Chris Matthews badgers Bishop Tobin
Ever since his move to the dark side at MSNBC Chris Matthews has demonstrated a near
total disregard for a thing called objectivity. Remember that? It seems almost quaint these
day's anymore that a person professing to practice sound journalism today would once find
objectivity so important. On November 23rd Chris Matthews interviewed the Bishop Thomas
Tobin on the Bishop's position that Rep. Patrick Kennedy avoid Holy Communion because
of Rep. Patrick Kennedy's support for abortion rights. What follows is next is disgraceful,
totally disrespectful, and shows what a partisan bigot Mr. Matthews has become.
Viewing this video one could feel sorry for the Bishop having stumbled into enemy
territory, ambushed then badgered with the full force of a hyper aggressive prosecuting
attorney and having to endure the likes of Matthews to dare preach morality to a Bishop
of all things! One can plainly see Matthews took it too far, for far too long, long after the
point was soundly made. I submit this is just another example of where the secular
Left feels it may impugn at its leisure any religion, and Christians in particular, if merely
for sport. As a final note, as part of my research, I find Matthews is a Catholic, then he
clearly should have known better.

Now to say, just because a story isn't new don't mean it ain't news to me!
I got this story from a new friends blog and I was so ASTONISHED I had not heard of it I
felt I needed to give the whole news story a vital redux if I might be indulged s bit. Here
is the clip that threw me for a loop!
So now we know just why those banks who took bailout monies were clamoring to return it
all ahead of schedule, and why the Administration took them to task for thinking an early
re-payment
of taxpayer money might spare them the kind of government intervention that dared to topple
GM's chief executive position! And how on earth did they accomplish that Coup De Gras in the
first place? I sincerely hope none of you participated in the "Cash for Suckers" program.
Like with everything this Administration does there always seems to be a dark greasy hidden agenda
that wants to get it's hooks into you before you really see it coming. And once they do, good luck
trying to get it out! They want you, and now your computer, for GOOD! Watch these snakes
like a hawk at every turn, do not turn your back on them for a second! I hate to say it
but when you turn on the light anymore, those roaches just stand their ground and not run away!
We gotta get some stronger spray!

Critical Thinking: The careful and deliberate determination of whether to accept, reject, or suspend judgment about a claim.
I think enough time has passed where I can view this incident in it's proper light. Not as
some would think with my anger placed squarely upon the parents of the male child who
was used as a pawn in a media stunt when the parents called the FAA before contacting
911 emergency services AND the local media alleging that his 6 year old boy must have
stowed away inside a "flying saucer" style helium filled balloon that allegedly broke free
and floated thousands of feet high at times over rural Colorado until it eventually soft
landed in a plowed field and surprise? Emergency services swarmed the scene in or
surrounded by nearly every single emergency and media helicopter in the state only to
find no 6 year on board. Police swiftly then searched the home of the family involved
only to find the male child hiding in a garage loft area. In an interview the child let the
cat out of the bag admitting to going along with a hoax staged mostly by the father
to promote a reality type show he was trying to sell with all the free publicity he could
illegally muster.
My problem here is with the accomplice who got away scott free, no neither parent is
likely to escape prosecution. My beef is with the actions of the media outlets who held
America in effect hostage for the better part of an afternoon on a wild goose chase!
Are these reporters sans two synapses to rub together these days? what ever happened
to critical thinking? That balloon was not nearly large enough to loft a medium sized
rabbit let alone a 6 year old child! Come on! And let's suppose there was a lighter than
air kid on board, the helium on board would have killed him within a couple of minutes
of being inside. Helium is non toxic, but it will displace oxygen enough to suffocate things
that need oxygen to live.
I submit I believe the reporters were making a story where a mediocre one existed. It
was a field day for live news that afternoon across the nation. I have no doubt ratings
spiked that day for that time frame. Few reporters were ever questioned about their
part in a uncoordinated assist in foisting that particular hoax upon us all, those few that
did respond had only that "Everybody did it!" to say for themselves. That lame excuse
wouldn't even fool my old mother I would have got my butt paddled for the blaming
others gig instead of taking responsibility for what I had done.

