For those that don't know the Innate sounds crew is a Voltron like juggernaut of sound blasting outta KC . We dropped the first crew disc titled Alpha a few moths back and we got plenty left to pump . It's ruff rugged and relaxed , yes i said relaxed .Alpha is an infusion of hip-hop ,jazz and R&B so those of you not use to mature music may have a problem with it, but hey we can't make everyone happy so take it for what it is and keep an open mind . Alright everybody...here it is....without any further ado...

We (the deepthinkers) recorded our follow up to Necks Move in 2005, and due to unforseen circumstances, the album was shelved and we had no home for it....For a while, we both thought that this album would just sit around forever and collect dust and never see the light of day.

Just recently we have been discussing releasing it for free, because at this point we are well into making our 3rd official deepthinkers album entitled "mindtrilouquist" slated for release sometime in 08...and we figured we outta "grease the wheels' so to speak for all the upcoming 08 releases we have planned. What better way to do that then to drop a brand spankin new album on the people as a holiday gift.

hows everybody doing out there? we here to update you with some dt news...first and foremost, we have just released the 2nd installment of our "DONT CALL IT A MIXTAPE" series...entitled RISE AND SHINE 2007...this one is more of a dj mix than an album, but there are plenty of surpises in store...plus this one is an all reggae mashup. it is being released as a podcast, so go to innatesounds.com and check it out....speaking of innatesounds, the dt's are officially partnering with the in crew to release our new full length album this summer...stay tuned for further details.
also, we are planning on re-releasing "dont call it a mixtape" vol 1 in the next couple of months. this will be a free download as well. on some related news, brother of moses is hard at  work on a whole new crop of paintings, drawings, and other misc art...be sure to check his page to peep the latest paintings. leonard dstroy is currently working on several projects as we speak, including a new solo album, collabs with reggie b, john brewer, mac lethal, miles bonny,  aaproach, johnny quest, and a whole bunch of new deep thinkers material...plus plenty more stuff that cant be mentioned right away...just an update to let you know we are still here and we are staying busy. hope you have a great day
