Story of Stuff.  Check out this incredible video on www.storyofstuff.com.  It will really make you think twice about buying everything and anything.  The chain of steps it takes to get one product on the market ...from the resources that are used, it’s transportation, the toxicity in the product and manufacturing facility, the distribution to stores, once it’s in the consumers hands and then how only 1% of those products are actually still in your hands 6 months later.  The other 99% of those products end up in landfills!!!!!!!  Let’s stop this insanity.  Pass the word

Organic Consumers  Check out www.organicconsumers.org.  Just because a product is labeled "organic" or "natural" doesn’t mean that it doesn’t contain very dangerous toxic synthetic chemicals such as Sodium Lauryl Sulfate amongst other fertilizers, pesticides etc.  One must look for the official USDA National Organic Program which certifies true safe products without any carcinogens etc.  Don’t be mislead by the new "Oasis" label by Estee Lauder/Avalon, Jason/Avalon etc.  Be more informed - it’s difficult these days with all of this "greenwashing" going on!
