Hey everyone, it's been a while since I've posted an update. Truthfully I've been laying pretty low musically, taking some time off to recharge my batteries and plot my next move. I did a recent interview with Rock/Metal website www.rockeyez.com, thanks To Brian Rademacher for having me on the site once again. You can check it out here, enjoy. Thanks, Ty

Hey everyone,

Well unfortunately my time in Los Angeles and working with singer Megan McCauley turned out to be very short lived. Due to personal and professional conflicts, I have decided to leave the band. Those of you who know me, know how hard I worked to get into this project, and how excited I was to be a part of it. I poured 110% of my blood sweat and tears into it for the last few months. I had nothing but optimism and positive vibes flowing for the future of the band and the music involved. It got to a point where I had to make a choice, and the best choice for me was to walk away. I'm truly grateful to have had the oppurtunity to be a part of it for as long as I did, and to work with such a talented group of people. The 2 shows we played were 100% fun. The 30-40 minutes onstage were worth all the hard work and effort, and I have absolutely no regrets. The other players invloved were all great, and will be missed. Please check them out as they are all top notch, and deserve your attention. You can find Scott(Drums) Patrick(Guitar) and AP(Bass) in my top friends.

As for me, I'm still on mission music, although with a new directive. I'm looking to be part of a band, and will no longer pursue a solo Instrumental path. Rhythm, lead, whatever. I just want to be part of a rock band, playing good music I believe in. Stay tuned.

Thanks to everyone for the continued support and positive feedback :)

Hey everyone,

Just a quick note to fill everyone in on what's happening as of lately. As some of you already knew I have been working hard on getting into a band with vocalist Megan McCauley. I've been fortunate enough to have been given one of two guitar spots, and as of this week I've relocated to Los Angeles to play in the band full time. So far Megan and I have been practicing her music, and will be meeting with musicians this week to fill out the rest of the new line-up. I'm very excited about this band, and will be keeping you all updated as things progress. Check out Megan's  music if you haven't already. Thanks to everyone for the continued support!

Hey everyone!

As some of you may know I was invited to the Sfarzo Guitar Strings Artist Party this past Saturday night at the Last Day Saloon in Santa Rosa, CA. This was also a gathering to celebrate Lisa Sfarzo's 21st Birthday. To say the least, the event was a blast! Nothing but great musicians bringing their "A game" to the stage all night. I felt very fortunate to be a part of things, and even got a chance to get onstage and and play "Made of Memories" It felt great to play live again as I hadn't done so since NAMM this past January! I posted some pics from my performance, as well as an Sfarzo promo video with testimonials from some of the great players who were in attendance Saturday. Enjoy!

I want to thank Eleni, Janine, Greg Sfarzo and all the other great people who pulled together and put together such a rockin' event. It was an honor!

Hey everyone!

Check out the new video for "Sunset Sky" I took a bunch of live video I had from some of the shows we played last summer, as well as a few clips from our show with Foreigner last September and had it all chopped up and smashed together. There's some fun clips of the band and friends hanging out and goofing off thrown in for good measure as well. Looking over the clips reminds me of just how much fun we had playing. Unfortunately, Drummer Glenn Behanna left the band earlier this year. He kicked ass behind the kit for 2 years, and I thank him for helping bring the music to life. It was a blast!

 Enjoy the clip :)

 Thanks,
 Ty

Hey everyone-
I'm really happy to announce I've recently become an Xotic Effects endorsed artist! It's quite an honor as their pedals are used by the likes of Andy Timmons, Blues Saraceno, Steve Lukather, and Greg Howe to name a few.

I have been using Xotic's BB Preamp since the summer of 2007, and fell in love with the pedal almost immediately upon receiving it. It quickly became an essential piece of gear, and my secret weapon for tone shaping while recording the "Heartstrings" CD. The pedal has a smooth, warm characteristic that's perfect for live or studio applications. Whether you want to add a subtle amount of Gain to a clean channel, or blend it with an already saturated channel, the BB only seems to compliment whatever you choose to put it in front of. Check out Xotic Effects full line up of Pedals and more here-

Well to say the least, Myself, Bobby and Glenn had a blast this past Thursday night when we were fortunate enough to open for Classic Rock legends Foreigner. The Crew treated us really well, and the Crowd responded even better to our set. The Venue was top notch to say the least, and getting to play this peticular show was honestly a bit surreal. I think the three of us have had smiles plastered on our faces since! Here's some photo's from our set, big thanks to Andy Frazer for going out of his way to photograph us for the evening. We'll have some video coming soon as well. Enjoy!

Thanks everyone for all your complimens and supportive emails, you're the best! Ty
