When dealing with the insurance company, you may wish to contact a lawyer experienced in auto accident cases to speak for you. The insurance company might try and get you to say something they can later use against you. For example, many times you don't feel all your pains and injuries immediately after an accident - many injuries do not show themselves for a few days. However, the day of the accident, the auto insurance company will want you to state on record the injuries you feel at that time, and that you feel fine everywhere else. Later, if you feel more pain in another area of your body, they will use your statement against you - maybe that you are not really injured in your neck but merely want the accident to appear more serious so you can collect more money.
