KAIZEN and guitarist Julien Maurel have parted ways. "The four of us remaining in the line-up will continue to herald the band's legacy. We're currently writing our third full-length album. We wish all the best to Julien and want to thank him for these crazy 10 years we spent together recording music, playing gigs and partying. KAIZEN is not looking for a new guitarist to fill in until the album is done. We will probably need a session guitarist when needing to get back on the roads."

Kaizen is currently hard work in the rehearsal room, we had an intense week of songwriting, and have 5 songs nearly completed for the next album to come. We have accumulated tons of riffs in our computers since the release of "Sink" and we still have many ideas to explore. We have been quite silent for a while but are ready for a loud come back as soon as possible with a heavy as fuck album!
We will eventually play a few of them at our next show with One way mirror.
