Even witches can be sentimental fools, and I just want to let all of you know how thankful I am to have you as friends and supporters of me and Stirring the Cauldron.

It was a fairly easy decision to make after being asked to do the show, but I had no idea whether or not I'd have to hop on my broom and ride off in shame after the first episode, and I thank you for allowing me to stick around.

Brian and Anna Marie, you worked your magic and convinced me to give it a shot, and Dave and Tom, you took a leap of faith and gave me a forum on Para X to be heard. Putting the show aside for a moment, I'm just so thankful that you guys came into my life.

And to all of you who listen in every Thursday night, and those of you who have become members of my Para X family, thank you for always being there. It means so much!

Well, I'd better get back into the kitchen because I can hear the cauldron bubbling over, and those pesky flying monkeys are trying to run off with the deviled eggs and the trolls won't be to happy about that! Sigh. A witches' work is never done!

In the next few weeks, I will be hosting a new show for Para-X Radio called "Stirring The Cauldron" on Thursday nights at 9:00 PM EST. Here's a little blurb about the show:

Even though we claim to be an "enlightened society" there is still a certain onus when it comes to all things paranormal. Those of us who are in the field are certainly more accepting and aren't so quick to judge but there is one area in the paranormal realm that is still quite controversial and that is the subject of paganism and witchcraft. Many practitioners lay low and stay under the radar for fear of being labeled as more of a crackpot than those who believe in ghosts.

I believe that there is a strong connection between paganism and the paranormal and the line that separates them is very thin. In upcoming weeks, we will explore the differences and similarities between the two, talk to guests in both the pagan and paranormal worlds and help bridge the gap. We'll be clearing up lots of misconceptions, discussing interesting topics, and above all, having fun!
