A little update. Jordan is kicking ass in Los Angeles.  He is currently recording a new album with Oliver Future, being produced by Adam Lasus(Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, PJ Harvey, etc) and doing some solid studio work, including playing on Ben Harper's new album. Cliff is still in cowtown trying to make it in the country music scene.

To keep up with the boys check out their myspace pages.

If you haven't heard Jordan is now in sunny LA.  We are planning on playing a show or two out there in the next couple months, so things are changing a bit for our little band....Good times. We will be getting the album mastered pretty soon, expect an October release.

Hi, This is Jordan. I never use this thing. I never use the myspace thing either. A lot of people do. Im probably the last person to not be an avid MySpacer, I also dont have an IPOD yet. How March 2004 of me. Well, Oliver Future, the other band I play in will be playing in Los Angeles twice next week if anyone is interested. Wednesday May 18 8:30pm @ The Knitting Factory. Thursday May 19 midnight @ The Viper Room. If anyone is in California come out and say hello.

Wow, SXSW was crazy. So good to see all my friends down there. I kinda ended up being Jordan's roadie(not a band thing at all), and since the people in Austin realize what a badass he is on the drums, he played 6 shows. If you never seen him do his thing with Pudge Zeppelin, its really incredible. Anyways, I am ridiculously tired from the whole thing. Here are my highlights: -Saw the premiere of The Flaming Lips Documentary....awesome. -Discovered a band from Norway, Low Frequency in Stereo...and then stalked them. -Had free dinner on the devil(clear channel) -Lets just say some good friends of ours are gonna be real rock stars soon. Congrats! Oh and by the way, I posted a ruff mix of Impressed II, dont know exactly when the album will be, but let me know what you think of it! Cliff-Horses

Recording is going absolutely great. We should be done tracking the album by tom or sat. Mixing will begin this weekend. I am sooo excited about how good this is turning out. Here are some highlights: Eric confessing his addiction to "forensic drama"(yes he actually used that term). Picking up our dear friend Gabe Lit from Denton to throw down some bass clarinet. Ward Williams taking an already badass song and making it even better. Jordan and I watching Glory until 4am, knowing that we needed to get some rest, but damn its good...and it reminds us of high school. Referring to a song as "Tamborine City" can actually be a good thing....maybe. Heres to the jasons deli on beltline for forcing me to order the new primo pasta thing. You made a fat guy happy. Thats all I have for yall now...Be ready for a sneak preview coming this weekend.
