Hi friends. Man, that was a whirlwind trip to Europe for us. In
eight days we flew about 20,000 miles, taking 8 flights, 3 different
airlines to 3 countries. The culmination was the Johnny Keenan Music
Festival in Longford, Ireland with our friends Steve Earle, Blue
Highway and Leroy Troy. We flew into Dublin two days early just to rest
and relax and hangout with friends before being driven to Athy for a
live radio show onsite at the "Ireland Ploughing(plowing)
Championships"...Irelands biggest event of the year that draws over
250,000 people every year over a three day period! Amazing! The
producers of the show told us after the live interview and playing one
song that a million people were listening in that day. The Irish
obviously take their 'ploughing' seriously! Tim told the radio audience
as well as the several hundred people standing around watching and
listening by the stage, that the word has a totally different meaning
in the U.S.A...!! After that we were driven to Longford, about 3 hours
away, checked into our hotel accommodations to prepare for the four day
festival. We had a GREAT BIG time with all our Irish friends and fans
as well as the large contingent of American friends and fans of which
for some the trip was spearheaded by the seemingly tireless Alex Counts
president and founder of the Carter Brothers Fan Club
(carterbrothersfanclub.net..).
We returned last Wed. through stops in Zurich, Switzerland and a night
in Boston before returning to the comfort of our beloved TreeHouse. We
had two days to wash cloths and repack for a weekendlong private
gathering and performance in the mountains near Boone, NC.
Things will slow down on the road for us after October 22nd. We will be
very busy in the studio recording our new Carter Brothers album(in 5
years!) and launching our new Tree O Records artist Chris Cook's new
CD. We are also coordinating with our tour planner Paula Templeton as
to our 2010 schedule which will include an almost summerlong swing
through the Pacific Northwest and Northern West Coast from Juneau,
Alaska, British Columbia, Washington, Oregon and Northern
California...heck, we're even doing a performance in Whitehorse, Yukon!
Paula has been and continues to work tirelessly putting together all
the logistics and details for such a massive schedule. We'll keep you
informed.
*Special note. The Carter Brothers will be going to Ireland a couple of
times in the coming months(2010)to begin recording a special project
with some of Irelands best known and very gifted musicians/friends to
record a second Carter Brothers album for 2010 release called "Where
the Bluegrass Meets the Green Grass"...a project we've been talking
about doing for several years. We met with Irish music legend and our
dear friend Gerry O'Connor who will co-produce the Irish sessions with
Tim and Danny. The guys will then bring the recordings back to their
TreeHouse Tree O studio to record their parts as well as the American
guests who will play on the album. This by no means is a small
undertaking as they bring together some of Ireland's finest players
with some of the USA's best! More on this later!
Tim continues mixing Shelton Williams(Hank III)new album here at the
TreeHouse this week and Danny is writing and enjoying a long awaited
weekend off the road. Until the next time...Much Love, Best Wishes and
hope to see you all out on that road sometime soon!

"My brother Tim and I have always walked the non-conformist pathway,
politically & especially in our music...the first rule being 'there
ain't no rules' when creating any kind of art. This is the way our
Carter Family ancestors approached music. We were always encouraged to
be creative and to lead the way, not follow. We broke a lot of rules growing up in the hills of North Carolina and Virginia. This is what makes us all
human. Do not let anyone try to convince you otherwise...ever!" Danny Reid Carter "The
Carter Family legacy has always been about honesty, integrity,
originality and vivid imagination especially in their passion for
music..."
Danny's upbringing in the mountains of North Carolina instilled a
natural rural rhythm in this highly regarded singer, songwriter and
instrumentalist that is undeniable. It's obvious that his background,
direct descendants of the Carter Family music dynasty, and passion for
playing provided the groundwork for a life spent creating music that
dishes out constant hints of rock and roll, spice and organic flavors.
It's no coincidence that with years of touring as one-half of the
eclectic group, The Carter Brothers Band, playing their own mixture of
"Appalachian, folk, rock, funked up, bluegrass, gypsy blues," that
Danny is ready to step out with his first solo project, Barcelona. He
was, as a youngster, directly influenced by the traditional folk and
bluegrass sounds of the North Carolina region as well as the Piedmont
Blues he heard as a child in Central and Northwest, NC. It would be
later, as young man, that he would study the folk, Celtic, heavy blues
rock style of bands like Led Zeppelin and in particular guitarist Jimmy
Page.