....KIDS...BEHAVE!...BECAUSE IF I HAVE TO STOP THIS CAR!....
Can somebody please tell me what the hell is going on within the Obama administration as
of late? If you have not been watching this sad debacle unfold you are either not watching
any news outlets at all to miss this, or just not watching Fox News because there is a WAR
going on! And I am not referring to Iraq or Afghanistan or even the new widening war
about to envelop the border areas of Pakistan, no. This here is a New Civil War waged
right in the United States! The Obama Administration, frankly realizing their well laid plans
for an enforced socialist nanny state within our borders might never come to fruition if the
sole remaining news outlet continuing to report the news, Fox News, continues to reveal
the sorted truth behind the Administrations dark, and formerly hidden agenda. One by
one those pesky Czars, and the Obama inner circle are revealed for what they are and what
they represent, and then are promptly discharged by the White House without adequate or
any truthful explanations as to why the dismissals were deemed necessary. All this from the
administration supposedly embodying a new-found openness and clarity. This steadfast
refusal of Fox to play ball and give Obama the "Perma-Pass" from any and all critical
reporting is apparently a betrayal of sorts felt by the President, not to be tolerated by
the person holding the highest, most powerful position on the planet! The other toadying
and cynical News outlets have already voluntarily surrendered their obligation to you
and America at large, having taken sides well before the election last November. This
revealing of once held secret agendas and the unforgivable piecemeal dismantling of his
Elite Architects of DOOM, RE: those un-vetted Czars, has revealed the irrational, thin
skinned, vindictive and petulant side of Barack Obama.
OK, Let's do this right! Cry "Havoc!" and let slip the dogs of war!
On Tuesday, October 13th, Anita Dunn, the White House communications director threw
herself into the breach in this new war of censorship incarnate by throwing down the
gauntlet on Fox in this opening salvo. Proclaiming in a press briefing, and with a straight
face mind you:
"The reality of it is that Fox News often operates almost as either the research arm or
the communications arm of the Republican Party. And it's not ideological, but what I
think is fair to say about Fox, and certainly the way we view it, is that it's really more a
wing of the Republican Party. If you were a Fox News viewer in the fall election, what
you would have seen would have been that the biggest stories and biggest threats
facing America were a guy named Bill Ayers and something called ACORN.
White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel blurted the official party line to Fox competitor
CNN's "State of the Union" that Obama considers Fox News "not a news organization so
much as it has a perspective."
"And that's a different take," What? Supposedly compared to those other outlets already in
rapturous communion with the High Holy One perhaps?
Obama's number one and closest of his advisers, David Axelrod, towed the party line with
this little gem to ABC's "This Week" that Fox "is really not news. it's pushing a point of
view."
Are we seeing a pattern here?
Deeming that incendiary diatribe insufficient, the Obama/Acorn gang blackballed Fox
News from any future interviews with the President and has not accepted requests from
Fox for months.
The retaliation from Fox was as swift as it was damaging. Glenn Beck, a meteorically
rising star in the Fox team struck back with embarrassing footage of Anita Dunn in HER
OWN WORDS proclaiming from a podium that her favorite political philosophers were
Mother Teresa, OK, nice safe choice, nobody doesn't like Mother Teresa, and (Drum roll
please!)Mao Tse Tung! Former Chinese leader and revolutionary having laid waste to an
estimated 70 or so MILLION deaths!
In her own words:
"A lot of you have a great deal of ability," Dunn said. "A lot of you work hard. Put them
together and that answers the ‘why not' question. There's usually not a good reason and
then the third lesson and tip actually comes from two of my favorite political
philosophers - Mao Tse Tung and Mother Teresa, not often coupled with each other but
the two people that I turn to most to basically deliver a simple point, which is you're
going to make choices. You're going to challenge. You're going to say why not. You're
going to figure out how to do things that have never been done before, but here's the
deal."
It is quite likely Mr. Beck will eventually have Ms. Dunn's head upon a pike as a war
trophy in this war of attrition. The strange thing is why didn't we hear of these odd ball
"Obmanations" when they first permeated the Oval Office and are the first to have the
ears of the President?

