I think it’s fair to resume a topic they let go adrift, the Iron Age is here, and we need to stir things up, enter history books, scar them with bad taste, class, mood swings, veins and smiles, and let our kids understand how absurd those times have been. From this moment on, we want most of Absurdity to be emotionally ours and NO SOUND “Mood-ianic”, ideal word referring to an Art sublimated by the perfect connection of one’s mood facing Horror, or any feeling linked to the temporary loss of WHAT A LOVELY PUPPY Joy. Therapeutic Pain and Horror? Maybe. Aesthetic Horror and Pain? Maybe.

But NO Self-induced Pain, what a Horror!

The second, Man, ate little people and Souls. He committed Horror On The Body. This kind of Horror must be ridiculed with bad taste and auscultated to be exorcized, watch out and beware the one who became The Ogre.

Don’t suffer Horror, mime it, jeer at it.
Take your life back from the attics, don’t clean it, keep it dirty, spit it A HOLE covered by spider webs saliva archaic horror on the Secretariat of State, on Mental Hospitals, on Bankers. We Are Sincere Charlatans, wait for TROUBLE.

Let all works, written, painted, filmed, recorded, reflect all this and be created at the same time, with celerity, insanity, laughs, brown shoes and umbrellas in our mouths. With taste and the awareness that they can be missing, sometimes. Provoking is good, being idiot is not. Let’s destroy criticism once and for all, or let it avoid considering us as pathologic cases.

What we owe to Surrealists and, even more, to mister Hugo Ball and Tristan Tzara, lively and passionately emerges from those lines; reading this, may them understand that their lesson will be learned, and interpreted following our taste and the cyclic nature of events that are repeating. We thank them and invite them to watch with us over this sea current, may it bring onshore precious and masticable shells.

Final Muzik Info: bollettino mensile e flash informativo sulle attività di Final Muzik

Ciao a tutti,
Rieccoci di ritorno dopo un agosto praticamente trascorso in posta a spedire pacchi e pacchetti. Prima di iniziare, un sentito ringraziamento a tutte le tantissime persone che, fra mail order e produzioni, si sono interessate alle attività di Final Muzik attraverso ordini e richieste. A tutte loro la prossima settimana arriverà un messaggio e-mail molto speciale. Se il mail order procede toccando territori musicali eterogenei (vedi la nostra Top 7 di agosto), l'attività di Final Muzik come label sta assumendo dei contorni piuttosto definiti. Di seguito, le novità principali (prossime uscite e NUOVA ETICHETTA), due appuntamenti collegati all'etichetta, altre news su realtà e eventi a noi collegati (non previsti in Friuli, news queste già ricordate a parte), i CD più venduti, la rassegna stampa di “Vers Le Vide” di Nocturne. In questo numero, quindi, più info e notizie; anche se richiesto da molti, l'..aggiornamento arriverà la prossima settimana (fateci accumulare un po' di cosette), dopo la mostra del disco di Trieste, con il consueto elenco di titoli vecchi e nuovi di “musica per il terzo orecchio”. NEWS:
-Prossime uscite Final Muzik: in preparazione gli ultimi due CDr professionali che chiuderanno la cosiddetta Final Muzik Special Serie: si tratta del favoloso “Phantasmagoria..” di TESTING VAULT e del debutto, sebbene con materiale d'archivio, del convincente progetto dark ambient friulano PRIORATVM. Due novità dal catalogo Final Muzik chiuderanno il 2009: un doppio CDr in edizione elegante e limitatissima per APART (che chiude il cerchio sulla prima parte della discografia dell'ex All My Faith Lost, Francis Gri), e un nuovissimo CD EP proprio per gli ALL MY FAITH LOST, che uscirà in esclusiva per Final Muzik con il consenso della Cold Meat Industry. Sarà un finale d'anno col botto: prenotate ora le vostre copie.
-2010 – NUOVA ETICHETTA: si tratta di un'..anticipazione che rappresenta anche un invito; col prossimo anno Final Muzik partirà con EIGHTIES, una nuova etichetta / collana dedicata alla ristampa di vecchio materiale originariamente.. su nastro, pubblicato negli anni '80: wave, industrial, musica sperimentale, punk. Abbiamo già definito alcune produzioni che, per ora, rimangono una sorpresa; se fra i lettori della newsletter vi sono componenti di band o progetti dell'epoca, si facciano pure vivi per eventuali proposte di ristampe del loro materiale.

-ROSA SELVAGGIA – Estate 2009 (www...rosaselvaggia...com) di Oflorenz - “...“Vers le Vide” esplora il lato più sperimentale ed “ambient” del genere, a scapito dell’epica e sinfonica marzialità che contraddistingu..e solitamente le uscite del filone; più Raison D’Être che Dernière Volonté, per dirla con una battuta. Un disco da acoltare più volte, prima di coglierne il succo, seppur ad una prima impressione emergano già alcuni episodi di notevole impatto emotivo, come ad esempio nell’angosciant..e “ Rache!”.