On Barcelona, all of these styles meld and everything comes full
circle. Finally, the musical inspirations of his past and the beauty of
Spain brought everything into focus. Danny's signature 12-string guitar
prowess, which he brings to life on Barcelonawith his vintage 1967
Rickenbacker 360-12 string guitar, shines and brings a smoky atmosphere
to the entire album. "For as long as I can remember, I loved and played
12-string acoustic and electric guitars," he says. "I was mostly
inspired by old Beatles records and the King Daddy of the 12-string,
Roger McGuinn, and The Byrds," he says. "It was also used a lot in the
Piedmont Blues style which is unique to where I grew up in the Piedmont
area and foothills of North Carolina. I incorporated the sound heavily
into the Carter Brothers folk rock/newgrass/Americana music, early in
our career. It made our sound very unique because no one else was
really blending the 12-string with the banjo and mandolin. On
Barcelona, I loved the idea of mixing it in with the Hammond B-3," he
adds.
Barcelona boasts 9 tracks all penned by Danny and songs like "Green
River" conjure up the wood-smoked blend of bluegrass and Americana that
the Carter Brothers have become known for. "People really seem to
connect with this song," he says. "It is pretty unique musically with
the 12-string guitar and Johnny Neel's B-3 work along with some soulful
backup vocals by Tonya Dennis and Jess Hardy. All together, it really
mixes my Americana folk rock influence with the southern soul and
gospel roots I grew up hearing."
The Johnny Neel that Danny refers to is none
other than the former longtime Allman Brothers Band keyboardist. Things
took a decided leap forward into blues territory when Neel joined the
fray. Neel is the writer of the Allman Brothers radio hit "Good Clean
Fun," and brought a plethora of experience, groove and downright soul
to the album. He plays Hammond B-3, Fender Rhodes piano and grand piano
and harp on the CD and as Danny puts it, "Is a MONSTER!"
Danny recalls years ago dreaming of doing a solo album and thinking
about what artists he'd have participate in the recording process. "My
brother Tim and I started talking about doing solo albums 10 years ago
and I knew back then that Johnny Neel would be doing the keyboard
stuff. When Johnny is really inspired by a song, he is a magician and
totally incomparable to anybody. His sound turned out to be such a huge
part of this album. His B-3 organ work on "Green River" is almost like
another vocal part. It's so melodic and in your face. On "We Got Work
to Do," his piano work is so pure. Man, he was possessed when recording
that track!"
Barcelona also boasts some other incredible
players like Danny's good friend, Jack Pearson, who plays acoustic
resonator slide guitar on "My Baby Thinks I'm Great." Pearson is well
known for his work with Steely Dan and his six tours with The Allman
Brothers to mention a few. "Jack has probably appeared on just about
every guitar magazine cover imaginable," Danny says with admiration.
Drums and percussion were taken care of by the talented hands of Latin
beat specialist, Dan Sherill. "He really provided a unique groove
throughout," says Danny. Brother Tim Carter adds his own touch with
some masterful banjo and mandolin playing and Carter Brother's bass
player and in demand session player, Ross Sermons, adds the underbelly
of the music with his upright and electric basses.
As a writer, Danny composes in the style of a
storyteller. "It's mostly fiction stuff with undertones into my
personal life" he says. Danny has maintained an artists publishing
agreement with DreamWorks Nashville for over 10 years. About all of
this he says "I feel so blessed to spend my life writing and performing
along with my brother, Tim. I have the utmost respect and love for
him...as a musician and a friend."
Danny and Tim continue to tour full-time with the Carter Brothers Band.
Danny taking his penchant for rock and blues and mixing it with brother
Tim's solid bluegrass and folk style and moving forward on a musical
journey that began long ago. But, on Barcelona, Danny makes it
abundantly clear that inspiration is found in many places and a trip to
one of the most beautiful cities in the world, in a country far, far
away, finally solidified the thoughts and feelings of a soulman from
North Carolina and has brought him into a spotlight of his very own.

