Yes indeed!

The first weekend in december THE LAW will visit the majestic empire of Kil. There's a studio belonging to Big Balls Productions where we will record a new yet untitled track for a compilation disc they'll release early next year. It's a heavy fucker with just the amount of 'kick ass' to be called an instant classic.

Some of the other bands that will appear are INFERIOR, TORTURE DIVISION, INVASION, THE GENERALS,  KARENSDAG and BRUTE.

More info on this splendid bit of news will be updated here at your favotite place in cyberspace.

Greetings!

Are you excited about the new KISS record? Do you believe Obama is a commie? Do you think records suck, and mp3 is '0wnage'? Then we have some great news for the mentally challenged fans of THE LAW! Our debut CD, "Distorted Anthems from the Suburbs", is now available on iTunes! Download it and enjoy it in your flashy iPod.

In other news, we're set to record a new tune for a compilation CD released by Big Balls Productions. Other bands that will appear are TORTURE DIVISION, INVASION, THE GENERALS, KARENSDAG, OLAGA HOT and others. Awesome huh? Hopefully we'll do a video diary from the recording sessions for you law breakers outthere.

Cheers!

Hola hola pepsi cola!

2 years ago me and Johan (drummer from THE LAW) did a couple of death metal tunes, oldschool style. We made them and recorded them in a primitive style in our rehearsal place, and it all went smoothly. It just came to my attention that these 4 tracks will be released as a split 12" (with british EVOKE) early next year. I won't go into details just yet, but if you like real death metal you will probably enjoy MORDBRAND. One of these tracks, Unholy Ungodly, is available at my personal myspace page at http://www.myspace.com/bjornlarsson

Check it out and please read my blog for more info on this matter, and other matters while you're still at it!

Howdy!

Long time no type. Just wanted to let you guys and gals know that we're not dead. Certainly not. Actually, we are rehearsing new material and building a studio in order to demo the new stuff. We have about 7 or 8 new songs that are basically done, 'cept for the vocal parts that we'll focus on during the demo recording process.

We've really tried to get away from the bogus 80's-wannabe -scene, that frankly is getting a bit boring. We've taken the energy and the catchy stuff from the originators, but our main focus is to do something fresh and interesting. I think we're doing just that, but then again - that's what we've always tried to do.

It's thrash, sure, but it's THE LAW - not "Pleasures of the flesh" or "The new order". We're not interested in dress-codes such as strechjeans and mullets, and we never were. I guess you could say that we ain't posers.

We'll put something up here in the future. In the meanwhile, give us a call and we'll destroy your club or festival.

Destroy. Erase. Improve

Ohoj!

"Anthem", our contribution to the amazing "Get Thrashed" documentary, disappeared one misty morning for some strange reason. It took us a few months, but now the song is up again. Though, this is the latest version from our debut CD, "Distorted anthems from the suburbs". Jam it and download it as many times as you'd like. But ya know, buying the CD will grant you the service of amazing sound quality.

See ya!

Two months ago Jimmie "Ninja" Frödin left THE LAW due to personal issues. We'd like to thank Ninja for the time given and we all wish him good luck in his future endeavors!
Ninja has contributed with his skills on both demos and on the "Distorted anthems from the suburbs" CD, and his input will therefor never be forgotten by the world of metal.
Replacing the big shoes of Ninja will be the amazing Kristian "Anti-Kristian" Karlsson from the fellow metal unit Inferior. We are positive that Anti-Kristian will contribute with fresh ideas, and his whole presence equals fresh metal blood in the camp.
So, you ain't seen nothing yet!

Congratulations metalheads of europe!

Metalcentral records have inked a european distribution deal with Sound pollution, which means that our debut CD 'Distorted anthems from the suburbs' will be available all over europe! Fans of metal are therefor encouraged to threaten their local disc dealers from the 28th of october, so that this magnificent piece of metal art can is available in YOUR town! It's hard to keep a good band down, someone said. Let's see if we're an exception to that saying.

Stay metal! Stay clean!
