Oh me, oh my....i've not been to sleep since 1am yesterday having just about managed to get off site from Glasters. I thought that Myspace would have the track up and ready for you to grab when I clicked the button...but apparently not. Never fear for you can now exclusively download Beautiful But Boring HERE! Hey look, I got blogged here. It's frigging brilliant. I laughed my self out of bed this morning, I think they got the description of "Dimbleby, this terrified-looking girl from a year ago and Capper is the little toy wizard noise-box puffing out a crude version of the tune from her lap" bang on. Oh Youtube, you embarrass me.

So tomorrow morning I'm boarding my first long haul flight in about 10million years and will be landing in LA !!

Phenomenal. I'm not really meant to be talking about this yet but...
I'm going to see the fabulous Champion* and friends hang out and develop an unbelievable recorded project, aside from D&C, that is still in its very, very, VERY, grassroots stages. I'm going to get my first (hopefully not last) taste of LA and can hardly contain myself for the excitement. Mega.

I'm taking a camera. So there may be pictures. There may not be pictures. Hopefully, there WILL be pictures.

So yesterday I spent all day with Hitomi Yoda doing the test shoot for some gobsmackingly-good press shots. It's all awkward heels and elbows. We've decided Dimbleby is an eastern european harlot, Capper- a hobbit throw back from the 80s. We had a lot of fun but these are by no means the final shots. We've got hair and make-up extremes to explore before the real shoot but i just have to give y'all a peek at these...

The Illegal Tender lot seem to be hot on the heels of everything that is, well...HOT right now so I'm incredibly flattered to be involved in what they are doing. It's worth a good read, so go and read it.

Now, I realise I've become a bit of a lazy blogger on this site myself, and that's not for a lack of exciting things going on, just a lack of....well no lack of anything, I'm just being selfish and keeping it all to myself. That won't win the people over they say, so let me fill you in...

I'm currently in the studio for another few days with Liam Howe, the man has a vast collection of pretty much every sound you wouldn't usually want to put on your record but magically, they're all over mine. It. Is. Brilliant. As soon as I have something to share with you I will. I'm as keen to hear something as (I'm hoping) you are.

Hitomi Yoda is a photographer recently out of Goldsmiths University (where I'm studying, that's how I found him) and we're planning on getting a few photos together to use everywhere we can. So yes, you may get to see less of my D.I.Y self folded over my laptop camera and less of my delicious bedroom decour and MASSIVE lamp, but will have (hopefully) some spanking new shots of me looking less half baked. I will not surcumb to everything that is polished though, I'm a lover of the lo-fi and am only going to keep a couple of limbs on the other side.

In between all these things, i've recently started a recorded project with someone very exciting indeed but i'm not sure if this is still a 'secret' thing or whether I can let the world in on it too. I'll have to ask them and get back to you on this one.

What else... I was taken on my Coda Agency before Christmas too, so eventhough it may appear I have less shows on my page, we're being a little selective and I assure you that when they arrive, they will definitely worth coming down to.

I think that is all for now,  must sign off as I'm hardly dressed and must be in Angel for 11am.
