A BEAUTIFUL COMADRE SHARED THIS WITH ME AND I HAD TO SHARE IT WITH YOU ALL......THIS IS A POWERFUL STORY.....

As a woman in this day and age, I am in a position to ask a man what he can do for me that I cant do for myself. I pay my own bills. I take care of my household without the help of any man...or woman for that matter. I am in the positon to ask, "What can you bring to the table?"

The man looked at her.

Clearly he thought that she was referring to money.

She quickly corrected his thought and stated,

"I am not refferring to money. " I need something more. I need a man who is striving for perfection in every aspect of life."

He sat back in his chair, folded his arms, and asked her to explain.

She said "I am looking for someone who is striving for perfection mentally because I need conversation and mental stimulation. I don't need a simple minded man.

I am looking for someone who is striving for perfection spiritually because I don't need someone unequally yoked....believers mixed with unbelievers is a recipe for disaster. And even if he is a believer, he needs to believe as I do.

I need a man who is striving for perfection financially because I don't need a financial burden.

I am looking for someone who is sensitive enough to understand what I go through as a woman, and strong enough to keep me grounded when I do go through changes. I don't need a man who is going to purposely bring me grief.

I am looking for someone who i can respect. In order to be submissive, I must respect him and he must respect me.

I cannot be submissive to a man who isn't taking care of his business or who is "messy" in his personal affairs. I have no problem being submissive..but he has to be worthy.

God made woman to be a help mate for man. I can't help a man if he can't help himself. If he can't help himself then he definiteley can't help me.

When she finished her spiel, she looked at him.

He sat there with a puzzled look on his face.

He said, "You are asking for a lot".

"She replied, "I'M WORTH  A LOT."

AN EXTREMELY SPECIAL PERSON GAVE ME WHAT I AM ABOUT TO SHARE WITH YOU ALL....IT IS THE TRUTH, AND I TRY TO LIVE MY LIFE LIKE THIS...... THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME A STONGER WOMAN!!!

ATTITUDE

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.

Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than success, than what other people think, say  or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company, an individual, a church or a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.

We cannot change the past.....we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way.

We cannot change the inevitable.

The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.

I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.

And so it is with you......

Current mood:  grateful

I just had to take some time out and really express how grateful I am to all of you that listen to me, and allow me to come into your house, work, walkmens, classrooms, or wherever u listen to me!

Their is times I still can't beleive that this is what I do everyday (rock the mic). It feels too good to be true sometimes. To be able to share a piece of me with you all is an HONOR! It really is because I understand we all have choices when it comes to radio and what we listen to.

I am always on a "Natural High", I AM A BIG LOVER OF LIFE and I think I transmit that on the airwaves! I want my energy to be contageous and addicting! But beleive it or not I still have "bad days" we all do. I wouldn't be human if I didn't, right? They say you cannot reach a peak if you do not go through the valley. But as soon as I walk into the studio, even if i've had a bad day, it all seems to dissappear. When I see the MIC I get excited. Seriously! (Weirdo!!!)

Call me CRAZY, but that's what happens. Being in the studio everyday I get so many types of calls. I mean I got all kinds of people that call up guys and girls and we just chit chat and I learn so much from u all. Single mothers and fathers, heart-broken people, gay people, white, black, japanese, girls in foster/group homes a little bit of everything call me at night. I take a little piece of you just like I hope you take a little piece of me every single night!

Once again thank you for allowing my goofy self to come thru your homes and speakers every single night!

Love you all, (I really mean that)
