To put it bluntly: we had the greatest time during the tour! The amount of great people, bands, artists, houses, abandoned toy factories, impossible breakfasts and mayor-running transvestites we got to see and touch was positively staggering. In particular, thank you mike, douglas, america, brian, karen, kate, greg, ashley, wendy, nadia, michelle, natalya, dwayne, muriel, jim, pogo, andrew, meredith & the t's, donnie & the c's, raj, zachary, jeff, nadia, ben, krista, elmer, jenny, brian, mats, stefania, roy-t and jiwon for making it happen.
we're currently enjoying late spring in malmo. we've done a few stray shows in sweden, denmark and germany since we got home. the two of us are spending some time with our solo projects, as well as working on the new LK album, Periodika. expect us at the CMJ marathon in NYC in october!

ve'tu,
Lindefelt

Thanks everybody for showing up at our day parties! We had a great time and hope to see you all tonight (saturday) at the Kora showcase, 11PM at Habana Calle 6, 709 East 6th St. And keep an eye out for Lesley. He/she ran for mayor and ended up 3rd.

Starting March 7, The LK are going on a 4 week US tour to support the american release of VS the Snow. Get your socks on and check back for details. You are the corner!

The Scandinavian release of the debut album VS. the Snow is pretty much SOLD OUT. You may be lucky and stumble upon a copy in a secret record store (keep an eye out for the baterflies), but that's about it. But don't worry - an 11 song US reissue is coming out in March 2008 on The Kora Records, Washington DC (with distribution by Dischord).

Here's a remix of Malcolm Middleton (ex Arab Strap) we did for the UK label Full Time Hobby. It's called "We're All Going to Die". Enjoy.
