I just need to say this, I love Fargo!
Tonight's show at the Red Raven with us, LOOM, Sunrise / Sunset & Tiny Moving Parts was nothing short of spectacular! It was seriously one of the best shows we have ever played here in Fargo.
It is really nice to see kids coming out to shows, sticking around to the end & really getting involved in the music again.
It has seemed like our scene has been dwindling in the past year or two. But tonight made us fall back in love with all of you beautiful Fargo kids!
THANK YOU!
Brandon!

We are going to talk with Ryknow on the Metal Side Show tonight at 10:30pm. So you should all listen up to 96.3 and hear what comes out of our normally silent mouths! & you will also be hearing some of the best snippets off of the new album so you might as well just forget all of your previous plans and huddle around your antiquated radios for a good old saturday night!
Late,
Brandon!

Hello- We are currently stranded in Casper Wyoming and thought we should catch you all up on the last couple of days. They have closed down the interstate to get into Denver so we unfortunately have to cancel our performance at both Old Curtis Street and One Eyed Jacks tonight. We are still going to attempt to push through tomorrow and get to Nebraska. Here is what has been happening though. Casper: Awesome show last night at the Eagles club. There were a lot of kids there who were into good music and that’s what we are all about. I personally made the best decision of my life and traded a kid a button for a tattoo pictured here:
As you can see my faux ink masterpiece is pretty spectacular. The humble donor wanted me not to thank him but stated “this is from Casper.” So to Casper, I say thank you. Salt Lake City: For every day we spend in Salt Lake it takes us three days to recover. You guys are ridiculous but the best kind of ridiculous anyone could ever ask for. The show was great we played with our good friends Loom and a insane band called Accidente’ at the Woodshed . Make sure to check both of them out. They have a viper pinball game, which sucks, and the most amazing painting in the men’s bathroom. By the way, I am the Sing Star champion! Great Falls: We played in a mall. I don’t care what Dan tries to tell you, a shopping center is a mall. We were thinking about doing a Tiffany tribute set but decided against it last minute.
Thanks to: Casper, Russian made Robots, Loom and everybody in Salt Lake (you know who you are because everyone includes you.) Dan from Not a Scene and Semen Segal!
Thanks, Shane H

Current mood: confident
Hey Y'all. I figured it's about time I get on this blog thing and write to you about how we are all doing on the road. Tour is going well. We are all alive, including our van. None of our shit has been jacked! We did have to replace our break lines in Portland, but we got the hookup from some awesome dude at the Aloha auto shop! "Go There!" We are leaving Seattle to head to Spokane tonight. Then to Great Falls Montana, and off to Salt Lake City for the second time to play with our great friends in LOOM! Then we start our long trek home.
We have all been very concerned about Fargo. We feel at a loss, not being to be of any help to our town when it needs it most. But we all feel extremely confident that all of our amazing friends at home are doing the best job they can to save our city! We have heard nothing but good things about how the entire community has become one in an effort to keep our city alive. So through all the bullshit I guess this is my formal thank you to all of you who are putting in such hard work. We all love you, and we will see you when we get home in April!
Late,
Brandon!

Lately everyone has been asking us “When will we be able to hear the new album?” Well, here’s some information for all of you. First off, our new album has a name it’s called Burrows. It has 8 tracks, and it stands at 47 minutes in length. Dan Jenson, who is a god among men, recorded it at the Devils Workshop in Minneapolis. We recorded the album mostly live on two-inch tape; well the drums were 100% live, bass about 75% and Guitar about 1%. Not that Brandon didn’t know how to play our songs; Dan is just smart like that, seriously. We are honestly more impressed with this album than anything else we have ever done as a band.
With that Burrows is 98% done, the only thing left to do is print it and get it in your hands. The release will be timed with our performance at Init Fest in Sioux Falls on Friday the 13th of March; you could call that our “Official Init CD Release Party” the physical release date will be after that, however, on April 7th. Starting Friday the 13th of February we will be previewing one song a week on our Myspace site so you can all hear parts of it before it comes out. The songs will be previewed as follows:
Friday the 13th February; Survival Friday the 20th February: Temperance Friday the 27th February: We Refuse to Envy Mars Friday the 06th March: Chokecherries
We will be giving some more goodies away in the next month as well. A new layout for the space, we will preview the artwork, and we will be playing two shows before then too!
We have a slew of shows coming up, we are booking a West coast tour to coincide the release of Burrows. If you want us to play your area, or can help us out with a show, SEND US A MESSAGE, we would love to hear from you!
Love all of you.
