The Joint

In the last few years, Vegas has had a few venues that fans cant count on to host the biggest names in rock. Although some may be shinier, bigger and louder, there has been one venue that has always remained consistent, The Joint. Located at the young and hip Hard Rock Hotel, the original Joint was closed and a newer, bigger Joint has opened.

It's opening show featured Las Vegas' own The Killers on April 17th of this year, and the days following hosted some pretty amazing performers such as Avenged Sevenfold with Atreyu and even the legendary Paul McCartney. They even signed their very first house musician, legendary Carlos Santana.

The renovations triggered new beginnings without taking away the things that made the original Joint what it was. To begin, its capacity doubled, yet it still holds its "intimate" nature and every seat is a good one; no nose-bleed section here. Not to mention their higher level areas and their seven VIP Luxury Suites for those who want rock in style. The Joint is Las Vegas' newest concert hall twith all the perks of maintaining a legendary past, something that concert-goers as well as rock stars will soon not forget; smoke free and sexy, The Joint.

Firefly

There’s been a treasured local hang out that not many out of towners know about unless having the privilege of being taken there.  Where would this secret spot be? Firefly of course! Located on Paradise just north of Flamingo, it’s always packed and, well, worth every second, nickel and dime you’d be spending while there.

Perhaps it’s the low lit atmosphere that gets people chattering about their daily grind, the latest celebrity gossip, or even the congratulations to a job well done. Or maybe it’s the casual tapas dining experience that gets all hands in one basket (literally); tapas being small serving sizes similar to what one would get with an appetizer. The stuffed dates seem to be a favorite as well as the washing it all down with a glass or pitcher of their flavored mojitos.

Firefly has been a hot spot from quite some time. It’s a great place to come for lunch, after work, or for a little late night rendezvous. It’s social atmosphere, not to mention good food and pitchers of mojitos, can make even the toughest day an enjoyable one. It’s no wonder it’s now a Urban Fuel hot spot; smoke free and sexy Firefly Tapas Bar.

Yard House

....

.. ..

From our early school years we have been accustomed to think of summer as 90 days of relaxing from the evil teachers; no one ever said it had to stop as you get older. In fact, those relaxing summer months only get better as staying at home becomes, going to those pool parties, and sipping an iced tea becomes an ice cold glass of beer. This is where the Yard House Las Vegas comes in. ....

.. ..

Located in Town Square just south of the Las Vegas Strip, it houses this city’s largest selection of beer. Exactly how big a selection would that be? Consider their glass enclosed keg room filled with 400 barrels; this translates into approximately 5,000 gallons of blonde, amber, and dark goodness. ....

.. ..

Pair up a pilsner (or pitcher) with some awesome American Fusion food and you’re well on your way to a relaxing summer day. Seating is available inside or out on the patio, which is heated in the winter and cooled by misters in the summer. ....

.. ..

So, the next time you’re looking for a chill place to enjoy the company of friends and other local hotties, find your way to the Yard House at Town Square. Get yourself a glass of ice cold beer, turn to the next person and strike up a conversation about why it’s getting hotter in there…you won’t be talking about the weather; smoke free and sexy Yard House Las Vegas. ....

Staying cool has never been so hot. Just south on the I-15, the M Resort has melded modern flair with impeccable taste. They have created a pool experience with unmatched appeal: Daydream.

Daydream is actually a second pool at M; separate from the main pool. It's 21 and over so families and screaming kids can't derail your quest for hot and sexy fun in the sun. Whether you're into working on that tan in a lunge chair or doing it up VIP style in a private cabana, Daydream has got you covered.

Perhaps what sets this pool apart from others in Las Vegas is the extra treatment the pool staff provides. If you need a drink, a chamois or even a sunglass repair kit, they'll bring it right over. The staff is here to provide the most relaxing experience in Vegas.

One of the major drawbacks to poolside bars has always been the sun; it makes your ice melt and waters down your drink. NOT ANYMORE. The rail surrounding the bar is made with ice to keep that drink icy cold. Hot bodies and cold drinks, you gotta love it; smokefree and sexy Daydream pool.

In 2001,  Rain Nightclub took the world by 'storm' when it was featured on the hit MTV show “The Real World.” MTV watchers saw the sexy club full of hot bodies having an amazing time with a nonstop flow of drinks and Rain instantly became the place to be.

