Current mood:  frustrated
So, it has been forever since I blogged.  Oh well.  That is life.  Today I received a hug via a surrogate.  It was nice to know someone is thinking of me, but I told the surrogate that she didn't do it right.  So my friend just lost her Grandpa, and I know how how that feels, and I'm sorry and I wish I could something or anything at all for her.  But due to other circumstances, I can't.  Really wanting to talk to her, but I can't.  So right now the only thing I can do for this person is pray, so I am doing that. Also telling others who are also praying.  Wish there was more.  Not much else is going on, so that is all for today.  To a special someone, Miss you and stuff.

Current mood:  tired
It is 2:14 in the morning, and I am going to make you laugh. A metaphor is a literary device used to compare something to another thing to create imagery, and hopefully make your writing better. X is Y, etc.
In order to make you laugh, here is a list of metaphors about love.

Love is a burning building
Love is always having an extra tampon
Love is a potato mashed to perfection, not too fluffy, but just to chunky enough to let you know that you are truly alive
Love is spring break in Alaska
Love is ketchup on anything, because it tastes so good
Love is a million dollar bill, and no one to make change for you
Love is your neighbor's dog getting cancer
Love is the utter extinction of Small pox and the common cold
Love is having two front doors, but using the back door
Love is a clown who can't juggle and doesn't know any jokes
Love is a scrabble set with two "z"s so you can write "buzz"
Love is chunky peanut butter with out the chunks
Love is a bunny rabbit in your back yard in your new house on the moon
Love is a banana, riped to perfection, behind your microwave, that you forgot you had until you heard the bad news of the stock market crash because of an ebola break out.
Love is tomato soup that you don't have to eat, but can if you want to
Love is the remote control when you found a really long program that you want to watch all of and you caught it right at the beginning
Love is a computer mouse that is waiting patiently while you type a long bulletin
Love is myspace
Love is not myspace
Love might be myspace
Love is a tree in the forrest that falls down when no one is around and makes a sound, because you know what, if I'm not around when class starts, class still starts, if I don't show up at a movie theater for a show, that movie still shows, I'm hardly ever awake for sunrise, but the sun still rises, So the tree makes a noise. To think other wise is self centered and egotistical.
Love is loose gravel mixed with cement and sand
Love is a cardboard box that you can't break down

and finally

Love is a chunk of marble that wants to be a statue but settles for a staircase.

good luck and stay in school kids!!!

Wow.  My last blog was August 16th.  That was a long time ago.  Not a whole lot has changed in my life since then I guess.  I just finished another semester of College.  It wasn't too bad.  Although I don't have all of my grades yet.  This last semester I've had quite a lot of trouble focusing and really finding the drive to do stuff.  I'm not sure why.  I still have the same job I at Wegmans.  My brother and I have this thing that we do where we insult eachother, thats how we show our love, anyway, one of my standard lines is "You suck at life"  today I followed it up with a new one "If life were a test, you'd fail" and I think it worked out pretty well.  well, not a whole lot else is going on, but I promise I will try to write sooner than 4 months from now.  Peace out Cub scout.

Current mood:  content
So I haven't blogged in forever and I decided since I have the time, I might as well do one right now.  I just finished my job at Circle C ranch, and it was a pretty good summer, there were some tough times, but I think I really learned a lot and grew as a person, and more importantly as a Christian.  I read this book called Freakonomics, it was pretty sweet.  I meant to read a lot more books at camp but I didn't. I read my bible a lot though and since last summer at camp I've been plugging away trying to read the whole bible, mostly just two chapters a night, so I can be consistant, but I only have the rest of Joshua, Judges, and Matthew, Mark, and Luke, left, so pretty excited about that.  There are a lot of good verses in Isiah, particularly chapter 57, I also really liked Genesis Exodus Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. Reading about Moses and his relationship with God was just really awesome.  God told Aaron and Miriam that when God talks to a prophet he speaks in dreams and visions, when God talks to Moses, he talks to his face and tells him flat out.  That is just really inspiring, something to strive for, I don't know.  But yeah, anyways, I'll hopefully not wait so long in between blogs next time, maybe I can think of more stuff to share with the world.  we'll see.

V for Vendetta is a really awesome movie.  I saw it last night when I was wearing a suit.  It made it that much cooler.  This movie was so great.  The acting was phenomonal, the story was amazing, Natalie Portman is the most beautiful woman of all time, with or with out hair.  two thumbs way way up for this one.   I hate my brother.