OK, I confess, there was no Nobel Peace Prize to be found in
my morning cereal. But what if there was? I hear they are giving those
things away like gangbusters to people who haven't yet done
enough to deserve one, and under those substantially lowered criteria I would certainly qualify as much as anybody! In fact,
I would presume to give our President a real run for his money
in the whole, "Not having done nearly enough to earn a Nobel Prize."and I am playing to win here people!
But before I get ahead of myself here people, for the ones who
missed this just godawful tragedy of Nobel Laureate proportions
let me try and fill you in. On Friday the 8th of October the
President of the United States awoke to find out he was the
latest recipient of a Nobel Peace Prize for...umm...peace? No, that cannot be right, we still have real, persistent conflicts on two fronts, the Iraq war and a wholesale escalation of the fighting
in Afghanistan PLUS a promise to spread the war to the Pakistan border regions. That must have been what the Nobel Committee had in mind handing over the Peace Prize for such a peace mongering guy as Obama? Let me tell you it gets worse.
The deadline for Peace Prize nominations was Feb.1st, less than TWO WEEKS after the Obama presidency began! So what on earth did the Nobel committee base their decision to nominate upon?
The Nobel committee said its decision to honor the president
was motivated by, "Obama's initiatives to reduce nuclear arms, ease tensions with the Muslim world and stress diplomacy and cooperation rather than unilateralism."
All this gleaned a scant two weeks into a presidency? Someone
better tell those Ivory Tower Nobel Committee members the difference
between a campaign pledge made of whole cloth to fool unwary voters,
and a solemn pledge to enact as they say, provisions and laws made by an honest, forthright and trustworthy candidate.
It is fairly obvious the committee members bought into Obama's
campaign promises hook line and sinker without consideration of
our unique election cycle deception of a candidates intentions unless the, "less than candid" candidates feet are held firmly to the fire after his or her winning of the election.
Now some I have heard tell think that the loss of the Olympics
was the impetus behind the lowering of the standards, a consolation prize
of sorts, this is a thought I have trouble wrapping my head around and would prefer to ignore until better evidence persuades me.

"So they were had, the Nobel Committee, HAD!" Ira Hays, amateur blogger at large.
"So soon? Too early. He has no contribution so far. He is still at an early stage. He is only beginning to act," said former Polish President Lech Walesa, a 1983 Nobel Peace laureate.
"This is probably an encouragement for him to act. Let's see if he perseveres. Let's give him time to act," Walesa said.

THIS IS AN OUTRAGE
FROM THOSE ENTRUSTED TO KNOW BETTER
Please let there be a very special place in hell for those
who would propagandize young impressionable school
children. Kids are a captive audience at school, where a
naive and eager to please spirit can be easily channeled by
those we place our trust in to teach without agenda and
never attempt to indoctrinate under the guise of education.
The above clip was recorded at the B. Bernice Young
Elementary School in Burlington, N.J.was released just two
days before the Presidents controversial speech at public
school raised suspicions in some parents that some type of
political manipulation upon children might be attempted.
The first despicable thing the school did upon hearing the
building uproar of outraged parents demanding answers was
to pin the writing of the song upon the children. This is
as ridiculous as it is insulting. To lie is one thing, but
to hide behind grade school kids in your charge is
appalling. Below is a full text of the lyrics and you be
the judge if they seem more the likely product of another
totally obsessed Obama worshiper as teacher, pushing...um

standing President.

