Mightiest of hails to you all, Legions of the Warblade!

Now that five of us remain, we are as of now looking for a new sixth member to complete our ranks once more. For this, a new female vocalist is needed. For those who consider themselves worthy and daring enough to join us, a few things may be of interest to you, all jotted down in the following list.

We offer the following grand adventures, splendid deeds and epic quests:

- Plenty of shows, in the Netherlands as well as abroad. The South-American conquest we recently undertook was but the beginning of even grander things to come!
- An extremely varied style of music with plenty of room for your personal touch and ideas.
- Recording of our second album, early 2010.
- As one cannot solely fight battles, tons of fun and good times will of course be had.

We expect, require and demand the following:

- Outstanding vocal skills, and knowledge on how to turn a stage into your personal battleground. In short, a stage-beast with one hell of a voice! (Preferably classically trained singers !)
- Experience, as much as possible. On stage as well as experience in working in and with a band.
- A professional attitude.
- 200% dedication! We will not settle for anything less, as Elexorien is a huge part of our lives, and we have no desire to be “just another band”.
- A well-developed sense of humour, in order to survive the long road to our shows.
- Your own means of transport is not required, but it would be greatly appreciated.

Heya !

I want to thank our good friends Tiago, Bruno and Ari for their great help in Brasil!
We really had a great time!

And also I would like to thank all of you crazy brazillian people who showed up @ our gigs!

We were very suprised by the sudden departure of our vocalist, Dennis Weessies. His statement (in dutch):

"Na een moeilijk dilemma heb ik besloten te stoppen met EXISTENCE DENIED, deze beslissing was een hele moeilijke en hele zware. Via deze weg wil ik iedereen bedanken die mij en EXISTENCE DENIED gesteund hebben de afgelopen jaren.Ik kan terug kijken op vette optredens, feesten, bier, whiskey(jack), onwijs gave muziek en lots of fun!!! Ik hoop dan ook dat EXISTENCE DENIED snel weer op volle sterkte is en wens mn "bandmates" het succes dat ze EINDELIJK WEL EENS VERDIEND HEBBEN!!!! GRTZZZ Dennis"

No fear however, we are planning to finish the demo with another singer, so expect the songs online and for free any time soon! Luck isn't on our side...but we don't need luck! Existence Denied will keep going on!

Hey people,

As you may know, I joined forces with Existence Denied some months ago! The style we play is "Melodic metal" (influences: In Flames, Soilwork, Dark Tranquillity, arch enemy)

Some weeks ago we started the recordings for the upcoming promo since the old promo isn't really representative anymore

The drums, guitars and bass are finished, Next week we will start with the vocals!

The promo will contain 3 songs:

- Hypocritical
- The White Room
- Alessa's Dream

 

When the songs are done, I'll let you now!

Drummer Joris Nijenhuis has decided to leave Elexorien, to focus on different styles of music. According to the Elexorienblaster himself, he has grown weary of this particular style of music, and would like to expand his horizons. Just to clear things up: there have been no arguements of any kind, and we will remain friends. Joris has kindly offered to play all gigs until our show at Ragnarök Festival in March. After that, we will set out with a new drummer.

It obviously is rather shocking news at the moment, but do not worry or fear for our future: Elexorien will prevail! We would like to thank Joris for all the good times we shared and all he has done for the band since day one, as he is one of the founding members of the band. And last but most definitely not least we wish him all the best of luck and fun, and blastbeats of over 300bpm in the future! ..m/

This, too, means that we are looking for a new drummer! If you think you are able to fill in the spot from April on (with rehearsals to get you to become acquainted with ourselves, our material, and the new songs we are writing at the moment starting as soon as possible), feel free to contact us at drummerwanted@elexorien.com

What we have to offer is:

* Plenty of gigs in the Netherlands, as well as a bunch of them abroad. New and even bigger (international) shows will be confirmed soon. Check the Tourdates-section on our website for details.
* A record deal with German Trollzorn/SMP Records, who have released our self-titled full-length debut album in April 2007, and more albums to come.
* Gigs with us from May on.
* Tons of fun and good times, of course.


What we are asking of you is the following:

* Outstanding skills
