.. Head over to DrJays.com now as Drama breaks down the fitted hat game for us. "I probably own over 150 fitted's easily," Drama told Dr. Jay. "Here's a little known fact: I used to have dreads back in the 90's. When I cut them in 2000, I started wearin' fitted caps. As the years went on it became a trademark of mine. So I always had to stay with different hats, styles, and colors. My favorites are Mitchell & Ness and New Era." Click HERE to check out some of Drama's favorite fitted styles!

Atlanta’s streets will not be safe for the likes of hunger this holiday season, as Drama partners with Hosea Feed the Hungry (HFTH) and all of the Radio One-Atlanta stations (Hot 107.9, Majic 107.5/97.5 and Praise 102.5) for the first annual Turkey Challenge. This challenge will make a real difference and help HFTH purchase 3,000 turkeys that will feed the thousands of working poor and homeless in Atlanta and the Southeast.
To reach this goal, all of the Radio One Atlanta stations – along with Drama, and other on-air personalities and celebrities – will host radio call-ins all day on November 16, 2009 challenging celebrities and the community to bring financial contributions to help purchase turkeys. This event will air LIVE on all of the Radio One Atlanta stations from South Dekalb Mall asking Atlantans to give back to the community this holiday season.

For a cat with the name Drama, and whole lot of drama historically, DJ Drama is one peaceful dude. Calm, cool and collected I found myself thrown for a loop during my interview with him. Perhaps I have experienced a few too many boastful bozos in my days writing about Hip Hop, but I was expecting to speak with the loud guy on the mixtapes, you know, the guy who recently had a very public falling out with Young Jeezy, the guy who is currently the focus of a suit brought on by Cash Money Records - give me some Drama please.
In Hip Hop if you aren’t hated on a little bit, you are more than likely wack. So its not too difficult to understand why we catch Drama in the news a little more than other DJ’s, he’s just that good at what he does. This is the guy whose ability to move such a large volume of mixtapes pissed off the RIAA enough for them to sic RICO on him. No other Dj is that much of a threat. I personally feel that Dj Drama was the fallguy for the entire mixtape game in that situation. Mixtapes are necessary to give an artist street credit which ultimately leads to higher album sales. But when album sales take a nosedive, someone still has to take the blame. Its like those funny newspaper headlines "80 Year old Grandma gets 50K in Fines for Illegally Downloading Perry Como." Continue reading the article at RimeMagazine.com.
