Stand with feet shoulder width apart

Bend knees

    Slightly

Hands in front, alive

    You know where

Lean forward if you feel it

    To tuck the tailbone, straighten spine

Relax all of my muscles

    Lower back and abdominals follow

The legs always contest rest

   That’s ok, this is a standing exercise anyway

Focus on a special point in your lower insides

It is the center of this reaction

    Center of flow

Know masculinity,

Maintain femininity,

 and be a ravine for all under heaven.

By being a ravine for all under heaven,

Eternal integrity will never desert you.

If eternal integrity never deserts you,

You will return to the state of infancy.

Know you are innocent,

Remain steadfast when you are insulted,

 and be a valley for all under heaven.

By being a valley for all under heaven,

Eternal integrity will suffice.

If eternal integrity suffices,

Then you will return to the simplicity of the unhewn log.

Know whiteness,

Maintain blackness,

 and be a model for all under heaven.

By being a model for all under heaven,

Eternal integrity will not err.

If eternal integrity does not err,

You will return to infancy.

When the unhewn log is sawn apart,

 it is made into tools;

When the sage is put to use,

he becomes the chief of officials.

For,

 Great carving does no cutting.

Only a flesh wound. Don’t let them bother you. It will all fade. All will fade. Bide your time like that attack in Pokemon Blue. Tastes good? That’s cus you’re above the system. Still around?