For those of us who are less "lyrically observant" lol, as

1. The school refuses to acknowledge that the events on the
tape even occurred.
2. They refuse to admit whether or not information concerning
the activity, and the right of a family or child to opt out of
it, was made available.
3. They refuse to admit whether or not the children were
offered other options, as opposed to being forced to memorize
the words, "Hello, Mr. President, we honor you today! For all
your great accomplishments we all do say "hooray!" Hooray, Mr.
President, you're number one!
4. The spokesperson at B. Bernice Elementary school said the
school was aware of, and considering taking actions against,
the persons "who illegally taped and distributed a video
recording of a private class activity."
All I can say is thank you to You Tube, for allowing
ordinary people to share what the liberal elite media would
rather stuff under the carpet once they took sides in
American Politics since before our last election.
More thanks go out to Fox news for bravely doing what the other
media outlets will not do, present the facts, the truth, in a
fair and balanced way. I don't know if one news channel can
save America from the latest liberal/socialist onslaught,
but at least we might perish in full knowledge of how and why.

I took a fast drive in a real fast car,
mine,
if you are new to my gig.
A series of bold canyon flights
made there just before light
broke the sky
in an Easterly blaze all of crimson.
With my heart in my ears,
I carved corners, shifting gears, synchronized to that engine's cacophonous howl.
In what some would call drastic,
I tell you,
I tripped the night fantastic,
a dance of a sort kin only to dreaming.
Then caught in an instant
drawn out like thousand fold,
and expanded as if in slow motion,
fluid motion ahead, yet before I had said,
"HOLY CRAP!" there I was,
all amongst them,
eye to eye with a predators gaze.
The Coyote out here
live a life short on fear
and at six,
to a pack,
well,
I was mostly outnumbered.
But they broke to the flanks
as I carved through their ranks,
all for an instant,
we shared the same path,
and acknowledged one another,
as if all in a surreal
glorious kind of dream.
My back of my neck hair bristled,

Yes, it looks innocent enough, it looks like a lot of fun, and it was back then. Made by that amazing company WHAM-O Toys who brought you the Hula Hoop, the Frisbee flying disk among many others. You undoubtedly owned something they made if you weren't raised in a remote cave somewhere outside the Continental U.S. of A. The toy company was even the real deal manufacturer featured in the movie, The Hudsucker Proxy, even though the company name was changed in that movie for obvious reasons. WHAM-O seemed to have it's finger upon the pulse of American buyers for decades it might seem. Few other toy companies would dare to charge several dollars for a cheap plastic disk that cost mere
pennies to produce and patterned after the Frisbee Pie bakery's entirely metal
pie tin that college students popularized by throwing them back and forth
between friends as a sport of sorts.
But back to the toy in question, the Water Wriggle, just seven feet of plastic
flexible tubing with a garden hose adapter on one end and an aluminum jet nozzle
attached to a red plastic "head" on the other end, with a comically smiling face
printed upon that vinyl head. When connected to the water supply of your garden
hose it will loft itself upon that jet of water and fly randomly about spraying
anyone close by in a water wetting experience that is a welcome cooling
sensation in the heat of summer. I never thought for one second it might turn
on me in a violent, almost predatory fashion right in my own front yard!
I fully intended to present this somewhat humorously, if you cannot laugh
at yourself sometimes you become a overly serious stick in the mud, fully
needing to be laughed AT if not with, if you cannot see the humor in your
own follies and foibles!

Ode to a Roadster
Man and machine work as one it might seem, when we mesh it's a true revelation. It's a joy and my Muse to this cockpit recluse and one hell of a driving sensation.
A Dancer on point, or some venomous Wraith? Found at opposite ends of the spectrum. Be she good or a bitch, she just scratches that itch I had so very long you can't possibly fathom
Yes that Roadster is small, a back seat? Not at all! Surely just enough car to surround me, counting only two seats 'tween four sizable meats, winds an engine confined under hood, as it were only barely, Vtek cams 'twill avail prodigious power prevails though it wails just as loud as a Banshee!
My girl frets to
discover have I taken a lover? Competition for all her affections? For the truth is bizarre I'm in love with that car, like a Mistress, on closer reflections.
Might some have it worse than me? a sub conscience auto erotic adversity? Are there tombs on this type of addiction? Mentioned not? I won't care now I'm singularly self aware of my mecha-mechano-affliction.
Might I hope to divulge, lest I over indulge, on the joy that my Roadster provides me, Oh, I just feel so alive on another great drive for as long as that road's oh so curvy.
To that Roadster and me, glued together you see. With nary a gap found between us, best of both back to back where there's never a lack when it's put to the road fully furious, Is it Honda or me, I can't actually see where I start or might end it's so curious.

