wants to help you to live a better life, but He isn't pushy. He won't force Himself upon you. God is waiting for you to be at the place where you are willing to recognize His plan, call out to Him and invite Him into your life.

What is His plan?

God's plan was to redeem mankind from sin through the sacrificial life and death of His only Son, Jesus.

John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever shall believe on Him shall not perish but have everlasting life." God loved us so much, He wanted to give us His best and that's why He sent Jesus. Jesus died on the cross for the sins of the world. There was no greater sacrifice to the Father God than to give up His only Son, Jesus. It was hard for Him, but it was also right in His sight. Through Jesus sacrificial death on the cross and resurrection from the grave, mankind was given an opportunity to be redeemed from sin.

God tells us in His Word that sin must be paid for, and the only payment acceptable in Gods eyes is the blood of His only Son, Jesus Christ. When we accept Jesus, we are accepting Gods plan and God can then start working with us. Our simple faith in His plan opens the door for our heart to change, and then our life can start changing too.

God gave His best when He gave us Jesus Christ, and there is nothing else we can do to earn His grace. Jesus earned it for us. He took our blame and our sins. He died and rose again so that we might be free and clear in Gods sight. Now, all we have to do is realize our need for God and accept that Jesus Christs death and resurrection is His plan for our redemption and go to Him in prayer.

Romans 10:9-10 tells us, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Sometimes people make this difficult, but God has made it very simple. All He asks is that you believe that Jesus took your sins in your heart and confess it with your mouth. Together, these things bring about redemption. Together, they open the doorway so that you can be redeemed.

Are you ready to pray to God right now?

If so, take a moment to talk to God from your heart. Let him know that you want Him to be a part of your life and you believe that Jesus came to die for your sins too. Just be sincere, and you will receive salvation. If you need help, here is a simple prayer that you can use as a guide: Lord Jesus, I know that I need You. I believe that You died for my sins on the cross, and I ask you to forgive me of my sins. I ask You to come into my heart right now. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you for dying for me. I accept You as my Lord and Savior! .. In YOUR NAME .. Jesus of Nazareth...and the name of the Father the Son and the HOLY SPIRIT Amen.

If you just prayed this prayer with your heart and confessed it with your mouth...starting from this very moment, you have changed. You may not feel anything, but that doesn't change the fact that God has accepted you because you've accepted His Son.

Pray for the Holy Spirit to help you in your walk with the LORD. If possible GET A BIBLE! We recommend "The Spirit Filled Life Bible" Published by Nelson Publishers. You have much to learn little one. Also...get Baptized! We recommend full immersion but whether it is "sprinkle" or full immersion is not the issue. The baptism is to signify your NEW WALK WITH THE LORD....YOUR NEW LIFE !!! SO DO IT!

Salvation is not a matter of feeling; it's a matter of faith. If you've made the decision to serve Christ, now you can be assured that no matter what you've done in your life your sin has been completely washed away. You've got a clean slate now.

Ephesians 2:8-9 puts it this way, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." That scripture proves that your salvation doesn't depend on your strength or ability. It depends on the grace of God and your faith in Jesus' work! And His blood is more than able to take care of your salvation! Never doubt the gift God has given to you.

We care about you and know that God has great plans ahead for you. He is able to change you from the inside out, and turn your circumstances around for good. So, keep talking to Him. God seeks an INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH EVERYONE THAT BELIEVES IN HIM! TALK TO HIM TODAY!

Always pray "in Jesus name"... Or God WILL NOT HEAR YOUR PRAYERS! So don't pray in vain. Personally...I always start and end my prayers with "In the Name of The Father The Son and the HOLY SPIRIT"...and do a Dominus Ominus thing in the sign of a cross (must be my Catholic upbringing) but that is all up to you.

who has established all the ends of the earth?

what is his NAME, and what is his son's NAME,

IF THOU CANST TELL?

A brief study in linguistics.

To translate is to explain the meaning

of one language using the words of another.

To transliterate is to spell a word

using the letters of another language.

"I am" is the English translation

of a meaning of the a personal name for GOD.

The English transliteration

of HIS personal name is YHVH, or YHWH

with vowels added, YAHVEH or YAHWEH,

being translated to I AM WHO I AM.

Note: V is the better transliteration

as there is there is no letter in Hebrew

like the W (double-U)

The four Hebrew letters transliterated YHVH are:

a Yod, rhymes with "rode", which we transliterate.."Y"

a He, rhymes with "say", which we transliterate...."H"

a Vav, like "lava", which we transliterate "W" or.."V"

a He rhymes with "say", which we transliterate....."H"

No matter what language you use,

whether you translate or transliterate,

YHVH's name means "I am that I am"

and it directly points to His real name,

which is the same in all languages

YHVH is a personal NAME of the Creator,

revealed in the four letters YOD, HEY, VAV, HEY.