July 09 2009…1:05pm
“2009 Summer News Blog:
Euro Tour, Tree O Records, New Albums, Personal Stuff etc…”
Ireland/U.K. Tour:
We will depart for Dublin,
Ireland
from Charlotte, NC
on June 18th. We will tour as a three piece acoustic trio with our
good friend and long time collaborator and former Carter Brothers Band member
Mark Vernon on bass and vocals. As most of you know the entire world is under
an unprecedented financial recession with European countries getting hit
especially hard. It was just started to happen in Ireland
when we were there last October 2008 and has gotten dismally worse. We are
playing mostly theaters on this tour and a few of them didn’t get funding
appropriations for 2009 due to the tight money situation. The festival dates
are not affected. We have had several shows cancel only to keep our booking
agents in Ireland and Northern Ireland scrambling to replace and fill the
canceled dates. The Spain
portion of our tour was totally canceled by the promoter there who ended up
getting cold feet and shallower pockets. We do apologize to our fans in Spain
who bought advance tickets to our shows there. We are personally disappointed
to not being there in July as planned but we’ll be back again soon!
We will perform 14 dates in Ireland and Northern
Ireland(U.K.) and will headline the North Wales Music Festival in Conwy, Wales
for 3 days…please see schedules at all our websites for any changes and
updates(recommended).
We will be back in Ireland
along with noted compadre Steve Earle at the Johnny Keenan Festival in Longford,
Ireland in
September. We hear that the fan club is organizing a trip from the USA
for interested parties. Check the Carter Brothers Band Fan Club site(google
it). We also usually play a few scattered shows around the country when we play
the Keenan festival, before and/or after.
Tree 0 Records (Nashville-Boston) and Tree O Studio (the
TreeHouse):
Tree 0 Records was born last year when Danny’s solo album
‘Barcelona’ was
released. Tim’s re-release of his solo album ‘Bang Bang’ has also been added to
the label. The label, created and owned by Brian Budzinski-Tim and Danny Carter
was conceived with the plan to sign independent singer/songwriters who excel at
their craft as lyricists, players and vocalists. We have recently just signed
our third artist to label. Chris Cook, a longtime friend and incredible
musician, from Charlotte, NC just completed his first album for Tree O Records.
Recorded here at the studio in April it showcases his natural penchant for
southern soul, blues, gospel, Motown and pop. An incredibly GREAT singer and
one of the best acoustic guitarists in the Carolinas!
We’re very excited and happy to have Chris as a labelmate and look forward to
some collaborations with the Brothers on future projects!
Meanwhile Danny and Tim both are trying to squeeze in
writing time for their unprecedented “co-write album project” for the new Carter
Brothers album. Their extremely busy Spring/Summer touring schedule along with
the nothing short of phenomenal success of their Tree O Studio has kept them
extremely busy seven days a week since January 2009. Such friends and
luminaries as Vince Gill, Mike Scott, Sonia Isaacs and Alison Krauss have laid
their praises and approval about the great vibe and sonics at the Bros little
slice of heaven high up there in Ridgetop, TN outside Nashville. There appears
to be no slowing down anytime in the near future for the two brothers.
Tim: Besides being totally immersed as main engineer and
‘ruler of “the chair”…’ at TreeHouse studio Tim writes for his next solo album
(untitled). Loaded with a plethora of new product endorsements for both his
artist status and for the studio the UPS/FedEx folks stay busy in the driveway
around here!
Danny: Writing, playing on and co-producing projects with
Tim in the studio keep Danny Reid plenty busy while at home. Brand new product
endorsements have also befallen good fortune on the effervescent ‘older
brother’. He will receive the first ever world reknown Gallagher Guitars ‘Danny
Reid Carter Signature’ model guitar this week. The guitar, which Danny helped
design, was 7 months in the building and to say he is like a little kid at
Christmas is not an understatement. The totally handcrafted instrument
aesthetically reflects his personality on and off the stage as well. Good mojo
here!
The Brothers will spend some time at home after the Euro
tour between July 11 and August 22….about 6 weeks with just a smattering of
“one off” gigs in between. Maybe they can find the time to finish that long
awaited Carter Brothers album…the first in 5 years!
“The end is nothing. The road is all.” Willa Sibert Cather
Much Peace

Just uploaded a song that I wrote from my "Barcelona" album that I've never published here on MySpace. A
southern gospel/blues tune called "We Got Work To Do". I don't write a
lot of gospel oriented shit man. Myself, Tim, Ross, Johnny Neel, Dann
Sherill on percussion & Tanya Dennis/Jess Tardy on backing vox.
