Thank yous are due to everyone for coming out to the show and everyone who helped with the album. The credits are as follows: I do all of the singing, guitaring, ukuleleing, belling, and auxiliary percussioning. Mr. Dan of Sgt. Dunbar and the Hobo Banned, We are Jeneric, and the McKinley Administration played the singing saw and accordion, and Sir Adam played the banjo. There was a very well written review of the album in the Metroland recently. You can read it here http://metroland.net/back_issues/vol32_no49/recordings.html
Anyone else who wants the album can let me know. There are a few left; however, all of the Oscar's with open mouths are gone. You may understand that better when I post pictures of the album art.

Hey Everybody! I'll be releasing "If You Give a Grouch a Guitar" tonight at Valentines. The show starts at 8 and it'll be $5 at the door. My friends in The Hoborchestra and the Boston Celtics will also be releasing albums. Yes. It is a triple CD release show. I'm excited. My hands are ready to fall off from gluing/playing/having rug burn. I also posted a new track. It's the first on the album. the littleguy

The new Littlefoot album, "If You Give a Grouch a Guitar," is finished. It weighs in at 11 songs, with over 37 minutes of music. It's a heavyweight. Now, if you're thinking, "Holy crap. He said it was almost done a long time ago, he must have been working on it really hard," then frankly, you're wrong. I went a long time without touching this thing, but thankfully, Rich of Beware! and The Boston Celtics scheduled a triple CD release show, forcing me to finish this thing up and put it out. So, the actual release is still a ways off (Friday December 4th), but the important thing is that it exists. I think perhaps the most important thing to know is this: I was not striving for perfection with this album. I would love to claim that I left all of the minor errors and inconsistencies because of an artistic vision. And this is partially true, but in reality, with each song I didn't do more than a few takes because that's really fucking tedious. OHSHITCROSBYJUSTGOTAHATTRICK! And everybody knows that Littlefoot is all about fun. So, in conclusion, I believe that this album has a nice, live feeling to it while still maintaining a much higher quality than any of my crappy old recordings. On another note, there are some awesome shows going on this weekend at Valentine's. On Saturday Beware! is playing with Sgt. Dunbar and the Hobo Banned and Sea of Trees at Valentines. On Friday, Wearejeneric will be playing a show, and I've also got a handy flier here for another show at Valentine's: That show's got my friends in El Duke, Sam Coffey and the Iron Lungs (all the way from Ontario), Que Caro (Caroline Corrigan), and more. Recap: busy weekend, cd done, out in December, Sidney Crosby plays hockey real good.

I've posted 2 new songs from the upcoming album. They will still probably undergo some mixing and/or mastering before they're actually released, but, for the most part, they're done. Also, I would like to point out the first half of the lyrics in "The numbers divide each other" are actually the titles of Six Parts Seven songs, slightly altered to form the meaning of the song. I got the idea to do this after writing some haikus using only their song titles and album names. They are a very good band. Littlefootz

On the upcoming Littlefoot album: It exists. It will be a full length. It will be released sometime. Probably in the next month or two. On the deaths of Ed McMahon, Farah Fawcett, Michael Jackson and Billy Mays: This is a bad time to be famous. On the Flyers picking up Chris Pronger:
Oh fuck.

At the risk of sounding like a douchebag I would like to state that I firmly believe that Majestic Moose Club may have been the best band to ever play two brief sets. Stacey writes great fucking songs. This message is worth sounding like a douchebag for. In other news, if you're ever in Nashville, try to find the Yazoo taproom. I dare you.
P.S. - I think my last post probably tempted douchebaggery even more, what with the picture of Bill Guerin punching Matt Barnaby in the face and all.

So the past two shows I've posted I've messed up on the dates. I've updated them now so that they should be more informative...and accurate. If anyone sees any mistakes in them still, go ahead and let me know.

I played a show a few weeks ago in Schenecteady and that was great. Kamran got some sweet recordings, took one of each act, and made it a live compilation called "Life from the Electric City." The song on there is "Trucks I have Road in." You can DL it all here http://kparwana.com/electr..iccity.zipI have to admit that my voice sounded a bit like that of a nervous goat that night. Like these little fellas: But, that does put me in good company, including that guy from Soul Asylum and Stevie Nicks. And rumor has it Stevie Nicks had sex with everybody. In other news, I've got two more shows within a week at the end of February/beginning of March. They are as follows: Saturday February 28th at St. Rose. March 3rd at Ground Zero (RPI) More info to come on those, so keep your eyes peeled. Until then, check out the new albums by Barons in the Attic and Blood. And now, just for the hell of it, since apparently nobody allows embedding of Collective Soul's "Runaway Train," here's R.E.M.: Turns out Michael Stipe also sounds a little like a goat.

Of course he hit you. Littlefoot show tonight in Schenecteady with Birthdays and Ryan Stewart. It will be fun. If you need to figure out how to get there, get ahold of me (or Rich or Kamran, if you know those dudes.) If you do want to come out, just remember that it's taking place in someone's home. Don't steal the fine china.