Although often transliterated as YAHWEH,

it is more accurately transliterated as YAHUAH -

simply because there is no letter in Hebrew

exactly like the letter, "W" (double - U).

Original Hebrew didn't have any vowels,

and was written right to left.

Some of the consonants carry with them

the indication of associated vowel sounds.

The "Y" is associated with the sound

of a "long e", as in "beam".

The H is associated with the sound

of a "short a" as "ah!"

The Vav ("W" or "V") is associated

with the vowel "u" and produces the sound

in the word "cool.

The H is associated with the sound

of a "short a" as "ah!"

Thus, the name of the Creator sounds

something like "ee-ah oo' ah", (Yah-oo' ah)

with the accent on the second of the three syllables.

Y'SHUAH means

"YAH is Salvation" or "YAH the Saviour"

YAHU'SHUAH'S abbreviated form of Y'SHUAH

eventually became "Jesus" in English.

A correct name of the Messiah, YAHU'SHUAH,

is a name by which He was known to his disciples,

though He has several titles such as Rabbi, Son of God, Son of Man, Saviour, Anointed, King of Kings etc...

Even when the Greek proselytes went to Philip and said,

"We would see YAHU'SHUAH" (John 12:20, 21)

A second witness of such a change

is the translation of Luke 4:27,

where it refers to the prophet "Eliseus"

and an event recorded in 2 Kings 5:14.

The Prophet's Hebrew name, however, was 'Eli'Shuah',

which means "God is my Salvation"

YAHU'SHUAH (or Y'SHUAH)

is used often, in the Tanach (Old Testament)

as well as in the official Jewish daily and

festival prayer books, where it is

generally translated as "Salvation".

The Fathers name YHVH

is written using four Hebrew letters

The Unveiling

THE TEMPLE SECTION

GOD now makes His home in the bodies of His believing people Cor.6:19
2 Cor 6:16

So long as the temple stood, and its ritual was recognized, this august indwelling was true only of His beloved Son. In Him the divine spirit dwelt, but not in His disciples. It came on them for power, as at Pentecost Acts 2:1-3 and cleansed them by baptism, Acts 2:38-42, and filled them for service, Acts 2:4 but it did not make its permanent habitation in them.

By congregating in the sanctuary, the Pentecostal disciples showed their reverence for the sacred shrine. Acts 3:1
Their action clearly indicated two great facts. They did not have the divine indwelling or they would not repair to the sanctuary. They were drawn thither by the feeble vestige of the sacred Presence which made it the only house of God of which they were aware.

Temples are temporary tenements. After Yahweh had taken up His abode in the tabernacle in the wilderness He found it necessary to change His residence to Solomon's splendid house. After the Shekinah Presence left this temple tenantless it was destroyed. Zerubbabel built another in the days of the restoration. Later, Herod rebuilt the shrine. But it was not until Christ came that the divine Presence reentered the sanctuary. Herod's temple also was destroyed, so that God had no place to dwell.

Hence He now homes in the hearts of His saints. But in the conclusion of this eon, as we have seen Rev 11:1, there will once more be a temple made with hands, the reputed dwelling place of deity. This will be replaced by Ezekiel's magnificent structure in the holy oblation during the millennial era. Even this will disappear in that blessed eon when no temple bars the approach to God.

Besides these earthly habitations there is the pattern of them all in the heavens. It is this which comes before us as we turn to the Temple Section of the Unveiling. We have considered the Prophetic Section, the messages to the ecclesias Rev 1:4-3:22, in which Christ appears as the great Prophet to His earthly people.

We have traversed the Throne Section Rev 4:1-11:18, and witnessed the political redemption of the earth, with Christ acclaimed as King over the nations.

Now we are about to enter the Temple Section Rev 11:18-20:15, which sets forth the religious redemption of the earth. In this Christ is the great Melchisedec Priest, Who not only rules the people for God, but leads them in the worship of God.

So much light has come to me through the recognition of the religious character of this portion of the Apocalypse that I am eager to impress its importance on all who wish a clear conception of this scroll. It is very evident that the Temple Section brings before us the same era as the previous portion, for both end with the establishment of Christ's kingdom. It is also clear that many of the same characters come before us, such as the hundred and forty-four thousand Rev 7:4, Rev 14:1, and the wild beast Rev 11:7, Rev 13:1. If we are occupied with the same characters at the same time, it is clear that they must be considered from a new standpoint.

