Absolute Vengeance has a lot of stuff on our plate right now.

First, we just put up a new track this week, "One Reason."  Please check it out if you haven't already.

Second, we are going to put up some live tracks soon.  We recorded a let set at WMUC University of Maryland back in the fall and have some live tracks from that performance.  We'll probably put one up next week and then another the week following.

Right now we are also working on finishing up the art for our upcoming release "Beneath the Flesh."  I am going to get tracks from out first E.P. up on itunes and other mp3 sites soon.  As soon as the art is done "Beneath the Flesh" will be available for download too.

Also, we are recording some new songs right now with our friends in Age of Ruin.  We are recording 2 new songs each and covering one of each other's songs.  We are covering "Bleed for Better Days" and they are doing "AMPAM."  we are also doing some collaborative song writing.  We are not sure when this project is going to be done, but it definitely should be pretty interesting.

Lastly, Steve is building some screens right now so we should be screening our own shirts.  Look for some new T-Shirt designs coming soon.  They will be available for puchase through our myspace page just like our old shirts.

In the meantime we arre still looking for shows so if you have a show and ou need another band hit us up.

We just finished mixing the new EP yesterday.  It still has to be mastered, which shouldn't take long at all, but new songs should be up sometime this week.

We really want to get these songs out there for everyone to hear.  Everything should be done.  We finished leads and vocals a few weeks ago and are now about to work on production ideas and mixing.  We have to wait until August 8 until we can get into the studio and start working on that stuff because Kevin "131" Gutierrez is a busy man.  After mixing we have mastering which shouldn't take much time at all.

We are so close.  Stay tuned.  New songs will be up soon.

Dwight got drums the drums down on Sunday.  He finished 5 tracks so we will have 5 songs on this new E.P.

This weekend (May 10th and 11th) we are hopefully going to finish up guitars and bass.

After that we will probably need one more session for vocals. 

Then it's just mixing and mastering.

That's right,  We're set to hit the studio early next month.  We have three days booked in May and we are going to record 4 new songs.  I'm sure everyone is tired of hearing the same 3 we've had up for the past year.  We are going to go back to Assemblyline studios in Vienna because their work speaks for itself.

Also check us out on Ourstage.com  A.M.P.A.M. has reached 10 on the metal chart as of this blog posting.  You might have to sign up for the site to check it out, I'm not sure.  It's a website where people rate songs kind of like garageband.com, but much easier to use.