IF I DIDN'T SEE IT WITH MY OWN EYES I WOULDN'T BELIEVE IT!
ACTUALLY, I STILL DON'T BELIEVE IT NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I SEE IT! OBAMA AS GOD?
My friends, this is truly one of those moments like in The Wizard of OZ where little Toto pulls away the green curtain and reveals that The Great and Powerful OZ was not some all powerful genie, like the green smoke and fire works enshrouded swell headed bellowing bellicose alter ego OZ that scared the wits out of me as a child, but merely the deceptive smoke and mirrors obscuring that of an ordinary con man.
To me, our national media outlets since the last few years have tried to have it both ways, first, hiding behind the degenerate mantle of objectivity and professionalism in reporting that might have had some traction years back when they bothered to practice it, and second, foolishly throwing all that professionalism and objective standards of reporting away in a headlong desire to promote and defend and worship, all things OBAMA! Even when it will surely swiftly cost them their professional reputations in entirety through the process of playing favorites, parroting without any reserved judgment the myriad anti conservative polemics directly from the liberal playbook provided them, and withholding anything even approaching that of critical reporting on any White House policy.
If you have not seen this for yourself in the traditional media news outlets skewing any and all reporting to the far left of center in some sort of a surreal synchronized partisan glee I ask, where the hell have you been?
Even if you voted for the president last election you surely must feel some sense of the impropriety in the countless unconstitutional over-reaching policies and "not in any of the enumerated powers" totally unchecked political power grabbing, codifying the Statist Progressive Political agenda found central in so much of this young Presidents political bag of tricks.
To prove my point of a sycophant and no less than a blindly worshiping press corps trying to pass as fair and balanced, I offer this little gem. On the June 5th broadcast of Chris Matthews' Hardball, Newsweek's Editor Evan Thomas curiously and conspicuously let his guard down and boldly said what he truly believes about our current President, and gave us all a brief but telling glimpse of the utterly corrupt and misguided collective Media mindset found behind the stupendously high level of unrepentant Media Bias found out there today to attempt swaying public opinion. This is what transpired on a portion that televised broadcast.
EVAN THOMAS: Well, we were the good guys in 1984, it felt that way. It hasn't felt that way in recent years. So Obama’s had, really, a different task We're seen too often as the bad guys. And he – he has a very different job from – Reagan was all about America, and you talked about it. Obama is ‘we are above that now.’ We're not just parochial, we're not just chauvinistic, we're not just provincial. We stand for something – I mean in a way Obama’s standing above the country, above – above the world, he’s sort of God. He’s-
MATTHEWS: Yeah.
THOMAS: He's going to bring all different sides together. It's a very different-
MATTHEWS: Can he – well, here’s Ronald Reagan. Let's take a look, a little Friday night nostalgia. Here he is speaking about peace and reconciliation at Normandy back 25 years ago. Let's listen.
RONALD REAGAN: But we try always to be prepared for peace, prepared to deter aggression, prepared to negotiate the reduction of arms, and, yes, prepared to reach out again in the spirit of reconciliation. In truth, there is no reconciliation we would welcome more than a reconciliation with the Soviet Union so together we can lessen the risks of war now and forever.
MATTHEWS: Let's talk about the difference. He was talking about the evil empire, trying to reconcile with the people of Russia and the Soviet Union, but not the country. Barack Obama the other day was saying, yesterday, that we don't have an enemy out there per se. We have people who choose extremism, but Islam’s not our enemy. That's not the evil empire.
THOMAS: But Reagan did it with a very – for the first term it was a clenched fist. I mean, we ramped up the cold war before we ramped it down. We built up our military. We – all of this D-day stuff was about war. That was about fighting.
MATTHEWS: Right.
THOMAS: Reconciliation only after the fighting. That's not – Obama’s not doing that. Obama – we've had our fighting. Obama is trying to sort of tamper everything down. He doesn't even use the word terror. He uses extremism. He's all about let us reason together. I think he has a much tougher job, frankly, because-
MATTHEWS: What's his shtick? Reagan had the United States arms race, winning the arms race. And we had the threat of high frontier, we were going to beat the Soviets at technology.
THOMAS: I don't think he has – his shtick is he's the teacher. He's the teacher. He is going to say, ‘now, children, stop fighting and quarreling with each other.’ And he has a kind of a moral authority that he – he can – he can do that-
MATTHEWS: If there's a world election between him and Osama Bin Laden, he's running a good campaign.
THOMAS: Yes, he is.