The outstanding fact that the previous section is introduced by a vision of a Throne, and this one by a Temple is sufficient for the anointed eye.

A throne has to do with dominion, a temple with worship. These are the two major aspects of God's dealings with mankind. Too often are we impressed with the fact that the millennium is the time of good government. It is far more than that. It is the era of world-wide worship of Yahweh. The earth must not only be purged of political offenders, but it must be rid of false religions and philosophies of every kind and creed.

The manward and the Godward aspects of truth are ever distinguished in the Scriptures. Not only were there priests and kings in Israel, but the nation's history was recorded from the divine as well as the human standpoint. Chronicles is not a mere repetition of Kings, though of necessity it must be much like it, seeing that it covers the same events.

It will help us to appreciate the religious character of this section of the Unveiling if we take a hasty glance through it and note how this is emphasized at every turn. The first sign gives us Israel under the figure of a woman. Later we will find the apostate nation under the same metaphor. Now this pictures their relation to Yeshua. The faithful woman has celestial array. It is Israel in covenant with their God.

The next sign is similar. The dragon is not an earthly potentate but the head of the heavenly hosts who are opposed to God. The first battle is fought in heaven. The earthly confederacy, which is the counterpart of the dragon, cannot be a merely political combination. The wild comes forth at Satan's call, and insists on worship as well as fealty. Once we see that the whole world, just before the time of the end, is to be divided into four great religious federations, and the western one a decemvirate, we are able to orientate ourselves, and determine our true relation to these coming events, for this is very nearly the present status of the religious world.

The presence of the false prophet, doing signs, and calling for worship, as well as the great image with its miraculous powers, are in themselves sufficient to settle the sacerdotal scope of this section. The hundred and forty-four thousand reappear in the company of the Lamb. In the midst of the prevailing religious prostitution they are celibates.Rev 14:4
The eonian evangel, preached to all on earth, calls upon men to worship their Maker. Rev 14:7

It is the worship of the beast which draws down the judgments of this section. Rev 14:9-12
The harvest and grape vine are both reaped at the instance of a messenger out of the temple. Rev 14:15-17

The figure of the bowls is taken from the temple furniture. The previous seals and trumpets were associated with the administration of government, in peace and in war. The civil power, suggested by the seals, is enforced by the trumpets, the military arm of government. But the bowls are closely connected with Babylon and the religious apostates of the chosen nation.

The binding of Satan and the corresponding millennial reign compose the climax of this section.

Satan, the god of this eon (age) , 2 Cor 4:4 will not blind the minds of the peoples of the earth until the close of the thousand years. It will be a day of unhindered worship through the priestly offices of Israel.

But the most suggestive of all are the two temple openings Rev 11:19
Rev 15:5, which divide this section into two parts. In the first, Yeshuas' EVERLASTING covenant is seen; in the second, the testimony, or law. In both the judgments are based on God's previous dealings with His people and make them a blessing; second, He judges the law-breakers among them by that holy law which He gave them at Sinai. If we would view these judgments aright we must view all from the vantage of the temple and its ritual.

In the former division of the Temple Section we are given an insight into the false religions of this eon and are shown how they are under the control of Satan and his minions. We are fully informed of the conflict between Judaism, the one true religion (we have no religion in this economy), and the various Satanic cults among the nations. These will unite under the leadership of Satan's human host and use their combined force to blot out the knowledge of God. Then Christ Himself comes and consigns Satan to his prison, and consumes his rebellious host.

In the latter division of the Temple Section, Yeshua deals with the defection of His own people Israel, according to the law He gave them. Their many prerogatives and privileges greatly increase the measure of their guilt, hence the bowls are the severest of all the terrific visitations of this judgment era. The extended account of great Babylon shows how much God's heart is affected by the apostasy of His own people.

Perhaps one hindrance to the great truth we are seeking to enforce lies in the unfortunate chapter break which puts the introductory vision to the succeeding section at the end of chapter eleven, with which it has no connection. May God help all who seek to understand this unveiling to grasp the special significance of the Temple Section, and view all its events in their true religious light! It will be of the greatest help, not only to the intelligent understanding of this prophecy, but it is also the key which unlocks some of the deepest difficulties of Daniel's visions.

We are through with the Throne. The political sovereignty of the earth is in the hands of Jesus and His Anointed. Now we should charge our hearts to attend to the Temple, and see the sacerdotal supremacy of the earth pass into the hands of Him Who will be a Priest for the Millenium.
