The artist name is Slap Unmodified.

It is not Slap.

Regardless of the brackets, "unmodified" is meant to be spoken.

The name is an anagram.

Thank You.

It has become painfully clear that the one thing stopping Slap [unmodified] from global domination is the lack of tabloidesque personal information available online.

The first step in addressing this came with answering a few questions for local food & drink authority, Taste TO.

Put your gossiping lips around this.

My ears are burning,

It's time to put away your dancing shoes and B. Y. O. role playng or board games. On the menu will be heavy servings of electroacoustics, musique concrete, soundtracks, minimal electronic, stuff you should be able to dance to but can't, stuff you can't dance to but are willing to try...

Black Turtleneck is a collaboration between Jason Amm AKA Solvent and Thomas Sinclair.
Their debut album "Musical Chairs" will be officially released June 6th on Normals Welcome Records and distributed by Warner Music Canada.

"Musical Chairs" features 11 complex synthesizer pop songs for the
black turtleneck set, working the day job in silent contempt. Dance
rhythms for the duly challenged and window shopping melodies for those
feeling spent.

Here's what one electro-pop fanatic had to say:
