The band Reno would like to announce their elation at signing with American label Dynasty Records!

This signing allows for the band to be thrust into the North American scene, the world’s biggest music market. Having already signed with Asia, Europe & Australia, the band is now excited to be partnered up with a strong team in Dynasty Records, a team that believes in the music & the vision of the band.

The band is highly anticipating the prospect of getting their music out to everyone in North America with the release of the album 'Learning to Speak Human' as well as the subsequent tours to follow. With Dynasty Records on their side, this is now possible! 

After hugely successful shows in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu with Belle & Bum and Gatineau with Finger Eleven, the band is now excited about the next few shows in Toronto.

We can tell you that the next show is October 2nd at REVIVAL BAR on College St. in Toronto, with more shows to be announced later this week. Although yet to be officially released in Canada, the new CD 'Learning to Speak hUMAN' will be on sale at the show!!

With so much going on at the present time including the official release in France as well as USA / Canada, we are going to be passing on a few more breaking news updates as they are confirmed.

Hello everyone! Well, as promised last week, we have yet another MAJOR NEWS BREAK to pass along to you!
 
RENO HAS SIGNED WITH SSG RECORDS IN ASIA!!! This deal with SSG RECORDS includes the following countries: Korea, Japan, China, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, India, United Arab Emirates & Egypt. The targeted release date for "Learning to Speak hUMAN" in Asia looks to coincide with the Australian / New Zealand targeted date of early April on RED DISC RECORDS. There are plans in the works for a promo & show tour & as soon as we have more information on that we will pass it on!
 
This along with last week's singing with O+ EVOLUTION / EMI in France as well as RED DISC RECORDS in Australia puts the band in place to make an International mark!

Reno Surpasses Half Million Monthly Hits

Making sense of the world of internet marketing for indie artists with a limited budget is often an enigma. One band who has pulled it all together and implemented the tools available to them is Toronto-based RENO. 
 
Determined there is a world wide market for their music, RENO set out to tackle what seemed to be an insurmountable task of drawing attention to their music in October of 2007. What started out as a less than modest increase in visits to their site, www.renosmusic.com has now taken on a life of its own and is snowballing out of this stratespshere. The masses are showing their interest in RENO. With their debut CD "Learning to Speak Human" yet to be released, the month of January 2008, www.renosmusic.com has almost tripled from approx 170,000 in December of 2007 to 560,032 hits from all around the world. RENO's myspace page www.myspace.com/reno is averaging between 1000-2000 plays per day (7am - 7am).
 
With the upcoming release of "Learning to Speak Human" (produced, mixed and arranged by multi grammy winner Steve Thompson) in 20 territories world-wide, RENO has laid the ground work in creating solid fan awareness and has set the stage for what is certain to be a successful splash onto the world's music scene this year.
