Hello World; Friends; Fans,

After much time to figure things out, the decision has come
collectively that Another Found Self will be breaking up. We do not
know if this will be forever, so we are calling it an Indefinite
break-up..but none the less we will hopefully soon be playing some
final shows for all of you. This is the beginning of a new chapter for
us and everyone should know that all former members of AFS are on civil
terms but heading in different directions with their lives. We thank
all of you from the bottom of our hearts for being SOOO supportive over
the years! We have had many wonderful memories that I know we'll never
forget and I'm sure you'll see more music from new projects that some
of us form, so keep your eyes out!

Thanks again so much,

Mark Catalano/Another Found Self

What's good everyone?

We're going to be posting a new song called "The Professional" at MIDNIGHT NEXT SATURDAY (8/30)! It's one of our favorites to play live, so you've heard it if you came out to any of the Little Giants dates or any other shows we've been rocking lately.

It's good to shake your asses to.

Get stoked on life.

Love,
AFS

hello interweb

what a summer! we spent a lot of it playing shows for a lot of different people in a lot of different places. some of them were in the middle of nowhere. this just in... it is hard to make money in the middle of nowhere. but it's cool, we had the time of our lives. we're currently editing the footage and when you see it you will cream from the sheer excitement that is our day to day.

the time we've spent since we got back has been regenerating. we've been working day jobs (ew), rehearsing with cory (who is turning into quite the drummer), and plotting our next moves.

you can look forward to a couple of hometown appearances in september. they are both going to be special and they are both going to be FREE! we are also hoping to tour again in october.

expect some new pictures and a fly new layout soon. and if you read this and you're looking to book us, hit us up! we are dying to play for you and sleep on your floors and drink beers with you!

until the next time...we love you and hope you stay well!

And we're so fucking excited! We can't wait to get out there and show the east coast how we do it. The dates are all on our MySpace and you can also check them out at thelittlegiantstour.com!

If you're looking for advance tickets to any of the shows, please visit: littlegiantstour.indietickets.com.

We are especially excited about the tour's kick off on Monday, June 23rd. We are headlining the legendary Agora Ballroom and we hope that all of you in and around Northeastern Ohio will come out, get rowdy, and show us some support before we go off into the great unknown. We have tickets for cheap, so if you're interested in coming, get ahold of us!

The 23rd will also be the end of an era for us as it will be Nick Sainato's last show as our drummer. His passion for playing music has taken him in another direction and he will be enrolling in Berklee School of Music this fall. We wish him luck and support him in everything he does. He will be missed.

The show must go on. We are fine and have been rehearsing with our friend Cory Snyder on the drums. He will be Nick's replacement for at least this tour and we will let you know if it becomes anything more then that. Cory is a sweet, warm fellow and loves Pabst Blue Ribbon. Bring him some.

We're going to keep you guys posted daily while we're on The Little Giants Tour, so stay tuned in and keep yourselves alive. We'll be back soon!

Attention local bands!

We're looking for one last band to complete the line-up of our first hometown show in over a year on April 19th at St. Christine's Hall. If you're familiar with these shows, you'll know that they're HUGE! We had over 500 people at the last one and expect this one to be even bigger.

There will be a lot of promotion going into this show. Local radio, The Vindicator, and other local sponsors will be involved. We will also be advertising on television with a commercial airing for the two weeks leading up to the show on MTV, VH1, and Comedy Central.

We will expect any band that wants to play to work extremely hard in doing their part for the show by bringing a good crowd. We are not asking you sell tickets...we just want you to spread the word as much as you possibly can. We will provide the band we choose with flyers, posters, and all other details once we confirm.

We know a lot of you might want to play, but we are only picking one! We have to make a decision by Friday, so get at us if you're interested!

Hey everyone!

We've decided to try something in light of you guys being so extra awesome in the two days since we released these six new songs.

Super Bowl Sunday we had 2,000+ plays. Yesterday we had 1500+. And it gave us an idea...

There is nothing we want more in the world than to be able to get out there with a record and play these songs for you. We're so happy that you all are into this music as much as we are and WE WANT YOU TO KEEP IT UP!

Soooooo...your mission if you choose to accept it is to keep our plays above 1,000 every day until Sunday, February 17th. If you guys can get it done, and we know you can, we'll swap three out with three brand new ones.

If you're down it's as easy as spreading the word. Put our songs on your profile, put us in your top friends (band@anotherfoundself.com), and tell all your friends, enemies, relatives, and anyone else you can think of! And if you're extra nice, TELL US WHAT YOU THINK! We will write back!

We appreciate anyone who helps us out with this! Let's make it happen!

And what a day it is!

Ladies and gentlemen, we're pleased to present six of our new songs to all of you. It's been a long time coming for a lot of these tracks and nothing makes us happier than being able to finally release them and get your feedback!

So leave some! Comments, messages, eMails, IMs, whatevs! HIT US UP AND LET US KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!

We're expecting big things from these songs. If you feel the same, PLEASE spread the word. Tell your friends, your family, whoever. Post our player on your pages! We love you guys and we want our fanbase to grow...do your part and water it a little, you dig? :)

Other than that, check the shows and come out to hang if we're gonna be in your town! Be on the look out for more new songs other places too!

GO GIANTS! (Mark and Nick say GO PATS!)

Stay well.
Julian

PS -- We know that the sixth song isn't up ... MySpace is slacking. We're doing our best to fix it...please enjoy the jam when we do!
