Just wondering if the market is starting to pick up for other Real Estate Professionals? I know it is for some in our area. But I seem to be one of those that is having a slow time at getting going this year. I have done mail-outs, and networking, but not as many buyers out there as I would like to be seeing. I love buyers, they bring a new joy into my life each time I meet another one. I love sellers because they are moving away from what they know, and they are cautious in the move they are making, and they love to talk. Because I love people and love to talk, both buyers and seller appeal to me. I don’t care if I am getting rich, not my goal, and never has been, I just love the feeling when you actually help a buyer get into their new home, or the seller finally signs the docs and moves on to their next adventure. So anyone out there in cyber land need my help, I am ready willing and able. Message me, or post, or just check out my website, and let me know if I can help you.... buyak49.com Stop by anytime and let me know what your thoughts are... what a great median we have to be able to share our thoughts and moments with other people world wide. How happy God must be when this median is used in a fashion that he would be pleased with. And on that note, Bless you and may the Lord keep and hold you in his loving arms.

Well, it really does feel like spring out there in more ways than one. More daylight, thank you Jesus. And now, the snow is leaving at a pretty fast rate. I am excited. It will be time to get out the motorcycles pretty soon. And we have already started our spring walking which is so much fun with Danger. He is all over the place and can't stand himself. Although since this is a new thing for him, and there could be bears out, we keep him on a leash. We will do that anyway, roads are not safe for puppies, or big dogs either, and he is too much a part of the family to take a chance. I would not let my kids play in the road, and I sure won't let him either. I will have to post when we finally do get the bikes out for a ride. We have ridden this time of year before, but the ice has to be gone completely off the roads, and it is not quite off yet. Also you have to dress for this weather, just like riding a snowmachine. This could be a false spring, so I will keep you posted on what the weather really does.. until then, have a great day....

I think I have seen enough rain and ice this winter to last me a lifetime. I hope this is a sign that spring is on it's way. I know they are saying that at the Anchorage Zoo that the Brown Bear is out and about, which is caused by our warm weather, but also could be a sign that we are going to have an early spring. I will pray for the latter as I am growing tired of the warm weather in the middle of winter. If it would get cold and snow liike crazy, I would be happier than rain in winter. The snow is leaving fast. Real Estate is starting to pick up a bit, people are starting to feel more secure in the prices of homes, and what the lenders are offering.

I can't wait for summer now though, time to drag out the kayak's, and motorcycles, and when I am not at work, and actually playing. I can't wait to introduce Danger the Border Terrier to the motorcycles, and the kayak, the Big Banana, our boat, and life in Summer. He was just a baby last year when fall came and brought all this snow.

I am finding time to play inside on the xbox360 with my kids. It is awesome to be able to visit with them long distance, but feel like they are right in the room with me. I am so pleased to have that tie with them, and get to play games too.

Well, I better get back to work, just wanted to interject about the weather we are having and that I am ready to be done with for the year.

Hidey Ho!!
Just decided to start a life journal online. I love Alaska, and it is just so beautiful right now while we are buried under 3 feet of snow in our yards, and running the gamut with the temps. -17 one day and then 20 above. This is what winter should be. Today my husband is going to go out and make me a ski trail so I can get out and do some good cross country skiing. We have been wanting to get out and ride and camp in a tent with the machines, but with 17 below or even 10 above, we have decided to wait a bit. We got the new pup Danger all set up to go with us, and keep him from freezing, but we still would like it to be a bit warmer. Danger will love camping out with us, and because he already rides the snowblower and the 4 wheeler, I am sure he will love the snowmachine. Gary has fixed up the machine so he has a bed to sit in, we have designed some warm clothes and a hat for him, and we are excited for his first winter camp trip. He is 6 months old now and the joy of our life at this time. If we do get out, I will try and post some pictures online. This summer, we are going to have him riding the motorcycles, but that is a lifetime away right now and hard to picture summer with all the snow and cold we are having. Well, I better get to work, may God bless you and give you a pile of snow to play in or a downpouring of rain to run in, or a batch of sun to bask in. Be sure and find the pearl in whatever you are blessed with everyday.
