Folktale. I guess when you make records that only apply to your own backyard, you gotta deal with it going under cats radar. I thought it was pretty cut and dry when I did it...but then again, I would. People will catch on eventually..."So here's the drama, pops didn't approve of me getting the boots so SWIFT, it's like I'm SHADY, had to give him some PROOF...". SWIFT. SHADY. PROOF. I do that through the whole song. It's more my Ode to The D, than it is anything else. Part 2 is turning out to be a tad difficult. But anyhow...yeah...listen for the names.

And the tattoo thing is coming into play soon. Bare with me, this is more of a personal celebration than it is a conceptual hip-hop record. But I'm hoping to share it with folks as it develops. One day it'll all make sense. Maybe.
