Merry Christmas!
- The Night Before Christmas

Ho, Ho, Holy crap what did I just watch? In this DJ Mayonnaise Hands Christmas special, Santa's work keeps getting … interrupted.

The meeting of art, old phones, tech and cheer. This is the perfect time of year to create something so fresh using things so typically cold.

- Lousie & Jerry's Turns 50
Celebrating a true Hoboken establishment. In this town filled with nightlife let downs and cultural disappointments, Louise & Jerry's is a haven.

Hey All,
This week I've got two celebrity encounters and a video from Australia. My photo shoot with The Lost Girls for the cover of their book. A quick conversation with John Stossel. Oh yeah, and a guy in a chicken suit playing bass and pianica on the streets of Melbourne. And don't forget your last-minute shopping in my super-duper Amazon store!

Television:
- My Interview with John Stossel
And here I thought my mustache saga was over. I recently received an email from FOX Business Network about a new, interesting project for me.

- Battle of the Network 'Staches
Which 'stache would win? Stossel's or Rivera's? John Stossel and Geraldo Rivera were really good sports about this fun survey I created for Men's Fitness.

Photography:
- The Lost Girls Photo Shoot
They needed a cover for their book. They called me. We gathered on the roof of the Empire Hotel in NYC and it was a great setting for the shots.

Gallery:
- The Lost Girls – Gallery
Photos taken at The Empire Hotel, NYC. Greens, wood, iron and glass outside. Brilliant golds and deep reds inside made for great settings.

Music:
- Music Man in a Chicken Suit
What is up with Australian street performers? From Melbourne, it's a guy wearing a chicken suit playing "What is Love" on Pianica and bass.

Last-Minute Holiday Shopping:
- Avoid the Jerks, Shop at Home!
No need to elbow that old lady in the chin. Once again Amazon and I are making it easy to avoid the jerks ... I mean shoppers this holiday season.

Hey All,
War is Over! Yes, you heard right! But wait, there's a catch. It's only over if you want it to be over. This time of year makes everyone think of Peace on Earth, but it's more than a Christmas melody, it's a reality. Or at least it could be. Take time to honor the words and wisdom of John Lennon who was killed 29 years ago this week and you can save the world ... it's easy.

Music:
- New Live Music Night at Northern Soul
And another venue steps in to save Hoboken. I wasn't sure what to think when I first heard the news. After all, I'd been fooled before.

- 'So Much' by Cecilia Celeste
New music video produced by Ali Charlemagne. My buddy Kieran Sullivan emailed me the other day with a link to a new video by his band Cecilia Celeste.

Hey All,
A short update that's a bit late. I was waiting for the final tally from Mustaches vs. Cancer. I'm happy to say that we raised a grand total of $49,358.57! Plus, my 'stach came in second for the Peoples Choice Award!! Yeah, winning would've been great, but this is pretty cool too.

Thanks to everyone who participated, donated, voted. Now my upper lip can remain clean for ten months, until we do this all over again. Now, on with the update which also includes the best cover song ever recorded in the history of ever! Oh and my holiday shopping guide too.

A short update. It's been a crazy week. I'll have more next week including rare good news about the music scene in Hoboken. Hint; it involves Dave Entwistle of The Peoples Open Mic and a new music night at Northern Soul. Details to come.

Plus, great news from Mustaches vs. Cancer. With less than two weeks to go in the growth, we've raised nearly $34,000! Thank you all for your donations. If you have not given, there's still time. Read more below. On with the update.

Hey All,
The 'stache is going strong and I wanna thank everyone for the generosity. This week, read about the Pediatric Prom which is just one of the wonderful ways your donations can help children with cancer. Also, as a tribute to the Yankees winning their 27th World Series, I have twenty great Yankee 'staches for ya. Plus good music news, bad music news and new galleries .. so get to readin'!

Hey All,
We're in Week 5 of Mustaches vs. Cancer and our group has raised over $22,000 already. We still have a long way to go, so give what you can. Also in this week's update, remarkable proof of Arnold Schwarzenegger's wit, new significance for an ancient number, why the Empire State Buildings lights are what they are and Bob Dylan finally goes over the edge (maybe).

And the 'Stache Goes On:
- Mustaches vs. Cancer: Week 5
Halfway there with good news from homebase! Plus, a link to a touching story about special little girl. Just one of the children our efforts are helping.

- M*A*S*H 'Stache
His made people laugh. Mine fights cancer. The character of BJ Hunnicutt did not originally have a mustache. He once was this clean-cut war virgin.

Health:
- 777 Smoke-Free Days
New significance of an ancient number. The number 777 has certain significance in the worlds of Qabalah and numerology, or so I'm told.

Travel:
- The Empire State Building's Colors
What are they today and what do they mean? Years ago, it was easy. The building was pretty much lighted white every day except for major holidays.

Politics:
- The Governator's Fuck You Veto
If this is real, it's pretty freakin' cool. If this bit of Governator lore is true, it's his wittiest and most poignant moment ever.

Music:
- Is Bob Dylan on Better Junk?
Quirky carol feeds homeless, raises questions. Is this rapid-fire, intelligible, polka-like holiday ditty proof that he's clean or using better junk.

Hey All,
Yes, this update is very mustache heavy again. If you haven't noticed yet, I'm quite serious about my involvement in Mustaches vs. Cancer 2009. Well, serious about raising money, not so serious that we can't have a little fun. So check out my updates and give whatever you can. No gift is too small.

Then read about a much needed night out in Hoboken.

Mustaches vs. Cancer Continues:
- Classic Pro-Wrestling Mustaches
These fought each other. Mine fights cancer. I thought it would be fun to look at some of the more famous upper lips from wrestling's golden age.

- Mustaches vs. Cancer: Week 4
I'm starting to suffer from mustache envy. Do I have the sheer strength of will to continue nurturing this thing until I am worthy of a TV detective drama?

- American Chopper Mustache Health
The importance of a healthy body … and 'stache! Paul Sr. has a solid healthcare system behind him. Take a look at a recent visit to see his doctor. [video]

- More Mustache Updates on my site.

Eat & Drink:
- Sometimes I Love This Town
A night began as an escape. Ended as a release. It was late and I couldn't write. My mind was rambling every which way. I couldn't sleep.
