Hey,

We have an online store....so those shirts you've been asking about are available to all!

We've also got pre-orders for the Book/EP in two different forms (normal and the extra special, gonna blow your mind edition).

Check it out!

I may have lied about the changing of your life bit in the title....or maybe not :)

Maybe just a little hyperbolic.

Hello,

Our first music video is now appearing right on our myspace page. The song is The Lady Vanishes (off Everyone All At Once) and the video uses Alfred Hitchcock's 1938 film of the same name as the source.

Theatre troops put on 15 minute Shakespeare adaptations and this short film uses a similar concept, except this video rendition takes Hitchcock's full length feature into a mere 6 minutes.

Hope you enjoy it!

-Adam

Post Script- Here's the video link if you'd like to be taken directly to it:

We’re working on a new EP that will be accompanied by an illustrated novel. The Cried Wolf Book which will include 4 songs and will chronicle the life of the boy who cried wolf as an adult. Our good friend MLXNDRSC, an amazingly surreal and inventive visual artist, is illustrating the story. We are releasing each section online for free through Auteur Recordings every month until January first. The novel kicks off with our cover of Robyn’s smash “With Every Heartbeat”, and it can be downloaded and heard for FREE while viewing the first section of the story here:

Read! Listen! and Dive Deep!

Hello All!

We've been holding this news inside of us too long, and we're ready to burst at the seams! Without further ado I liked to announce that we've signed with Something In Construction to release Everyone All At Once in the U.K.! We'll be heading over there for some shows in October to celebrate the release. If you're in the across the pond we'd love to see you!

Now, I'll shut up and let David from SIC talk about us a little...

THE REST

Something In Construction is very proud to announce a new signing.

What now?
From Ontario, Canada, called THE REST, they walk an Bunnymen/Arcadefire sort of line and are aiming very much for the Big Music.
And as a seven piece with a huge array of instruments on stage they stir up such a blistering sandstorm in that pursuit, that it is impossible not to be caught up and join in.
They are one of those bands that convert audiences wholesale and leave all jaws dropped.

Innovation!
They finance the band through the noble art of making and selling BEER at their own self promoted shows at home and they raised enough cash to make their album Everyone All At Once, which is coming out on SIC on Oct 5th.
It is initially available digitally and via the Rough Trade shops.  SIC and Rough Trade have decided on a unique pricing structure for the album.
The first 50 copies will be 99p.  The next 50 will be £1.99.  The next 50 £2.99. etc

A Visit!
Debut UK dates here in October
October 12th London  ILL FT @ Old Blue Last with Sebastien Schuller and special guests and ILL FIT DJs
October 13th TBC
October 14th London  229
October 15th TBC

Quality Online Action!
Debut shows this summer in NYC caught the attention of the french gents from Blogotheque, who have just filmed one of their legendary Takeaway shows with the band at Coney Island.

We're aware that in the U.S.A the album was not available digitally, so we've gone and set up shop at Amie Street.

http://amiestreet.com/music/the-rest/

Amie Street works on the very simple concept that a record grows in price as it grows in popularity. So, I won't name a price because it's always changing--but I will say that I bet you can find Everyone All At Once at Amie Street for a lower price than anywhere else right now.

I think it's a pretty cool infrastructure, definitely worth checking out, not just for us, but the multitude of great artists they are associated with.

Also, check out the page for a new video of us performing at our record release show in Toronto Ontario.
