H2O is gearing up for their first full US tour on their 2008 album Nothing To Prove with Bane, Cruel Hand and Energy.  To celebrate how stoked we are, we made a bonus edition of Nothing To Prove.  A lot of labels make you buy the video separately and while you can, if you haven't bought the album, it's an awesome deal.  This is all ten songs with the bonus video for "What Happened?" for $9.99-if you've held out, this is a good time to get in...the tour starts in a month!

Finishing up what can only be called "H2O's Year," H2O is proud to announce their first full US Tour in  support of their album Nothing To Prove.  Following an album that debuted #7 on Billboard's Heatseekers Charts and a touring schedule that put them on stages around the US and Europe with Rancid, Dropkick Murphys and landing coveted spots on the UK's Reading and Leeds Festivals, H2O and Bane are hitting the road and sharing it with Bridge Nine's upstarts Cruel Hand and ENERGY.

Huge H2O Updates: Warped Tour! SOIA shows!

After a few years of taking a break Bridge Nine, H2O and the Warped Tour are excited to announce that H2O will be playing the last four dates of the Warped Tour this August in California. Their summer will be a mix of shows with Rancid, Sick Of It All (their first shows together in over a decade), and the Warped Tour BEFORE their Full US tour starting October 14th...dates coming soon, but all of the USA is in danger.

European Tour!- After four record release shows that established the concrete truth that H2O is back and better than ever, the band is heading over for their first European tour in over three years. Starting this THURSDAY and hitting a ton of big festivals and the UK, H2O is taking Nothing To Prove on the road for the first time. Check the dates at the bottom!

The video for What Happened? was recently put into Myspace's music videos "Featured Videos" section so check that out. Or we'll just save you the work and put it here for you to see.

"Hey Guys-

First of all we would like to thank everybody for the kind words and for making us feel like very welcome members of the B9 family, its been very much appreciated and it has meant a lot. Its been a long time since we put out a full length record and to be honest, there are a lot of reasons for that. Family, other musical projects and just a general need for a break all contributed, but the honest to goodness main reason it took so long (7 years), is that we didn't feel like we were ready to make the best record we possibly could. We all drifted away and lived our lives for while and waited until we felt 100% that we had that record inside us.

We waited until we felt like a new band again, excited, hungry, and free to make a record not because it was time in the touring cycle or in the grand scheme of our "career", and not because of label pressure but because we felt we had a great record inside of us. Its been a long process and so many people have helped us along the way..all the folks at Bridge 9, Chadball, Paul Miner and most importantly, the people who like our band (and sometimes even those who don't) which, seeing as you clicked on this thread, is probably you...so thanks!! Anyways, the record is due to drop on May 27th and we're definitely not a band known for our patience so we figured what the fuck and decided to put the whole thing on line for you to listen to for yourselves. Its going up on AOL as a stream on May 20th, thats a full week before the album comes out and for those going to the record release shows, I would definitely give it a listen or 2. We so fucking proud of this record and it really is from our hearts to your ears and we hope that you like it. If not, we have a great shirt that says "I only like their first album" and we suggest you pick one up.

We also have decided once again to say, what the fuck, and give away 2 songs for free download starting today..like, right now! Go to www.trig.com/h2o/invite and sign up. H2O's long awaited fifth full-length album Nothing To Prove is finally available for pre-order. This is the VINYL package deal. This isn't a "comeback" as much as it's a complete and total declaration that H2O never went anywhere and they're better than ever. Produced by Chad Gilbert and Engineered by Paul Miner, H2O Nothing To Prove is 10 songs of exactly what H2O fans have been waiting for-and it's the most urgent and personal album the band has ever made.

H2O has posted the first new song from Nothing To Prove, which is hitting stores through Bridge Nine Records on May 27, 2008.

The album’s opening track, "1995" is streaming over at their recently renovated and redesigned myspace page http://www. myspace. com/h2ofamily.

Nothing To Prove was produced by Chad Gilbert and recorded with engineer Paul Miner and it’s a 10-song statement that H2O is indeed back and better than ever.



On APRIL 8, orders will be taken for the limited edition 7" EP titled "Still The Same Fellas" via Bridge Nine’s webstore. This will be limited to 1000 copies and it will feature the songs "1995" and "Nothing To Prove." This is the first glimpse into just how the wait for new material has been worth it and it will be an adequate hold-over until the May 27 release date of the full-length album Nothing To Prove.

Ordering information will be posted later this week




H2O will also be giving people on the west coast a chance to catch them before the release of Nothing To Prove at Bamboozle Left. The band will be playing Sunday, April 6, sharing a day with 7 Seconds, Hot Water Music, and Set Your Goals, along with many, many more. If you live on the East Coast, the Nothing To Prove record release shows have been announced with support from Bridge Nine’s own Crime In Stereo, as well as This Is Hell and Stigma. Expect many more shows throughout 2008 to be announced soon.

hey everyone,
me & rusty just finished the vocals on 2 of the 4 new H20 songs recorded in los angeles yesterday!thanks to danny diablo,loki,sean b.,max h.o.f. & looker for coming through for some backing and gang vocals & of course dylan for producing these for us. Once 1995 is mixed it will be up myspace as promised (sorry for delay).we also have a new one done called K.I.T.S.
thanks to everyone for ther patience and there support.its been 5 yrs since our last album and we have been blessed with people still coming to see us play and getting amazing tours. being a dad and having h20 split between two coasts makes it hard for everyone to work on new songs like we did back in nyc in the 90s.
