Hey all,

In these tough times, artists are turning to new ideas to help them make music and share it with the world (that's you!). That said, we're happy to be working with Sellaband to help finance our next record. By signing up as a "believer" on the site, you're helping us to reach our goal, and you'll be guaranteeing yourself a limited-edition copy of the new album when it's done. Better yet, you can even get a personal stake in the success of the album!

Visit www.sellaband.com/thegostation for more information, and sign up today!

Also, a special bonus, we're giving away free copies of our debut album *and* our EP to the first 100 people who sign up.  Just send us your name and address after you've become a believer on Sellaband, and we'll get a package out to you!

If you have any questions about how it works, just ask!

With a new Oasis album on the way, we're paying tribute to the Britpop titans by offering up our own take on one of the Manchester outfit's earliest songs.

Included among the first batch of Oasis demos from 1992, "See The Sun" was never given a proper studio outing, and has remained available only through bootleged versions of what have become known as the band's "Lost Tapes."

We incorporated the track into our live sets early on, eventually recording an updated version with the intent of giving the "lost" song the airing we felt it always deserved.

Download an unmastered version of "See The Sun" now for free on the audio page of our website.

As announced, we're playing two exclusive acoustic sets this summer at the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater.

Now we're able to extend a special offer on tickets for the second performance, which will take place at the Stone Temple Pilots / Black Rebel Motorcycle Club show on Wednesday, August 6.

If you purchase tickets for this show at any time between 9am and 7pm on Tuesday July 29, they will only cost $10 each! For full details on this promotion, check out the offer from Live Nation here.

This weekend (July 25 & 26), The GoStation will be in the studio with producer Jack Douglas, recording a brand new song, "Berlin Rose."

Douglas is famous for his work with John Lennon, The Who, Aerosmith, The New York Dolls, Supertramp, and a host of other classic artists. He won an Album of the Year Grammy Award for Lennon's "Double Fantasy," which was also the former Beatle's final authorized release.

We're honored to be working with such a legendary talent, and look forward to sharing the results with all of you!

During our recent trip to Baltimore, where we played at Artscape 2008, we did a whole new kind of photoshoot. Check out the results in these amazing 3D photos! (They're posted in our photo section too.)

Note: You need 3D glasses to properly view these, but any old pair will do. (We're talking about the old-fashioned red and blue paper and plastic ones, not the newfangled ones they use at the movies these days.)

All photos by Chris Hansen.

You can also see the full-size versions on the photo page on our official website, for even more 3D excitement!

This Saturday night (July 26), The GoStation will be one of the artists featured on Fearless Music TV. We stopped by their studio recently to film a bunch of live performances, and they've selected "Not Enough" to air on the show!

*Also*, you can vote for your favorite band from this week's show on the Fearless Music website. The band that gets the most votes will appear again next week, so click away! Voting is already open. Just go here and select the GoStation to be back on the show for a second week!

We'll be playing a couple of exclusive acoustic sets at the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater this summer. On Saturday August 2, we're performing at the O.A.R. and Ozomatli show; after that, we'll be back on Wednesday August 6 for the Stone Temple Pilots and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club show. Both sets will take place on the WaMu Live! Stage inside the venue, beginning as soon as the gates are opened. Tickets to both events are still available, but they're likely to sell out, so don't wait to get yours.
