My Live Performances on National Danish TV –  Videos!

My dear friends!

In January this year I had the pleasure of getting exposure on THE TWO BIGGEST National Danish TV Channels in PRIME TIME, in two of THE MOST viewed TV Shows in Denmark, - and I am SO PROUD of that!

On January 23^rd + 24^th  2009. I appeared in the Danish version of “American Idol”,

here in DK called ‘The X-Factor Show’ on DR1, the oldest National TV Ch..ann..el in DK an THE MOST WATCHED TV SHOW. They even made a very funny and creative promotion video, (like a commercial for a TV-Shop), - of me, promoting my new CD, as well as my first one.  They told me I got THE LONGEST appearence anyone ever got on that show! And getting a commercial on that channel is not anything you could even buy for money, since they don’t do commercials at all!

On January 26th 2009 I was on a very popular National Danish TV2 Talkshow called ‘Good Evening Denmark’, with a live interview and where I ended the show by singing one of my own songs ‘I Go On Dreaming’ live, to my backing tracks recorded in Nashville. This was a first time for me, and I was very honoured, that I was invited to be on this show. It was real fun too!

PS. No….I didn’t make it to the finals!...The judges told me I was TOO HAPPY to take it seriously! But I sure got the exposure I hoped for, so now, finally my home country (Denmark) know I am here…weather they like me or not!  And that was my primary goal.

Sure, it would have been wonderful, and great fun, to have moved on, into the finals, but we all know, they mostly want 15 year old kids for that (at least in DK they do). So I AM REAL HAPPY and PROUD, that out of 5000 participants for the audition, I was selected, and I got my 5 minutes of fame!....on National TV, in primetime, in THE most successful and viewed TV Show in DK! 

My 2008 Status....for your information and inspiration....

2008 was another FANTASTIC year for me, with so many wonderful things happening. I was back recording in Nashville again. My second CD “I Go On Dreaming” was released and so very well recieved by DJs & fans all over the world. Even National Danish Radio (DR, P4) have been kind to me!

I managed to get on YouTube with some videos and samples of my songs, which people seem to enjoy. I also joined Facebook where I even have a fansite now. It thrills me when people join me there, and link to me as friends and/or fans, - please do, if you are there too!? It will make me very happy and also help me a lot...more than you know! 

AirPlay Direct.. is another new site for me, where Radio Stations can download three of my songs in broadcast quality, for free. And on top of that a new linedance has been made for my “Don’t Trust A Man”...and I’m told that more dances are on the way!....You see why I go on dreaming?....

Below is my status, for what I call MY YEAR 3, as a recording artist (since the release of my debut CD). I still keep track of all spins, Charts and DJs who support my music & my dream, the best I can! THANKS FROM MY HEART for all your 'heart' work! That truly means a world to me!

- My 5^th. Recording session in Nashville TN.....

- 6 new, original songs of my own, recorded at Mikron Studio / Country Discovery Records.

- Mixing was done on Music Row, downtown Nashville, where all the big stars come too. 

- Photosession in Nashville, doing pictures for my new CD with a pro (Dolly Parton &   Porter Wagoner among his famous clients).

I'm still doing lectures about my Dream-Come-True-Experience, for lots of nice people. My goal is to inspire others to follow their heart and dreams, no matter how impossible it may seem!

GOING TO THE MOVIES & TO THE STARS:

I have recently started working on getting my music into Films & TV! In November I joined an A&R Company in The US and I am very proud to say that I have already got a song forwarded to a Publisher & Music Library for TV and Film Licencing! So just wait and see.....Hollywood....here “I” comeeee! Or I better say...my music will come!

Another dream & goal is to get my music to some REAL BIG STARS ‘over there’!

WRITING NEW SONGS:

Of course I have started writing new songs. I’m not saying when there will be a 3^rd CD from me yet, but I go on dreaming...that is for sure!

I can't tell you how thrilled I am to tell you, that one of my new songs, called "He's From Mars" is on the way out to Country Music DJs & Radio Stations around the world, right now, on a compilation CD from Country Discovery Records! I hope you all will enjoy my song!? Music & Lyrics by me.

Obviously the song is partially inspired by the book 'Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus' by John Gray.

Previously released songs (from my new CD) on Country Discovery Records compilations are:

Don't Trust A Man - The lyrics ending with "....but he sure is from Mars!"....so now you know why...and what I meant by that.  This song was 7 month in a row, on the TOP of the famous ECMA Charts, over most played Country songs in Europe, - and it also got/gets heavy airplay all over the world! THANK YOU DJs!

You Gotta Be Positive - Which also is recieving wonderful airplay all over the world!