Hope you like it.

*From London based mega music magazine Maverick...
Danny Reid Carter Barcelona Tree O Records **** Sparkling solo debut from Carter Brothers Band mainstay This album starts off with a gently strummed mandolin on the opener Black as Love. Don't let this fool you as the track builds up into a full blown rocker. The idea for BARCELONA came to Danny when he was touring Spain with the band and from the opening seconds, when the Moorish style drums kick in, you can feel the influence. Danny was raised in the mountains of North Carolina where he moved from listening to the local Appalachian folk and bluegrass to the harder rock sounds of bands like Led Zeppelin. In this record he has managed to pull together all of these influences to make an astonishingly complete record. The second track Green River moves us back from Spain to a simple eulogy to his home land. The backing to this track is absolutely marvellous with Danny's trademark vintage 1967 Rickenbacker 360-12 sparkling along over fantastic Hammond B-3 played by former longtime Allman Brothers Band keyboardist, Johnny Neel. Given that the backing vocalist is one of my personal favourites, Tanya Dennis, it makes for a classic track. Next up is Hillybilly Hollywood, another of the long line of songs of disenchantment of the City of Angels and praise of the simple life back home. Straight up 12 bar country blues next with the simple My Baby Thinks I'm Great. Helping Danny out on this is long time friend Jack Pearson, who plays acoustic resonator slide guitar. Pearson is well known for his work with Steely Dan and his six tours with the Allman Brothers so you can guess that the playing is superb. A rockier track follows, The Fire on which Danny trades lines with Tanya Dennis. This track is driven along with some fantastic percussion played by Latin beat specialist, Dan Sherill. It also features a soaring organ solo from Neel and a rocking guitar solo from Danny. If you like country with a boogie beat this is the track for you. Back to the 12 string/Hammond axis for Shelby Street a straight Steve Earle style country song. Although nominally a solo effort Danny's brother Tim helps out on almost every track adding banjo and mandolin where required. This is shown to great effect in the next track Voice of an Angel which is simply acoustic guitar and mandolin. Shackdown Street is pure southern funk underpinned by Neel's blues harmonica. The final track We Got Work to Do is pure gospel. You may think that this mixing of genres with the blending of rock, soul, funk, gospel and country would end up in just a mish-mash but the strength of the songs, the fantastic backing group Danny has assembled, his rugged and soulful voice and the sheer talent on display makes this album a pure joy. A Surreal Experience in Wartrace. TN and the Zen of Gallagher GuitarsAs a kid growing up in North Carolina I used to watch the masterful and gifted guitarist Doc Watson. We grew up not far from Doc’s home in Deep Gap in the northwest mountains of NC. I would always get a seat on the side of the stage as close to ‘ol Doc as I could and laser my vision on his hands and listen to his guitar and the rich beautiful tones that swirled about the stage and watch the fireworks commence. As time went on we eventually became acquainted and the Carter Brothers have done many shows with him since then. Doc played, and still does play, J.W. Gallagher & Son Guitars. The instrument was dubbed ‘Ol Hoss’ by Doc and became synonymous and almost as famous as Doc himself. This was in the late 1960’s when he played his first Gallagher, then a fledgling business making totally hand crafted guitars. I used to stand backstage with Doc sometimes and always wanted to reach out, grab ‘Ol Hoss’ and play that beautiful thing. I probably could have done that too but I was to shy(if you can believe that) and in awe of the great man. He never offered and I never asked. The guitar was retired a few years ago and has done time at the Smithsonian and the Country Music Hall of Fame. It is now back, sitting in a little dusty climate controlled room at the Gallagher shop in a magical little village named Wartrace, TN (pop. 476). This is where the Gallagher family has been making world class custom hand made instruments for three generations. Some even refer to the guitars as the Stradivarius of acoustic guitars!.
