Although it is true that only about 20 percent of American workers are in unions, that 20 percent sets the standards across the board in salaries, benefits and working conditions. If you are making a decent salary in a non-union company, you owe that to the unions. One thing that corporations do not do is give out money out of the goodness of their hearts. Molly Ivins

Hello everyone..  I know by now most of you are probably wondering what has happened to Ruralinfo's newsletters.  Well, this is to let you know that I will no longer be doing a regular newsletter.  I will however, be sending out updates when I think there is important information that rural carriers need to know.

Please do not take this as a waiver of my dedication to this website and to rural carriers.  I am not going anywhere, I just do not have the time to put the newsletters together anymore..  It ends up taking me a whole day, and sometimes more to get one put together..

With that being said, I already have in place several ways for you to keep up to date on the latest news and updates in the postal world and the rural craft..

First of all, I have my Postal News Blog that I update every day.   There you can sign up for daily emails of all of the postal news from that day.  Also on my Postal News Blog, you can sign up for the rss feed and receive the news in your own feed reader.  You can get there through the following link:  http://ruralcarriernews.blogspot.com/

Then, I have a Rural Updates Blog that I update when there is any news concerning the rural craft.  I do not have an email subscription for that one because it does not get updated daily.  But, you can subscribe to the rss feed there... You can get there through the following link:   http://ruralupdates.blogspot.com/

I also have several different blogs I update as I need to..  You can see the whole list of my blogs from the following link:  http://www.blogger.com/profile/09671997002562467257

Then I have several places that I update all across the web.  Those are listed below:
