First things first, Hooters is not the first choice to take a child when you go out to eat. I'm not saying it's a bad place because it isn't. The girls aren't dressed like hoochies and for the most part it's a pretty decent environment. When it comes to places to eat though, a few other places come to mind. That being said, obviously I ate at Hooters yesterday. I ran a few errands yesterday and John came with me. Well we decided to stop and eat and we wanted Hooters. We went to the one on Veterans Boulevard. It was around noon so they had the football games on. We sat outside. The weather was nice. It was an all around nice afternoon. Now  they had a family sitting to the side of us. A man, his wife, and their two kids who looked to be around the ages of 8-10. They had a few other people around us and everyone was enjoying the games. Now, sitting directly across from me was a group. One girl and two guys. Anyone who is a wrestling fan in the New Orleans area knows the guy I'm about to talk about. His name is Corey. He did or still does the wrestling hotline and has the website barbwireandbeer.com, or at least that's what I think it still is. If you ever go to any local wrestling event here in the NOLA area you know him. He's fat, loud and obnoxious. If you don't know him, he's fat, loud, obnoxious and very disrespectful. Well John and I are sitting down waiting for our food and I overhear his conversation with his friend. They're going on about the games and of course, he's loud. He's loud enough that everyone can hear him OVER the sound of the game. Normally I'm not really bothered by that. Well I tell John who he is and how he acts. About 5 minutes go by and I'm really getting annoyed with him. He used the term "mouth raped" when describing what he hopes the Chiefs would do to the Buccaneers. He said something along the lines of "I'd rather have an STD and one leg then be a goddam Lions fan." Now keep in mind that one family is still there. He's going on and on like this for a while. Pretty much cursing and talking filthy the entire time John and I are there. We finish our food and are just watching the games for a few more minutes when another family sits down. Corey is still going at it. Well John and I decide to leave and I did something I'm not proud of. We just left. I didn't say anything at all to the guy. We paid, got up, and left. Now as I said earlier, Hooters is not the first place you'd take a kid to go eat. I was so disgusted that this guy didn't have the class or respect to just talk lower or just watch his language. If it was a bar, I'd expect cursing and filthy language. Not at a damn restraunt. Even if it was a place with all adults, you watch your language. When I go out to eat I like to enjoy myself. I don't even like to hear adults talking like that at a restraunt. I was very upset that I never said anything to him. John could see it in my eyes too. So basically the next time anyone is acting like that, people need to say something. God knows people like him don't have the class and respect for others to watch what they say or do.

Down with the U.N.

Obama supporters hail from Russia, Canada, France, Britain, Germany, the Netherlands, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Indonesia and elsewhere. One American employee here seemed puzzled that he was being asked whether Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) was even a consideration. "Obama was and is unstoppable," the official said. "Please, God, let him win," he added.

Many U.N. rank and file are less circumspect, saying they see in Obama's multicultural background -- a Kenyan father, an Indonesian stepfather and a mother and grandparents from Kansas -- a reflection of themselves. "We do not consider him an African American," said Congo's U.N. ambassador, Atoki Ileka. "We consider him an African."

Yeah so I think we need McCain in office because the U.N. is a joke to begin with.

Texas will kill you.

I love how the state just basically gave a big thumbs up to the "International Court" and Mexico. The dude moved here when he was three. How does that constitute him being a Mexican national? The people in his home town never even met this guy yet they're supporting him? How about the two girls who died? I'm glad to see Texas is just moving right along and killing criminals. Two thumbs up to the Lone Star state.

First off, I am not an Obama supporter. I think he's the anti-Christ. His solution to everything is raise taxes. You want to stop rising gas costs, make sure you inflate your tires as the masterful Obama decrees. Every once in a while I can actually side with him. Take this issue here. He opposes reparations. Do I know if he meant it? Probably not. I don't know what he means. He could very possibly have said it just to get votes. Fact is I agree with his statement. Was slavery bad? Yes. It was not a good point in American history. Fact is though it happened. It happened all over the world. For those of you who DON'T know, the Jews were enslaved in Egypt. Did they demand reparations? No. They've been the most persecuted people on the planet yet they took it in stride. If any people deserve reparations it's them.

England brought slaves over to the 13 Colonies. Has England given black people reparations? No. People like to forget that America didn't start slavery over here in North America. It was the English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. Another fact that is over looked was that the Africans in Africa SOLD their own people to the Europeans. There is a lot of blame to be given to a whole bunch of people. Now, in America after the Revolutionary War, we should have done something about it. We didn't and that was a lack of judgment on the fore fathers.

Not all white people owned slaves. It was the people who had the money and who actually needed them. So get this crap out in the open. Not all white people owned slaves. A very small amount did. Now every single black person alive today was not a slave. Their parents, their grandparents and great grand parents were not slaves. Did they go through a lot of hell and racism? Yes. But they were free. So if you want to give money to former slaves, find me one. I'll support giving them money. Fact is no one from the civil war era is alive today. Just because Kenleigh is black doesn't entitle him to money because he might be able to find a family member who was a slave. Just like I MIGHT have had relatives who actually owned a slave. The sins of my ancestors are not MY sins.

In his new song "Politics: Obama Is Here," rapper and staunch Barack Obama supporter Ludacris trashes presumptive Republican presidential nominee John McCain and former Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Hillary Clinton.

"Hillary hated on you, so that b—- is irrelevant. … McCain don't belong in any chair unless he's paralyzed. Yeah I said it cause Bush is mentally handicapped," Ludacris sings.

The Grammy Award-winning rapper, whose real name is Christopher Bridges, also takes aim at the Rev. Jesse Jackson, who was recently caught on video slamming Obama.

"Jesse talking slick and apologizing for what? If you said it then you meant it how you want it have a gut," Ludacris sings, refering to Jackson's off-the-cuff criticism of Obama's speeches on morality at black churches.

In another line, he disses Bush.

"Ball up all of his speeches and I throw 'em like candy wrap, cause what you talking I hear nothing even relevant and you the worst of all 43 presidents," the lyrics read.

In his song Ludacris encourages people to go to the polls and make Obama the first black president of the United States: "So get off your ass, black people, it's time to get out and vote. Paint the White House black and I'm sure that's got 'em terrified."

Obama's spokesman Bill Burton told Politico the presumptive Democratic nominee condemned the song.

"As Barack Obama has said many, may times in the past, rap lyrics too often perpetuate misogyny, materialism and degrading images that he doesn't want his daughters or any children exposed to," Burton told Politico. "This song is not only outrageously offensive to Senator Clinton, Reverend Jackson, Senator McCain and President Bush, it is offensive to all of us who are trying to raise our children with values we hold dear. While Ludacris is a talented individual he should be ashamed of these lyrics."

Why do movie stars, musicians, and B-list celebrities feel they have the right and need to broadcast their support for a political candidate? When John Kerry was running, Paris Hilton (yes the star of One Night in Paris) decided to throw her support behind the man. One of the most ignorant people on the planet supported this guy. Then the dumb girl doesn't even vote! So we have a girl who for some unknown reason is famous, telling people to go vote for John Kerry. The worst part about it is that some of her "fans" actually listen to her. They vote for the guy not because they share the same beliefs, but because Ms. Hilton tells them to. So now we have Mr. Luda telling black people to go out and vote. Not because it's their rights as Americans. Not because many black people died fighting for the right to vote. Not because MLK brought the downfall of segregation. He wants black people to vote so there will be a black Prsident. "So get off your ass, black people, it's time to get out and vote. Paint the White House black and I'm sure that's got 'em terrified." Forget trying to bring people of all races together. Forget the sacrafices made by MLK and other black leaders of his day. Lets vote in Obama so we can have a black President. Forget the fact he's grossly unqualified. Forget the fact he wants to rasie taxes. You have to just look past that. He'll be the first black President! That trumps everything else. The worst part is that black people will go vote for him just because he's black. The sheeple will follow Luda just because he tells them to.
