If you haven't seen the art on our site- www.artofpolitics2008.com - you should check it out. We've had entrants from ages 5 to 70. We have professional artists, art professors and people who just decided to enter our contest for the heck of it. We're really working hard to make this feel accessible to people and I'm really happy we've been able to give people a place to see their art go up. We're accepting submissions through April so pick your issue- be bold- and submit some art!

Hey all- many thanks to the hundreds of you who have checked out our site (www.ArtOfPolitics2008.com) and even MORE thanks to those of you that have forwarded it on to your friends. Art of Politics is a grassroots effort to fuse art and activism this election season to create political-scene-changing poster art. We know you have a political issue close to your heart- pick up the artistic medium of your choice and send it in! We hope to start our on-line gallery soon!
Also- do you blog somewhere else? Please take the time to post something about Art of Politics - more exposure equals more diversity and that's what we want.
Lastly- Art of Politics is a truly grassroots, funded-out-of-pocket-by-devoted-creators effort. Think you know someone who might want to partner/sponsor the effort? Please drop us a line.
Keep in touch- Leslie and Summer- Art of Politics 2008