Yesterday, Thursday March 12 2009 I was standing alone in that dusty little room in the dusty but immaculate shop in Wartrace playing ‘Ol Hoss’. It was kind of like an out of body experience is the only way I can describe it. I was just recently blessed, from out of left field, to have Stephen Gallagher offer me an artist endorsement deal to design my very own ‘Danny Reid Carter Signature’ model instrument. I was down there checking on the progress of the guitar. I was spellbound holding the body in my hand(they’re building two indentical) as I looked around the shop at only five artisans working on guitars in the different stages of construction…and it is true folks, these things are made totally built and tuned by hand. I designed my guitar a couple of months ago with Stephen(beautiful person and has become a great friend). I chose the Doc Watson model that has been in their catalogue for many years as the basic design. A custom Dreadnaught and a perfect replica of ‘Ol Hoss’, easily the best sounding instrument they make. I added scalloped bracing on the inside, an ‘invisible’ armrest, tortoise shell binding and a totally custom mother-of-pearl inlay on the fretboard reflecting my obsession with outer space and the planetary system. The sides and back are African mahogany, the top is Sitka spruce while the neck is a solid piece of Honduran rosewood with ebony finger board. I did not stray far from ‘Ol Hoss’ for the basics. My brother Tim, who also signed a deal, brought home a brand new Doc Watson model a few weeks ago we were down designing my guitar. My friend George Harper came along for the ride yesterday and videotaped everything along with me and Tim’s friend, business partner and president of our Tree O Records music label Brian Budzinski. When you ever see the video(it will be posted soon after editing at different locations) you may notice my hovering about 2 inches off the floor as I was introduced the super talented craftsmen in the shop and into the dusty little climate controlled room where ‘Ol Hoss’ and other guitars that are in the last stages of completion live. My heart was beating pretty fast as I thought of my instrument being in there beside Doc’s as it cures out forfinal touches. Man, unreal!....
While Tim and myselfendorse some really fine internationally known instrument makers and other music related companies this day will live deep in my heart forever. My signature model will be ready in about six more weeks and Gallagher will have it permanently in their catalogue starting this summer 2009. I’ll also be representing Gallagher Guitars as a home dealer out of our Tree O Studios here in our home, the magical TreeHouse. I am humbled and at the same time so honored and blessed at my good fortune. It really is a dream come true. ....
Thanks to all of our Carter Brothers friends and fans across the planet and Much Love and Peace To Us All…!
Danny....

.. Key West.... , Not For the Squeamish…And Then There's Those Hurricanes!
Part 2: The Storms
Historically, ....Key West.... doesn't get full blown(pardon the pun) direct hits when hurricanes are blowing all around the tiny island. Although the island sits in the center of the Florida Straits, where the Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Mexico.. and the north Caribbean Sea converge. Cuba lies just 90 miles south of Key West and acts somewhat as a barrier as most storms are coming out of the south and east. For the past 12 or so years it has been pretty quiet except for the occasional tropical storm which everyone down there is pretty much used to(they can still get pretty exciting). I've joked with friends before that a good storm is necessary there now and then to wash the beer, blood, urine, vomit and other matter off the sidewalks and streets.
A lot of my friends in Key West are business owners and/or service industry related employees(bartenders, waiters, bar backs etc…). They all work very hard. They have to as it is costly to live down there in 'Paradise'. Thank goodness it's sunny 95% of the time at any given time of the year. The island depends primarily on tourism to generate working capital especially in the civic realm. There have been quite a few instances, especially in the last 5 years when evacuations of the island due to approaching hurricanes and tropical storms have forced the tourists off the island for their own safety. This creates a massive slowdown if not a complete shutdown in income as it takes a long time to get the tourist to return.
2005 was what is called a "hyperactive" hurricane season with 15 named hurricanes during the season. Three of those hurricanes, Dennis (July 8), Katrina(August 14) and Wilma(Oct. 23) were three of the worst storms to hit Key West in almost 100 years. We just happened to be down there during all three. Dennis and Katrina we couldn't evacuate because they veered from their paths so quickly and not enough time to warn the residents and tourists. Wilma was moving very slowly north from the Caribbean but USAir, whom we were flying on that trip, stopped their flights 3 days before she made landfall. We discovered later the reason they did that was because they didn't want the expense of flying empty planes into Key West…not a good thing but that's the way it is these days in the airline industry. We did accept an offer to be driven to Ft.Lauderdale to catch a connecting flight to Nashville and readily accepted the kindness of a friend. We walked into our house outside Nashville just in time to turn on the tv and see the 14 foot wall of water from the massive storm surge coming onto the island. Katrina was just plain scary. When we went to the Breath to perform that night she was crossing the Florida peninsula around West Palm Beach 250 miles north of us. She was supposed to keep going west through the Ft. Myers area and on into the Gulf of Mexico. After the gig we went, as we always do, to our favorite locals bar the Green Parrot to 'wind down'. We walked in, sat down and looked up at the bar tv only to see a huge red/purple glob moving south…fast! Katrina had made and unprecedented 90 degree turn south suddenly. About that time we saw huge quarter sized raindrops falling slowly outside the bar on Whitehead St. I awoke several hours later with what sounded like a 747 at full throttle outside my bedroom window, house shaking violently and rain so hard blowing sideways it was forced through the storm windows. Katrina was visiting us as a cat. 2 hurricane…then she skirted off to New Orleans. No power and water waist deep outside our back door. Later that night when the storm subsided a friend came to check on us (suv high off the ground) and took us to what used to be Billie's Bar who had a generator and was pumping out the drinks as fast as the nerve rattled patrons(all locals) could self medicate ourselves from that long and harrowing day.
