Ok ... those who know me well know I'm not one to boast ... but I have to for my Aunt's sake!!!!  It's about her new vegan cook book that she wrote and sold over 8000 copies in the second printing "Great Chefs Cook Vegan" by Linda Long.  She has a background of various career's in  academic, corporate, and media communities, with a strong emphasis in fashion, food and nutritional topics.  I had the honored and great pleasure over the years of working with her at the start of my photographic career both in N.Y.C and  in Europe.    With the start of her career over 40+ yrs ago mostly  in the world of fashion, we would attend runway shows with well known names; Vogue, Tommy Hill and Victoria Secret just to name a few.  This was such an awesome experience and opportunity to work with her.   Now, her career path is pointed strongly in the nutritional field,  I've once again been honored to work with her!   We've spent many hours on the phone and I've made trips to N.Y.C. to assist her with perfecting her book.   The old saying, "Two heads are better than one"!  She has photographed and worked with 25 of the worlds greatest chefs in creating this book.  All foods are plant based and I have to say, " anyone will drool over the likes of these dishes"!   Some of the chefs that share their plant based recipes are Todd English, Josef Huber, Erik Blauberg, David Burke, John Besh, Thomas Keller & Charlie Trotter just to name a few.   She has scheduled book signing dates and I'm waiting to hear that Food Network and Dr. Oz from Oprah have called her to come on their shows ... so stay tuned and trust me if I can I'll be right there with her!!!!!  Check it out I'm on the Acknowledgments Page 7