The show did it’s best but to get the full affect of this Sin City legend, you'd have to experience it for yourself. Walk through the tunnel and have your breath taken away as you stare up in amazement. You enter  on the bottom level of this tri-level, festival of rhythmic gyration.

If shaking it on the dance floor isn’t your thing, Rain has got you covered VIP style; VIP tables, bottle service, sky boxes, and private cabanas are just  a small sampling of how the high life rolls in this club.

Hydraulic controlled light systems move the overhead lights all around the club, as if the ceiling is dancing the night away with you. Oh, and by the way, it also spits fire! That’s right, the system  shoots fire above the dance floor; now that's how you heat things up.

8 years and still going strong, Rain is here to stay. The sexy vibe beckons locals and leaves travelers intoxicated and yearning for more. So as this city heats up and you’re contemplating where you want to go this month, remember every heat wave needs some rain to cool off; smokefree and sexy Rain nightclub.

Wet Republic

The sun is starting to blaze and the bodies are starting to sweat, no better time than now to introduce this month's Urban Fuel hot spot of the month, Wet Republic at the MGM Grand.

No more walking a mile to get to the pool or wait for what seems like forever to get a little snack...this ultra pool provides it's day partiers the right stuff to keep you happy: a private valet at the entrance of the pool and its own kitchen to cater to your grumbling belly. Although this may not seem like much to some, those sexy hotties that spend their summer bronzing up and showing it all off will appreciate those little things...and that's just the beginning.

It's difficult to explain the scope in which this pool trumps many other pools here in Las Vegas. Perhaps it's best to explain what's offered at this 53,000 square foot playground by listing some of the many things you're sure to experience as you get, well...wet.

First and foremost, let's start with the bar area. To many, walking up to it and ordering might seem surreal since it looks and feels like one you might be seeing later that night. In any case, it comes stocked with all the drinks you can dream of including the frozen variety to cool down that steamy body.

If the chlorine is too harsh for your skin, feel free to dip into two salt water pools. These state of the art, first of it's kind pools are just one of the many ways the MGM Grand is bringing Las Vegas innovation in the name of partying.

Last but not least, all pool goers need places to lay down, strip down, and get those bodies that have been worked on all winter long a chance to attract that hottie from across the way. At Wet Republic they've got you covered. 80 chaise lounges cover the deck to ensure the only wetness you'll be having is that sweat dripping off your body. If you're more an in-the-water lounger, 18 water lounges are also available to keep you cool while looking hot. In addition, there are also options for those who want to kick it VIP style. 18 daybeds, 10 party cabanas and the jewel of them all, 10 VIP bungalows complete with a fridge, an Xbox 360, a flat screen TV, and your own private spa area and bathroom give this pool the rights to say it is the pool of all pools this summer.

With all this being offered it's no wonder this pool has been the talk of the town. Rumors are flying that during this scorching summer, this pool will be where you can find the hottest of the hotties. If nothing else, every single server is a model to keep the eye candy circling from one end of the pool to the other. Las Vegas is heating up, no one ever said the sin in this city only starts when the sun goes down...slip off those excessive clothes and slide into the bare minimum...show off that sexy body and enjoy what happens when luxury and water meet; smoke free and sexy Wet Republic.

Nearly 4 years ago Las Vegas welcomed the newest addition to the world renowned Strip, The Wynn casino resort. With boundless buzz and endless hype running amuck, attendees gawked at the limitless luxury being offered. Fast forward to December of 2008, while the country is caught in an economic tailspin, Steve Wynn's second tower (appropriately named "Encore"), defies convention and stands as a symbol for prosperity in the face of despair.

The hype accrued on by the original Wynn opening, paired with the raised expectation of Encore, necessitated the creation of a club that went above and beyond. XS is a true testament to both luxury and excess.

With 40,000 square feet to utilize, XS was created to be the crème of the crop. Stocked with two interior main bars, a dance floor under a massive, breathtaking chandelier, and a single coveted drink priced at $10,000, there is no doubt that the bar has been raised.

The inspirational focal point of the club isn't located on the dance floor but rather, just mere steps away: a pool. Although it isn't quite bikini season yet, the weather is warming up and the forecast is looking like pool parties are just around the corner. Lucky for you, XS's excessive character offers not only 95 VIP tables within the club, but 30 two-level poolside cabanas and countless in-pool rafts/beds.

