( DIE FOR OUR KIDS DONT LET KIDS DIE FOR US)
On April 3, 2008 Jayden Hayes's life was brutally cut short by the hands of the 19 year old South Orange resident Jonathan Ortiz.
Jayden was only four years old, he had his entire life ahead of him,but on this fateful day, his future was tragically stolen from him.
Jayden received a fatal blow to the stomach from the above mentioned Ortiz. No ambulance was called, no authorities were contacted, quite the opposite, Ortiz even went as far as to lie to Jayden's mother, claiming he had no idea why Jayden had suddenly fallen ill...Maybe it was his asthma acting up, maybe he had a stomach flu... But that was not it at all.
Jayden was carelessly left in the hands of a cruel and violent man and now he is gone. The man, however, is expected to spend less than 5 years behind bars. Jonathan Ortiz has been charged with aggravated manslaughter, but due to a previously clean record, he will likely spend less time behind bars than Jayden did on this earth.
Please help me in this quest to find justice and to have it served in memory of this sweet and innocent young child.
