You can now pre-order the debut album from Facedown’s newest addition to the family: Onward To Olympas.  “This World Is Not My Home” is 10 tracks of dynamic, creative and thunderously heavy music.  They are receiving great press already from magazines like Outburn, Hails & Horns, HM and more.

You can now pre-order Saving Grace "Unbreakable" in our online store.  4 different pre-order options are available and all pre-orders will be entered to win a one of a kind Saving Grace skateboard deck.  

Also, the album comes out on Jan, 5, 2010, but all pre-orders will ship by Dec. 15 for Christmas delivery.  (International orders might not make it by Christmas, sorry)

We are excited (and a little relieved) to finally present to you the new, improved Facedown Records website!   The new site is easy to navigate and has all the information you'll ever need about Facedown Records and our family.  We also have a new online store courtesy of Merch Now and a new Myspace rounding out the unveiling.

As 2009 comes to a close We are looking forward to a strong showing in 2010 with new releases from War of Ages, A Plea For Purging, Impending Doom, Wrench In The Works and more, as well as some of the new additions to the Facedown Family: Onward to Olympas and A Hope For Home.

We are very happy to announce the signing of Portland, OR's A Hope For Home to Facedown Records. After the success of their Strike First Records debut "The Everlasting Man", A Hope For Home has been brought up to the Facedown roster to release their new album in Spring of 2010. They are finishing the writing now and will record in January with Chris Common (Pelican, Mouth Of The Architect). Check out a new pre-production song titled "Post Tenebras Lux" on their myspace now. While you are on their myspace, make sure to also check out the blog explaining the concept and ideas behind the upcoming album.

We are very excited to announce the newest addition to the Facedown Family: Onward To Olympas, hailing from ....Charlotte.., ..NC..... Their debut album “This World Is Not My Home” was recorded with Jamie King (Between The Buried and Me, For Today) and will be released on Facedown on Jan. 19. We are very excited to announce the signing of Shapes Stars Make. This Dallas / ....Fort Worth.., ..TX.... based trio will be releasing their debut full length titled “These Mountains Are Safe” in January 2010. The album was engineered by Jon Congleton (Explosions In The Sky, Appleseed Cast) and Absolute Punk has referred to Shapes Stars Make as 'airy with gentle flickers that light up small and large.'