We recently flew to ....Key West.... (Sept. 1 2008) just in time for Fay AND Gustav's departure from Key West in the Gulf and Hannah's unpredictability to our east in the Atlantic and the approaching of Ike, who is scheduled to make landfall today near Galveston/Houston. We evacuated on Sunday as Ike was approaching as a cat. 4. Once again we were driven to Ft.Lauderdale, stayed with a friend that night and she took us to the airport Monday for a flight to Raleigh/Durham, NC as were performing the next night, Tuesday in Greensboro. We left there Wednesday and drove to our home in Nashville arriving around midnight. Today is Friday September 12 and it's good to be home. Of course Ike turned out to be a 'non-event' in Key West, just flooding and 45 mph winds for 3 days as he stalled over ....Cuba.... before moving on into the Gulf.
We're back in Key West on April 16 for 12 days. Come on down and join us!
Oh...and if you're ever down there during a 'good blow' and can't evacuate, go to the Schooner Wharf Bar, roll up your pants legs, find a good stool at the bar, get a good solid grip with one hand and drink heavily!
Best
Danny

"Key West, Not For the Squeamish…And Then There's Those Pesky Hurricanes! Part 1: Debauchery
The Carter Brothers have been performing in historic Key West since 1988…21 years. We began our now legendary KW career at the famed Sloppy Joe's bar on the corners of Duval and Greene St. Sloppy's was known then, and before, for bringing in world class music for the locals and the tourists alike. Bands such as Little Feat, early Allman Brothers and the Neville Bros. graced the stage. Nothing like the 'dog and pony' spectacles you see now down there now but of course it is mainly a tourist haunt and operated by a large family corporation. But we met and made a lot of great friends in those days that continue to last to this day. We reveled in the debauchery that continues to fuel the bars in Old Town and all up and down Duval St. Sort of like Mardi Gras 365 days a year although I've seen things in KW that makes New Orleans look like a kindergarten(I mean that in a most affectionate way). We met our first hurricane then…his name was Andrew and he virtually destroyed South Florida totally wiping out the city of Homestead. Well, after that experience we were accepted into Key West as "one of their own" and it has been that way ever since. When we get off the plane there these days cab drivers, rental car employees, airline personel, even TSA etc all have a nice "welcome home Brothers" after walking across the hot and steaming tarmac, dodging the chickens and into the small, charming little terminal to retrieve our baggage. These days and for the past twelve years we have performed at the now infamous Hogs Breath Saloon, now the premier live music venue, spending anywhere from 5-9 weeks a year on the charming little island we call our 'second home'. The debauchery still continues these days as well….even more so. We'll get into more of that stuff later(see Key West. pics here). Oh okay…I'll give you an example. 'Fantasy Fest' takes place the last week of October each year. It is a combination of Mardi Gras and Halloween. There are parades up and down Duval St. preceding the crowning of the King and Queen of the festival and a mass of humanity in the streets ingesting massive quantities of alcohol and other substances. You see things like overweight married couples walking down the street in nothing more than a coat of gold paint, for example. Things that I don't particularly care to witness again but it's all in good fun and sportsmanship. There are clothing optional bars. The last thing that I care about seeing is a naked 325 pound hairy human being from the male species sitting naked at the bar while I'm eating and trying to digest a cheeseburger. I don't go there. Maybe if it were young nubile 20'something humans from the female gender I might reconsider but that's probably not going to happen. But that's okay, it's my island and I understand that one has to keep an open mind in Key West about everything that is non-violent.