Above the country? Above the WORLD? REALLY? One could see how the media could believe that Obama could be above and beyond the LAW? Above the Constitution? Clearly beyond the soon to be overturned limitations on a governments power in that oh-so troublesome "Bill of Rights" that Obama finds so darned inconvenient these days.
These are the telltale marks of the Progressive Movement, once thought long past into the dustbin of our collective political history, but the ideals of that movement were only carefully hidden and obfuscated deep within the Liberal wing of the modern Democratic Party. This deception is a political necessity of sorts today because it would be disastrous to the current Democratic Party office holders to be holding such incredibly radical, anti-American, anti-Constitutional, pro- Totalitarian style, all encompassing governmental expansion beyond all checks and balances, as their true core belief system.
This new huge swing toward the Progressive ideal could only be attempted here and now if the press abdicates it's longstanding traditional watchdog reporting duties and chooses sides, unduly and negatively influencing our elections, and playing political favorites, like it has done in favor of the very "above our country", "above the entire world", "God like in his unlimited reach and infinite powers," worship of the OBAMA PRESIDENCY!
Come on, he is just a man, a deceptive, manipulative, and unrepentantly oblivious to the solemn oaths he took upon his inauguration to defend the Country and the Constitution against all threats, foreign and domestic.

I recently had to contemplate just how much a search engine like Google makes me a more powerful writer, researcher, and a human being clearly to be reckoned with for that matter. This augmentation of a persons ability to find, learn and apply knowledge from the vast accumulated reservoir of nearly everything knowable, made easily accessible by way of the internet is a vast increase of an individual's potential scope unprecedented in all of recorded human history, it is that fundamental of a change I believe. Now all that information made available would be of little value if you couldn't find that which you seek, and drowning in a ocean of information you do not want is no advantage either.
I mention Google only because I believe they might do this search engine thing the best currently for a general purpose search engine. I use it as a fact checker, a spell checker,(Yes I really do, it is unusually strong in offering the correct words and any possible alternatives, even if I am not very close at all to the correct spelling!) Google's vast and supremely powerful retrieval programs known as Internet Spiders swiftly and eternally webcrawl the length and breadth of the vast internet and return website information to a sizeable repository which you access whenever you push the send button to start a search. These Internet Spider webcrawler programs periodically revisit the same web sights to update any new content and delete broken links whenever found.

