I made a wishlist for things I want to do in March.

Taking potshots at Freud's theory of fetishes--which is the most quoted reason for deviant desires I've so far seen on the web.

If I did one of those year end roundup things like everyone else does, I probably would have done one on Useful Words I Have Only Read on Sex Blogs. Among the nominees for terms for things that I knew existed by had absolutely no words for, there's "mimbo", "guh", and "subspace". But by far the most useful word that I have yet to see in everyday life has been "squick".

There's a certain scene in a certain movie that everyone talks about in Feederism. Perhaps you've seen it?

All right, a promise is a promise, so here they are: my actual breasts. The beads are real Mardi Gras beads, bought in New Orleans many years ago. As for the purple mark you can see on my left boobie, that's a souvenir from a more recent adventure.

The last time I put out the call for pics of awesome looking fat girls, Thursday's Child said she wasn't sure what I was looking for. It's true, I wasn't terrifically clear on that. I got some interesting reactions on my last BBW Monday post. Some people thought the girl in the photo wasn't fat enough for a BBW, some objected to the term itself, some people were totally fine with it. Of particular interest was writingdirty's remark:

In the sex positive crowd the term BBW never makes anyone happy. It seems at best making a fetish out of the way someone looks.

Anyone who spends any time on the internet will come across loaded terms like this. Some people see the words "fat" or "whore" as insults, others use the same words as love-language. Just as often as a word will be reclaimed by a subculture or minority, the same word will set some people off. But the furor over "BBW (Big Beautiful Woman)" surprised me. As Brooklyn Observer says, "But it contains the word beautiful. Right in the middle."So tell me, peeps: How big do you have to be to be a BBW? Does the word have positive connotations for you? And what's so bad about being a fetishists' ideal anyway? What does "BBW" mean to you? (and a pretty girl as an incentive.)
