Current mood:  busy
Hey, just a few things to talk about here...first of all, thanks to everyone who's been cheking out the tunes, it's been really great to see the interest in this project! We've currently been working n a few things; first of all, we were into the Sonic Temple a few weekends ago and got bed track for 5 tunes done. In the next few weeks, we should be going into Ultramagnetic and putting the finishing touches on these tunes, and as they're done they'll be posted here and on Soundclick. Also, we're looking at going into Common Ground for an evening and working on a few more tunes there. We've used up all our Zip discs for our 8-track recorder right now, and until we get them dumped to cd there'll be a bit of a wait until we get any more demos recorded, but there are 31 done right now, so it'll be a while before we run out of tunes to be posted here. Thanks again to all of you who have been supportive of this, special thanks to Andrew Watt, Charles Austin, Lil Thomas, Jamie Alcorn, Paul Boudreau and the Tribeca staff, and we're looking forward to seeing you on the 19th for the first gig! Cheers,
Adam and Rob

Current mood:  curious
So, this site is a bit of an experiment for us, and hopefully one that will prove interesting for any of you who care to follow. For the past while, we've been working of demoing songs in the living room of my place on an eight track recorder, and dumping the files from zip disc to digital media intermittantly, as the zips were filled. We've written and demoed 31 songs so far, and there seem to be a lot more to come. In the past week or two, we've finally been getting around to spending some time in real studios with more than two microphones, and rerecording some of the songs in a little more professional manner. Over the next while, we'll be posting various songs in various stages, from the living room demos that are up right now, to rough studio mixes, to (at some point lol) the finished product. As we do this, any comments or critical feedback on any aspect of the songs, from sonic to composition to playing, is more than welcome. Thanks for taking the time to check it out, and we'll try to keep you entertained!
