Het eerste "Sandy Dane Festival" in de Meester Almere was een groot succes.
Op 20 November was het dan eindelijk tijd voor het eerste "Sandy Dane Festival".
Al een paar maanden was ik samen met de mensen van poppodium de Meester bezig op dit allemaal op poten te zetten.
Het idee ontstond om een avond te vullen met 4 verschillende acts. Ik ben eens om mij heen gaan kijken en heb 3 acts uitgenodigd die ik zelf te gek vind.
Voor deze eerste editie had ik uitgenodigd:
-The Stud Muffins (pop/rock)
-Nina June (Singer/Songwriter)
-Krause (Electropop)
Op alle mogelijke manieren(Twitter/Hyves/Flyers/Krant/persoonlijke mailtjes/smsjes)heb ik geprobeerd om mensen enthousiast te maken voor deze gezellig avond...
ENNNNNNNNNNN....
het heeft gewerk! Sjongejonge, wat een avond was het.
De sfeer was perfect, de optredens waren te gek en Krause zette de boel even op zijn kop.

Het volgende festival zal 19 februari plaatsvinden. De acts zijn nog niet bekend, maar het wordt sowieso weer gezellig!

I found all the members of my new band!!!!
Tomorrow I got my first rehearsal and I'm SOOOO exited!
I will teach these Rockers! to play my sweet, dreamy song;)
I'll try to make some pictures, so I can introduce them all to you in my next post!

It's meeeeeeeeeeeeee.....
I know it's been a little quiet around me, but I didn't dissapear!
Not at all, cause I'm working on a comeback;)!!!
I've been writing a lot of new songs with great people and I can't wait to let you hear some of it!!
I hope you didn't get tired waiting and that you're still looking forward to my new songs. I am really looking forward to show you what I've been up to and hear what you think:)

Hey Friends,
I know you didn't hear from me for a while and I'm sorry!!!
I'm trying hard to send all of you a message back...I don't like to send standard messages, I like personal and that's why it takes some time...

Cause I got BIG news...wanna hear it?????
Well, like some of you already know, my first single is coming out really soon:)
I'm so exited,Whaaaaaaaaaaa
But what is even better is that I'm signing my contract with Sony Bmg Netherlands:D, how cool is that?
I'm only writing songs for a year an a half/two years and I'm already getting this big chance to let everybody hear these songs and I get the chance to work with great people.
The last couple of months I already had the chance to work with a lot of great people and some great musicians play on my first single. I'm so happy right now, this is a big dream that's coming true...
We took some new, really cool, pictures for the new website. I'll let you all know when you can visit my website. I think it's gonna look great, because Bianca de Jong is so talented, her pictures are so pretty(www.toeps.nl) SEE FOR YOURSELF!
There are some big plans for this summer, but these plans chance like every damn hour;), so I won't tell you anything untill I know what's really gonna happen...
