the woods have a song. a mysterious voice. a chorus of beautiful noise. the wind and leaves making the sound of a dream. a sound that embraces me. i got lost in the woods and it was beautiful.

by Charles Bukowski
the flesh covers the bone and they put a mind in there and sometimes a soul, and the women break vases against the walls and the men drink too much and nobody finds the one but keep looking crawling in and out of beds. flesh covers the bone and the flesh searches for more than flesh.
there's no chance at all: we are all trapped by a singular fate.
nobody ever finds the one.
the city dumps fill the junkyards fill the madhouses fill the hospitals fill the graveyards fill
nothing else fills.
~i have been reading a lot of Charles Bukowski lately. he is one of my favourites. his words are delicious. his words are electric sugar to me and they satisfy my soul.
on another note: i can't wait for the storm to come! i love afternoon storms. they bring a sense of calm to me.
XOXOXO

BY STAR BLACK
the devil is rising inside you, rising, rising, rising. he is going to make you do something true, something sinister and surprising, something demonic and inviting. the devil is doing his work through you. he isn't hiding.
you are to burn in the gates of hell: trillions of years, millenniums, millenniums. angels are going to mourn for you in their white, white dresses. harps will plink sad songs: you're the one peter erases: wrong, wrong, very wrong.
the devil is on your back, riding. the devil is on your back, gliding. the devil is on your back, whispering words, words that are heard: sinful, succulent, lascivious words, horror sounds, coming, coming, rising through you, pitchforked.
thumping, hurrying, your veins tubes, hurrying, thunder ooze, tromp, tromp, tromp, the devil is taking you.

this season. the changes. the electrical currents. the love we share. the movements and the energy. hate is a wasteful etertainer. picking up the pieces. see where they fit. creative fires fuel me. i am not the driver. i am the possessed. lots of things are changing and although change is freaky and tricky, i am looking forward to it.
i am also editing my first collection of poems and am looking up publishers. i will definitely keep this page updated. lots of changes are happening and i am feeling highly creative and pretty excited. feeling random too and random is a okay! woohoo!

the shirt touches his neck and smoothes down his back. it slides down his sides. it even goes down below his belt- down into his pants. lucky shirt.
