Coming soon will be 2 Days Of Funk's official website! The band is really excited about that and is looking forward to moving quicker into the Buffalo music scene. The band will be playing at The Evening Star Concert Hall on February 2nd, 2008. They will be playing with bands such as Still Blue, Pollock, and Red With Envy. Make sure to stop by and check us out. Cover charge is $5.00 and the doors open at 6:00 P.M. Ages are 18 and up so make sure you bring your IDs just in case. If you are friends with the band, then we can probably make arrangements to see you get in without any confrontation.

Unfortunately, Sam Berman-Cooper has been unable to make a commitment to the band 2 Days Of Funk. Therefore, the band has decided to move on without him. The feeling was mutual and there has been no bad blood between the band members. Please stay tuned for more updates! Thanks!

Friday's practice went better than anticipated. We worked on a couple of songs and were more than pleased how things turned out. Sam was kind of unfamiliar with the songs we played so it took a little bit for him to hear the songs and then make the transition to playing them. Next practice is this Saturday at 3:30. We as a band are working on three new songs, but we also want to perfect the songs we worked on Friday. So that will give us a total of six solid songs. We are excited. Things are moving along really well.

We wanted to let our fans know almost everything we are doing behind the scenes as we prepare for our first show. By doing that we will keep track of our MySpace page and PureVolume account on a daily basis to give you up to date information about our band 2 Days Of Funk.

On 11/30/07, the day that Dan and Joe were supposed to gig with their former band they got fired from, 2 Days Of Funk will be getting together to set up a list of songs. There they will go over some things about the band as well as learn a couple of tunes. As far as the tunes go, they would rather you find out by hearing them at their first gig. Remember, keep in touch! Things are quickly approaching us as the holiday nears. Lets hear it for a kick ass 2008 with 2 Days Of Funk!

Okay, so hopefully if you are reading this, you now know of the new band out of Buffalo, NY called 2 Days Of Funk. With three members coming from a former band called The Road Home, 2 Days Of Funk is looking to build a stronger foundation with new guitarist Matt Wattles at the realm.
