Locked in her suite high in the keep; she kept herself alone to weep.

For many years alone she stayed, and in those years her glory did fade.

Had a good day today :-) 

Life.... It sucks.  The world is an ever changing mystery with how to succeed as the answer.  Many often contemplate the meaningfulness of existence, others sit back and watch life slip slowly, and painfully by.  But others are caught in between these two extreme paths.  Some seek solitude from the worlds troubles, hoping to attain something they alone wish to possess.  Others try to find comfort in another, hoping to find peace and harmony and conquer the evils of the world.  Some try to understand why their life is miserable labyrinth of betrayal, hate and deceit.  Others lead lives free of all troubles, yet live only in theory, for their soul is empty of experience in the most important parts of existence.  I am myself all of these.  Everyday my course changes, my path narrows, my journey takes a turn toward a fate I am not sure of.  Those who only watch me pass offering nothing are useless to me, and once I pass beyond the black curtain of their eyes will never again find me.  But those who follow in the footsteps of a troubled soul will find the journey worth taking, for even hell's damnedest soul is a joy to behold.... once you look behind the mask of their existence.

I wish life was simpler, that I was accompanied by more akin souls on my journey toward the end of days....
