We're finalists for one last prize up for grabs and its a BIG one. Hey guys!
We just wanted to give a everyone a big THANK YOU for
all coming last night and making it a killer show. With your help, WE
WON the final round in the battle to open for SAOSIN on the PacSun PACTOUR!
We'll be opening Saosin's show on November 28th at Toads Place in New Haven, CT. We'll give you more details as we get them.

Things are just about to wrap up here in the studio. We just finished tracking guitars today and everything else is done except for some screams. Then it's on to mixing and mastering. It has been an amazing experience so far to say the least and we're more excited now than we were when we started! It's all coming along better than expected. We can't wait to share it with all of you. It looks like things are on track for the planned release date, but as we all know these things can change. We will keep you posted about that, so hang tight.
Thank you all again for all your support and for spreading the word. It means the world to us and we couldn't do it without you.

Hey guys! We have some exciting news. WE WON AP Magazine's WARPED TOUR CONTEST! Check it out HERE! We'll be playing Warped Tour on July 14th at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD! We really couldn't have done it without your help. We were up against some stiff competition and you guys proved to us that we have some of the best fans out there!!! It really means a lot to us that ya'll came through for us and we're EXTREMELY grateful. To say thanks for all you've done for us, we have something very special planned for all of you after the EP is out, so stay tuned! Also, big big thanks to AP Magazine for giving us the opportunity! We are one of 3 bands that have been selected as a finalist in AP Magazine's AP&R contest to play Warped Tour in Washington D.C.! Now it's all down to your votes. Hey everybody!
We've got a very sensual new myspace layout thanks to our buddy Glenn, so
go to our profile now and check it out! We'd love to hear what everybody
thinks, so don't be shy. Leave us a comment!
Also, we have some very exciting news: We are scheduled to record our new
4 song EP in late July with producer Paul Leavitt! For those that
don't know, Paul has produced records for a lot of great bands like All
Time Low, I Am Ghost, Gwen Stacy and The Dangerous Summer. We're real
psyched to have him produce our EP and we guarantee that this will be the
most intense Self Made Soul release to date!
Speaking of new tunes, we will be posting new demos every now and then
until we record, so keep your eyes (and ears) peeled! We'll keep you
posted as they go up.
This marks a new chapter for Self Made Soul. In the past year, our hopes
have gotten higher and our dreams bigger. A lot of dead weight that was
holding us down has been shrugged off our shoulders. Needless to say,
we're excited about what comes next.
It all starts here.