XS is for those who desire the finer things in life, even if only for one night. In a time when words like "cut backs" and "bare minimum" are being thrown around, the only thing that should be cut are guys' bods and the only thing that should be bare minimum is female attire; smoke free and sexy XS nightclub.

The Bank

With the economy now in question, hearing the word 'bank' may send shivers down your spine. Not anymore. Taking the space once occupied by the nightclub Light, the Bellagio hotel and casino proudly opened its doors to the newest edition to the Light Group, The Bank.

A multi-tiered club, this venue spews luxury across every inch of its 6,600 square feet. On the lowest tier is the dance floor, encased in class, like a priceless jewel for club goers to gawk at. Elevated above the dance floor is the DJ booth, while patron booths circle the dance floor, bustling with
servers.

To quench your thirst there are two bars set up with bartenders at your liege. They are there to mix you your perfect cosmo for a night out with the girls, or pour you your whiskey on the rocks for the fellas. In either case, your drinks are safe here. Everywhere you turn in this club there are drink rails; a sure way to keep that drink from ending up right where in belongs, in you instead of on you.

The concept behind The Bank extends afar beyond suits, ties, vaults and nasal-voice tellers. You wont secure a checking account here but you are guaranteed a healthy return on an evening out. This Bank holds more than cash, it holds luxury...luxurious things, luxurious people, and an overall luxurious night; smoke free and sexy at The Bank.

Studio 54

The ball has dropped in Times Square and the fireworks have gone off along the strip, it's time to ring in the New Year right. What better way to start 2009 than to enjoy an oldie but goodie. This month's featured hot spot is none other than the legendary Studio 54 in the MGM Grand.

Clubs come and go; many are built within a single year, which is a norm in regard to the Las Vegas nightlife. Studio 54 has stood the test of time. It has the basic foundations of what makes a good club without the need to glitz it up as many newer clubs do.

The venue itself has a lot of room to move, to dance or to meet a hottie. There are two stories, each with a bar so your thirst is always taken care of in a timely matter. If you really want to impress or be impressed, a VIP table and bottle service is always a good way to go. Luckily this well thought out club has many VIP areas, some of which are near the dance floor action and others tucked nicely on the side for a more intimate feel.

The party goers that come to 54 aren't just the one note crowd either. From the young college kids to the older successful business men and women who are just looking for an excuse to have a good time; this club caters to all. For those that don't necessarily dance or dance very well, there is also entertainment on the dance floor: go go dancers, aerialists and confetti drops.

Although the Las Vegas Studio 54 isn't the original, it has no intention of bowing down to new clubs springing up year around. The club is watched over by the original hanging Man on the Moon that was brought in from the original 54. He makes sure everyone has an amazing time, ringing in the New Year the only way possible, smoke free and sexy Studio 54.

Lavo

In a time where stores and clubs are closing left and right, it is important to be versatile in what you offer your clientele. With that said, one of the newest hot spots on the strip does just that. Lavo, located in the Palazzo, transformed what initially seemed like a small space into a luxurious hangout incorporating spaces for a restaurant, patio, lounge and club.

The brilliant minds that brought one of the first "concept" clubs Tao, to the Venetian reunited in the city of sin to bring socialites yet another prowling ground. This time, instead of kicking off the Asian nightlife concept, they fixated their innovative power on creating a bathhouse in the middle of a sizzling desert.

The details run amok throughout the club. Entry ways, brick arches and sensual images, like a woman on a bathhouse bench, greet patrons throughout the venue. The detailed accents continue as numerous artifacts, chairs and couches catch your attention. There is even a corridor lined with working water fountains.

Perhaps one of the biggest differences in comparison to typical nightclub décor is the lack of a disco ball. Although that would normally be a problem, leave it to Las Vegas to bring in the newest and hottest ideas. In its place there is a bathhouse dome above the dance floor that has the ability to display a plethora of images, including the effect of a disco ball.

As the winter months bring us the cold, the nightlife in Vegas is nothing but chilly. There is no better way to warm up your nights with a steamy hot bathhouse inspired experience. Whether you're in the mood for a restaurant, club, lounge or patio, Lavo has a fiery way to make sure you leave with a smile on your face, and sweat in all the right places; smoke free and sexy Lavo at the Palazzo.
