This morning I learnt that my mashup "Hustle up beautiful things" (stated as being from Andean Dahlbaeck) got a spin by Judge Jules on his Global Warm-up show yesterday! I'm happy to receive recognition for uncount hours of puzzling things together 

I got loads of requests where to get the tune but similar to the "Oceanfire - Roadkill Satellite" mashup I absolutely cannot give out the tune. I do not own any rights and understand the respective owners, they do all the hard work building up the tunes. I do mashups for fun so keep an eye to your radio in order to hear more... Thanks to all the people out there who like the tunes!

Big news right before closing the 'old' year: After this, that and a lot of tech blahblah we will (very likely) be able to broadcast the upcoming airwaves shows in 2009 also via video live stream. That's huge!

You will be able to listen to crystal clear audio as usual and have the undoubted pleasure to watch the folks at the station go nuts over their sets via live stream broadcasted on soundwerk.org (no plugins required as usual).

As soon as everything is set up we'll fire out a notice on our blog.

I'm honoured as Judge Jules (nice guy by the way) played one of my mashups on his show at BBC Radio1 last night! 'Roadkill Satellite' was aired to all listeners worldwide and according to the feedback I receive today it really rocked

Edit2: Wow, I didn't expect that: My mashup got played for three weeks in a row now on Radio1. Thanks for all the enquiries on where to get it, unfortunately I will likely not be able to publish it anywhere due to copyright constraints. So keep it playing!

On Friday, the 24th of October I'll be playing at a charity event in Berlin (Murmansk Mardi Gras @ Villa, Landsberger Allee 54, Berlin). That's the second time I'm djiing for charity and I really love the positive atmosphere of such events.

If you have the chance stop by (my set runs from 1am to 3am) and do something good for your Karma and a great cause. Looking forward to seeing all of you there for a marvellous night out in Berlin.

Four fresh slots, four Fridays with bleeding edge electronic music:

Andrew Gaunt & Thomas Marx (tbc) will be back in the studio to skyrocket you into your weekend on Sept 05th. Following them, DJane K-Lectra will be in the week after (Sept 12th) to give you rather distinct electro emotions. After some weeks of breathtaking, me, Dru, will be back on Sept 19th to fire everything I've got a week before local music hero Schraube closes September on Sept 26th with two hours of trance classics.

I recently noticed that August will feature five "soundwerk airwaves Fridays" which means load of great music for all listeneres out there:

Marc Dirkmann will kick off things on August the 1st with Dezz following one week later on August 8. Daniel Tuschen once again will be man in the middle (15th of August) while we're proud to welcome DJ Nick Tyrez on August 22nd before TE will close the box on August 29th.

We're constantly working hard to deliver the best experience in electronic music at the soundwerk airwaves to get you in your weekend mood!

Watch out for this month's guests we got on the station for you:

DJ Stereobeat will open the month playing Friday 4th, followed by DJ Toe who rocks CT on Friday 11th. Dezz vs. Dru will celebrate the big love weekend warmup on Friday 18th while well-known DJ trausa will close the case on Friday 25th.