 The above image is a smaller version of the enormous one below, courtesy of NASA and the truly remarkable Hubble Space Telescope. The orbiting telescope is the namesake of ground breaking astronomer Edwin Hubble 1889-1953 (aged 63), and one that has quite literally opened our eyes to the universe. I admire the remarkable achievements accomplished by this visionary astronomer, it was from his observations at the Hale Telescope at Mt.Wilson Ca. that he discovered that the universe was populated by other galaxies outside of our own Milky Way. Boy, was that ever an understatement! He also found that the universe was expanding outward in all directions, implying that in the past the universe was much smaller,
and leading to the conclusion that there was an origin to all that is now.
I really wish he could have lived to enjoy the vast cornucopia of eye popping images the Hubble Telescope provides, I know he would have got a kick out of it!
It took everything I know to post this remarkable image I downloaded from http://hubblesite.org The image was compiled from 800 exposures taken over the course of 400 orbits around the earth for a total time of exposure of 11.3 days! They call this and others the Hubble Ultra Deep Field ,HUDF series of images and reveal a very narrow, incredibly deep view of a much younger universe than the one we see around us. There are nearly 10,000 galaxies in this image, most unfortunately lost due to the size restraints and the resolution of your monitor.
The smallest reddest galaxies are amongst the oldest and distant things known, these relics, seen when the entire universe was only some 800 million years old, or a paltry 1.7% of it's current age. The nearest galaxies, the larger brighter, more detailed ones, shaped in spirals and elliptical are but a mere billion years in age, to put this in context, our universe is an estimated 14 billion years of age, so those old red galaxies were some of the first large scale structures coalescing from the cataclysmic fury of the big bang.
I posted this image not for any one single thing to point to and say, WOW! Rather this is to be taken in it's entirety, a mere glimpse of the vastness upon vastness of all that is around us. This entire view is only about what you might see if peering through a soda straw, one however, that is eight feet long! An incredibly small patch of sky to hold so much.
So here is the only math, I swear! 1, There are 10,000 galaxies visible, each one harboring anywhere from one hundred billion to four hundred billion individual stars a piece. 2, Our Milky Way Galaxy is an average one in size of more 100,000 light years across. Just think of all that is visible when peering through your 8 foot long drinking straw, and all that sky that a straw could be pointed at and you get a glimpse of the vast majesty of our incredible universe and your place in it,
yes, and your straw!
All these objects visible are galaxies, not singular stars, there are vastly more galaxies in a given patch of sky than singular stars visible even on the best of viewing conditions.

First, lets take the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano's egregious Intelligence Assessment of returning veterans as possible terrorists in the proper context. Sure, it sounds crazy, and by no uncertain terms it IS crazy when viewed by today's place in history. But, when viewed under the Obama vision of what he has planned for you in your future, one could never say what would take place under that most dystopian of visions he has conjured for us all.
No administration, Democrat OR Republican, could function on the up and up and straight with the American people for long when the National Mass Media decides to give the ruling party and the reigning President a complete and total pass for his administration. Power corrupts, always has, and this president is edging towards absolute power if judged by his first 100 extreme power grabbing days in high office. And where in the enumerated powers of the president are the ability to oust private industry leadership at will? Did I have an obsolete copy of the Constitution I wonder? This completely unchecked expansion of presidential powers must end before irreparable damage is done to this country! Democrats, don't you realize you are giving the same powers to the next sitting Republican president? NPR? PBS? MSNBC? Didn't think this one through altogether too well, huh?
Also missing from our national media outlets were mention of these "Boston Tea Parties" but for the most disparaging of remarks that could be afforded by our sycophant and toadying press outlets. That is OK, I think Thomas Payne might have been a royal pain to a press corps still loyal to a foreign King, and these media outlets today have chosen the wrong side in today's conflict as well. Never assume that you do not live in interesting times, my fellow Americans, for a storm is a brewing not so very far upon the horizon from where I can see. And it don't look altogether too pretty from here.
All this "crazy" talk is dependent upon whether Obama is ready and willing to step upon those "Third Rail" issues in politics that will throw America down a dark and precipitous road toward ruin, AND MAKE NO MISTAKE, He IS prepared to go there. The repeal of the second amendment, for all practical purposes. Funny, although his first gambit that American gun prohibition might help a utterly corrupt Mexican government defend itself better against drug dealers fell flat upon it's laughable face! The nationalization of the banking and heavy industry. This has already gone on farther than anybody but the most ardent Socialist's and Statist's amongst us should have allowed. That a government, any government that purports to defend a free people have the indignity to stipulate yours or anybodies salary. This is just the beginning folks, and I dare say, not even close to the end!
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government," Never assume that you do not live in interesting times, my fellow Americans, this vision is all but avoidable by the one person who visited it upon all of us. Go ask Obama! Then let's talk.

