Current mood:  excited
Yes, it's that time again- the WYCE Jammie Awards! The local community radio station always nominates it's favorite local artists, and showcases them in a series of concerts during January and February. The night of the actual awards, they do a big party (for free!) and encourage concertgoers to wear their pajamas. They set up a backline, and each band plays like 3 songs. In between bands, they announce winners of the various catagories. This year, I am super excited that the Lost Boys debut album Honky Tonk Heart was nominated for Best New Local Artist, Best Solo Female Artist and Album of the Year (the big one!).

We worked really hard on this album, and recorded everything analog on old tape machines. It will most likely be the only one Lost Boys ever record. I don't want to say "never", but it will be a long time before we sell out of this one, and another long time before we save up to do another one.


Anyway!

The CD is here in our hot little hands.  You can get it from us at the Boathouse this Saturday Aug 9th, or at the Meijer Gardens on Aug 12.

Our official CD release will be at HOPCAT on Aug 29, with the Concussions. (who also are releasing their new cd!)

Current mood:  fabulous

Yep, it's almost here!  Our debut album "Honky Tonk Heart" will be here in August- exciting, huh?  

Our official CD release will be happening in conjunction with The Concussions CD release show at Hopcat on August 29 in Grand Rapids.  It's going to be an all-night party! 

You'll be able to request songs on WYCE (88.1fm) starting in mid-August.  I've uploaded two songs on Myspace; Honky Tonk Heart and Adios.

Thanks to everyone for your undying support in the last 4 years!  We hope you really like the finished product.

I don't have the total inventory in front of me, but from memory this is what we still have (all men's sizes, unless otherwise noted)

Lots of you have been asking- where do I get Dick Dale tickets?  Well, we're gonna tell ya!

Starticketsplus.com, or any Meijer store.  You should be able to get them at the door too, as long as you get there early!  Doors open at 7pm, and the show starts at 8pm with us.
