Hello good people.
This week we're launching a new partner to Inglow's growing empire! The nice fellas at The Garden, www.thegarden.no, have decided that they'd like to sell Inglow merch items as well as the cd. And we've all decided that it wouldn't be a proper celebration without you guys, so we're selling the fresh, new, juicy t-shirts we just got in at almost 30 % off!!
As a one week only special offer Inglow t-shirts will only set you back a measly 150 NOK (about 27 USD or 14 GBP).
Remember also to check out Inglow's new video, "Monstrum" here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHfoxT2EyDQ
Best wishes,
Inglow and www.thegarden.no

Current mood: inspired
Three days, three shows, three venues, one city... For us by:Larm has been an extremely fun experience, both as artists and as concertgoers! We've met a lot of interesting people, seen cool bands and learned a lot through seminars. All our shows were fantastic and so were the crowds! Thanks to Gry Cat. Wold, Lasse Bjørnar Andersen, Bjørn Alexander Brem, Christian Gathe and all the delegates, crew and fans who showed up! For details from my point of view read my blog on my profile. Kevin Roberto Alvaro.

Current mood: excited
by:Larm 2008 is approaching and since we're not a band who likes to take it easy we'll be hitting Scandinavia's largest music conference hard!
On Thursday we will be on Radio Tango FM105,8 at noon. At 2pm you can catch us at a public rehearsal in a container at Youngstorget. Later that night we'll be playing at Rockefeller music hall at 8.30pm sharp.
We'll start Friday live on tv, where we will be on two morningshows at the same time, naturally with different members on different programs! Both shows are live, so be sure to switch between TVNorge and Viasat4 at eight o'clock in the morning. And for you under 18 in Oslo, be sure to catch us live 9.30pm at Sub Scene, where there is no age restriction.
Last, but not least, on Saturday will be the last band on stage at Indigo, meaning we'll be playing at midnight. So there you have it; three liveshows in three days. Hope to see you there!
Kevin Roberto Alvaro, peaceful before the storm...

Kind of typical that the first concert of the year was forced to be cancelled on our part! The winter-weather in Norway can be a cruel vixen as there was absolutely no visibility while driving through the snowy mountains. Add an avalanche and no other means of transportation and you got yourself a recipe for a bad day! All in all we drove about 14 hours in what should've been a four hour trip to Kristiansand, where we spent the night before driving to our next show in Stavanger. We are sorry for the inconvinience and promise to make up for it, to both the city of Bergen and the two girls who had traveled a long way to see us! Hopefully, we'll be back after the winter has passed... we don't want to get stuck in a blizzard again, right? For more details you can read my personal blog on my profile. Kevin Roberto Alvaro, calling in sick today...

Though it was a huge letdown that we didn't get to play in Bergen, we saddled up and headed for Stavanger. After a massive detour we finally got there and set up camp at the hotel. Monica, a friend of the band, resides in Stavanger and turned 21 that day, so she decided to through her birthdayparty at Checkpoint Charlie! We would like to Monica for that, as without her and her friends the place wouldn't be so packed as it were! In retrospect, this was a long weekend, consisting of many hours and miles on the road and resulted in only one concert played. Again, we will make up for the cancelled gig as we will return to Bergen in the near future. Also, Trondheim will hopefully be on our coming tourlist, so you girls better get ready (you know who you are). For more details about the concert (as well as my fetish for the westcoast dialect) check out my personal blog on my profile. Kevin Roberto Alvaro, hoping for the best and preparing for the worst...

Hi, everybody! Hope you all had a pleasant new year's celebration and that you managed to cope the day after! Let's hope that this year will be a good one, ey? Just wanted to let our Norwegian friends know that we're the artist of the month on Norsk Musikk. Log on to win Inglow-prizes by answering a few simple questions. I'll be back with more, until then keep enjoying the new year! Kevin Roberto Alvaro, iching...

Current mood: accomplished
2007 has been quite a year for Inglow! We started off playing concerts in March, from small venues to massive outdoor-concerts, got signed by MTG Music in June, shot our musicvideo for "Not for Sale" in July and then released our debutalbum "Till Deaf do us Part" in late September.
From thereon, we've played at the premiere of the movie "Switch" (where we also contribute on the soundtrack), played at the very first MSN Oslo Music Week and opened for Muse in Trondheim. This year's last show is now out of the way and as of now, we will be taking a well deserved break. Our next concerts is in the end of January, so until then we wish you a merry christmas and a happy new year!
Sincerely,
Kevin Roberto Alvaro, preparing for jetlag...

Current mood: bored
Haven't been blogging much here lately, and there's not much to blog about either, still I've always liked bands who update their news-section to keep us folks up to speed on their current events, so here goes...
We have a couple of shows in Norway before the holidayseason kicks in and after new-years we have a short Norwegian westcoast tour waiting for us, so that'll be fun! Also, we're one of the 40 lucky bands, among over 1.000 applicants, to be playing at the largest musical-congress in Scandinavia, namely by:Larm which will be happening in Oslo february 2008.
Other than that, we've been laying a bit low; preparing for shows and writing new material. I'll be sure to blog more often, y'all!
Kevin Roberto Alvaro, just can't let it go...

Just got back from an eight-hour drive after opening for Muse at Trondheims annual studentfestival! The whole trip was a blast and this is the biggest live-production we've ever been involved in... so far ;)
Thanks to the crew for helping us with on- and offloading our equipment, manager Gry, soundtech Espen, backlinetech Tor, monitortech Daniel, bandcontact Nenita, Bjørn for filming our entire performance and Knut from Artistpartner. Also thanks to the 7000 people who greeted us with open arms and applause while waiting for Muse!
If you want more details on how the concert went you can go to my personal profile and check out the blog. There you can also read about our performance on live-television and at the MSN Oslo Music Week.
Kevin Roberto Alvaro, sticking with liquid food at the moment...