Anybody watching the testimony of Al Gore on C-Span2 recently had to wince just a bit watching this posturing blowhard cornered by ranking members of the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee and forced to defend his dangerously misguided policies. He did not represent himself well at all. You could see the frustration in Gore's demeanor having to repeat the same cartoonish sloganeering equivocating energy producers in this country to a Bernie Maydolf, ripping the country off while making a profit of all things imaginable! Funny, this seemed to garner less and less traction for poor Al every single time he repeated it, (there were many) especially when he used it as a dodge to avoid answering every single "Inconvenient Truth" he was not prepared to answer lest his ruse of an "Undeniable Fact" of human causation of impending ecological disaster be revealed for what it is. A big fat lie! I have watched science in this and other countries convoluted by the corrupt, corrosive influences of politics holding the purse strings of grant monies, sublimating the search of hard facts and truths for the codifying of any result the party dispensing the cash requires. One just has to observe gas guzzeling Al, jet setting around the globe, burning fossil fuels like it was going out of style. lol And the extensive Gore Mansion lit up like the Disneyland Electric Parade while he is away, selling America out from underneath you all to an envious and hostile world who would love nothing more than to have this nation lie down and play dead while they catch up and hopefully to Al, surpass us. That IS after all what all this is really about, giving the third world a big leg up on the first. Especially upon us, in evil America. This garbage Gore is selling is world wide welfare at work here, nothing else. Ever check and see who would actually have been affected by the Kobe Protocols? Maybe you should, then let's talk.

I never thought it could get this bad so fast. Sure, it has always been there, lurking busily behind the implied veil of journalistic integrity, namely, that of MEDIA BIAS! It used to do it's work cautiously in the shadows if left unchallenged, sometimes collectively ignoring entire news worthy stories if found inconvenient, or coloring news content to conform to a twisted self loathing world view widely promoted but not shared by the vast majority of Americans.
With the results of our last presidential election it seems something fundamental has changed in the way our mass media now views its role in politics and with America at large. It chose sides! Not only has it chosen sides in the political debate, in clearly favoring their candidate in the last election they managed to tilt public opinion the 15 or more percentage points enough to hand a victory to a candidate custom made by party handlers to evade the true nature of his makeup and currently unfolding policies. The only way to elect a classic tax and spend elitist bent on forcing a reluctant America down the short road to collectivism, now that liberalism has been identified as a pejorative, is to have a candidate no one could possibly know anything about. Therein lies the genius of the Obama candidacy and now the Obama Presidency, where his real lack of any political experience or legislative mojo previously actually proved a necessary plus on wheeling in this partisan Trojan Horse on greased rails past a napping and enchanted American voting public. This could only be accomplished if the national media suspend their normal role as watchdog, the only private industry actually codified in our Constitution for that very roll, and switch to the corrupt path of DNC party line apparatchiks. They sold their only currency, that of a reputation, to foist upon us all someone they wouldn't entertain any real doubts over despite all the warning signs littering the long road to the White House by the few media outlets not under lockstep partisan lock down. Perhaps they didn't think things through, was there any thoughts,"What then?" of after the election? I now see this young, utterly in over his head puppet of a President, in debt to a discredited old guard deadwood Democratic party leadership, and now in need of constant media trauma care handling for as far as the eye can see lest he fail in this misbegotten administration and the DNC once again fall from power for the foreseeable future. If you look carefully you can see the strain from the White House press Secretary, all the way to the frustrated and increasingly defensive news outlets, knowing this dog and pony show cannot continue indefinitely even with all their immense persuasive media powers engaged, as they already are, full strength. Straining to keep a keen eye, like those circus performers who balance many plates spinning upon long dowels, for the exact moment this skyscraper high house of cards starts crumbling under it's own weight like it has to eventually, and nothing then can stop it.
