Wretched Asylum

Wretched Asylum casting call!

Wretched Asylum is currently seeking local actors, actresses, and classical musicians (strings mostly) for some upcoming special performances we have planned. We are looking to take our music and show to yet another level and turn our theme into a "Grand Guingol" performance that will bring the world to us...and people holding their breath!  We are currently in the works with the Artistic Director for a particular theatre in the area.  The theatre will be disclosed once final arrangements have been set.

We need at least:

Three actresses and two actors (who can commit to the shows)
Several violinists and cellists
A few lighting and stage hands.

This should be a lot of fun and it certainly will be a very original and innovative endeavor. We are looking forward to seeing it realized.

Well, let me first off say that we are definitely excited about Brandon back in the band and on drums which is where this band started off.

We are currently working on a new album and are in hopes to have something for you all by years end.

Expect many good things.

I also want to send a big thank you to Scot for playing live drums for us since last April.  We appreciate all the support his family has shown the band, and the gigs he performed at.  We wish him all the luck in the future.

It has come to our recent attention, that some of the art work given to us by our good friend Virus (Bryce Edsall) has been miscredited. Other people who admire his work take things a little TOO far and have been crediting themselves as the creator for his work. Let this be a warning to ANY or ALL art thieves, do NOT credit yourself for HIS work. It's becoming a bit difficult for him to even share his work anymore with the public considering this a reoccuring incident. He loves what he does, and we love the work he provides for us. VIEWING PLEASURE ONLY!

We're not going to go around pointing fingers and have the fans lynch this perp. (Although it'd be alot of fun) BUT we will do what we can to keep art from being miscredited and to keep Virus from becoming so frustrated.

Obviously, it's going to become more difficult to handle this situation with the growing popularity of his art. But we want to nip this in the bud before it gets out of control. So, if anyone see his work floating around and it has someone elses' name on it, just be aware that it's obviously not from them.

We dont want a message everytime you see his work somewhere. We have no time nor do we care for an email of "snitching". Just keep your eyes open and just know the facts from bullshit.

Greetings all,

Unfortunately we are not doing the show today in Athol due to my illness, I apologize for those of you who were going to be there in attendance, we will surely make this up to you.

With this, we are currently taking a short break from live shows until March 9th.  This is due to many of reasons, one being we are filming a live video shoot for 3:15 starting in a couple weeks.  Coming back from this short break we are hoping to have some new material lined up for you as well and plans to start another album.
